This is what the path to abundance looks like…
I wanted to share an inspiring story about a woman named Nancy.
Over a period of twelve months, Nancy took one simple step after another toward improving her work and finances. By taking those steps, she’s completely transformed her life, work AND finances.
Nancy’s life only one year ago…
It was only a year ago, though, that Nancy felt stuck. Stuck in debt, stuck in her “boom or bust” business, stuck in financial overload and To Do list overdrive – not to mention emotional burn out.
At the time, all she wanted was to find a better way to “get by.”
Ever felt like that? Like work and financial success are the impossible dream?
We’ve all been taught to work harder, work longer. Many of us have changed jobs, even careers, but still, financial security seems out of reach. Even success, when it does come, isn’t always fulfilling.
It’s exhausting!
The cycle continues until finally, you end up feeling like Nancy, resigned to dreams so small, they can barely sustain you.
After years of working in her own business as a sobriety coach, Nancy had achieved what looked like success.
She’d been through “boom” times, when her income was peaking, but always, they were followed by another “bust,” when her income dipped to a dangerously low level.
Her income would be up, then down, over and over again.
It’s a pattern so many people have experienced, and as the years go by, that financial roller coaster ride can get pretty frustrating!
And for Nancy, even the “boom” times didn’t feel good. As a sobriety coach, she would often get called in after an intervention had been staged, and then be left to work with clients who didn’t want her help.
Her work, business, schedule and finances – all of it was draining her of energy, passion, creativity, and well-being.
That’s when Nancy joined The Tapping Solution for Financial Success & Personal Fulfillment 7-Week Program.
How Nancy Used Tapping to Change Things…
Using the tapping exercises in the course to quiet the anxiety, fear and other emotions she was feeling, Nancy began to do something she’d been too afraid to do in the past – step back and take an honest look at her career, her finances, and her life.
It’s a practice most of us avoid when we feel powerless around our finances, work, and success. We put blinders on, and try to keep moving forward. If we just do more, we think, or do more faster…
What happens, though, is that by depriving ourselves of the opportunity to take an honest look at our lives, work, and finances, we also lose out on the chance to make important changes that bring us personal fulfillment as well as financial success.
As Nancy shared,
“I took the course hoping to find a quick fix to fill the bottom layer of the monetary hole I’d been digging for decades… My commitment to playing small was well disguised by a career that involved celebrity clients, exciting external perks and the illusion I worked for myself. The truth is, I had very little freedom and was exhausted from the constant chaos, travel and toxic situations. Tapping helped me through my denial.”
When Nancy signed up for the course, her business once again fallen into a “bust” cycle. This time, though, she didn’t panic.
Think Big, Dream Big…
Instead, she began to face her work and her life with a new energy and awareness. With tapping helping to quiet her anxiety about the future, she also began letting herself dream big again – not about “getting by,” but about resurrecting the larger dreams that got her excited about the future.
Just two years earlier, Nancy had written a book that she knew would help people. After finishing the book, she’d had the idea to share parts of the book on social media and then run a contest where readers get to suggest a title for the book.
Using the tapping exercises in the course to work through the paralyzing fear, excuses, insecurities and limiting beliefs that had prevented her from taking action, Nancy created and launched a new website for her book within weeks.
Soon afterward, readers from around the world were suggesting titles for her book!
Noticing the miracles that were occurring in her life, and in the lives of many others in the program, Nancy decided to become an EFT Practitioner – and that one change transformed her entire coaching practice!
“I am now supporting clients who are ready and excited about making empowering changes in their lives. I exit sessions with more energy than I started with.”
Through the course, Nancy was also able to release her shame about the debt that she’d accumulated over many years.
Financial solutions and new sources of revenue also began to appear – and more keep coming!
One year later, her entire life, financial situation, and outlook have changed.
“For the first time in my adult life, I am optimistic about my finances… I’ve also transformed relationships, learned to say no, set healthy boundaries and honor myself. I have never felt more confident, free from my old “stories” or available to receive all the good that has been flowing my way. After two decades of studying personal growth, I can honestly say this is THE course that changed my life.”

The “taboo” emotion (and how to express it)
[image error]I posted that quote on Facebook a few weeks ago, and was glad to see it get attention because it’s about one of our most important, but also taboo, emotions – anger.
Anger is often called the ”no trespass” emotion because it feels so overpowering. We get so mad, we’re “boiling,” so enraged we “lose it.” As a result, admitting that we’re angry – even to ourselves – can feel unsafe.
To top it off, at an early age many of us were taught that anger is a “bad” emotion, and punished for expressing anger, especially at parents and authority figures. As we got older, we were told that anger is immature, and “doesn’t solve anything.” As a result, when we do feel anger, we often push it away – until finally, we unleash it in ways that wreak havoc on our lives.
Glancing at Buddha’s quote, it’s easy to get the impression that anger is “bad,” even unspiritual, but Buddha never says not to FEEL anger. He’s talking about what happens inside us when we HOLD ON TO it.
There’s a HUGE difference between not holding on to anger and not allowing ourselves to feel and express it!
As humans, we’re meant to experience a wide range of emotions; one of them is anger. Anger serves an important purpose, showing us where we need to turn our attention, and set healthier boundaries.
When we don’t let ourselves feel anger, we can’t let it go. That’s when it turns against us, showing up as chronic physical pain, illness, low self-esteem, relationship issues, career and financial difficulties, and more.
So how can we repair our relationship with anger? And more importantly, how can we express and release the anger we do feel in a healthy and productive way?
As most of us have experienced, repressing it until we finally “let it all out” doesn’t work. In addition to risking hurting important people in our lives, after an angry outburst we’re often still angry. That just creates more problems!
One day while on stage, I was reminded of how little we’re taught about expressing anger in a healthy, constructive way. I was tapping with a woman who was telling her story. As she shared the details of several painful events in her life, her voice grew louder and tighter. A few minutes into her story, I interrupted her to ask her how she was feeling. “Really, really angry,” she replied.
I then turned to the audience and asked who had heard the anger in her voice before she’d acknowledged it. Most of the audience raised their hands.
And that’s really the key – to let yourself feel AND express the FULL extent of your anger, but in a way that doesn’t hurt or harm anyone.
Toward that end, I wanted to share this powerful 4-step exercise[W1] for releasing anger:
1. Think of something, or someone, or some situation, towards which you feel angry, and give your anger a number from 0 – 10, with 10 being the angriest you could possibly feel. This doesn’t have to be a major issue – it could be the driver who cut you off in traffic this morning. The important thing here is to hone in on a person or event that sparked your anger.
2. Next, give yourself permission to really feel your anger. Don’t worry about whether your anger is “justified” or “acceptable.” Just let yourself feel its full force.
3. As you’re feeling your anger, begin tapping through the points, beginning at the Eyebrow point. (You can skip the Karate Chop point and setup statement for this exercise.)
Note: If there’s a story you want to tell or a memory that’s running through your head, speak it out loud as you tap through the points.
Also, if you want to say something to someone or imagine punching, kicking or even throwing something at someone, imagine yourself doing that as you keep tapping. This is your time to let the floodgates of your anger open, so really go for it. Just make sure you have plenty of space around you, so no one, including you, gets hurt. J
4. Keep tapping until the intensity of your anger is significantly lower, no higher than a 3, even when you think about the situation or person who made you so angry in the first place. It’s important that you fully release your anger, so you can become familiar with that experience. That also helps to train your brain that it’s safe to feel anger.
(If you’re new to tapping, go here to watch a quick video on how to tap.)
If you can’t think of anyone or anything about which you’re angry, begin tapping through the points while asking yourself, “what am I angry about?” and see where that takes you. Often people discover that they have a belief that it’s not safe or acceptable to feel anger.
These exercises are part of a larger journey toward forgiveness and compassion, but the first step is allowing yourself to feel and release anger in a productive way. Once you learn to do that, a whole new world of possibilities for healing, health and wellness opens up.
Until next time, keep tapping!

Money and Spirituality – A Common Dilemma
In January of 2010 I wrote a blog post about a necessary shift that is vitally important for many people in the world to make regarding the connection between making money and spirituality. And with financial success being the focus of the recent webinar presentation I released I thought it would be important to cover this vitally important topic again.
All too often incredibility smart, caring people with amazing ideas and talents for transforming the planet hold themselves back from earning money because of a belief, conscious or unconscious, that it isn’t spiritual to earn money or that if they earned a lot of money that they somehow would be corrupted or bad in some way.
They often times also believe that you can’t be wealthy and be a good person, that you somehow have to do something bad to become wealthy. And unfortunately in this day and age it’s all too easy to turn on the news and hear about corrupt businessmen and politicians who have done something unethical to earn money. Sadly, there is not enough news on all of the amazing wealthy people that are changing the world in powerfully positive ways.
When I wrote in 2010 on this topic, I was speaking on the issue that so many Tapping practitioners were facing and still face around not feeling that they should be charging for what they do, even though they are helping so many. This limiting belief that earning money is not spiritual has not only held back healers like Tapping practitioners and coaches but so many others in a wide range of industries.
Let me start off with a simple statement of fact that is important to note…
There are examples of both people doing unethical things to earn money in the world as well as people doing amazing, completely ethical things that are serving the world to earn money. Money itself is not the determining factor in whether a person is good or bad.
If you disagree with that statement in any way, I think it’s worth taking a look at where your beliefs on money have come from and how they’re effecting you.
.
Take a moment to think about your beliefs around money and spirituality.
Do you think you’d still be a good person if you had a lot of money?
Do you worry that you would somehow be corrupted?
What do you think others would think of you if you had a lot of money?
Do you think it’s right or fair to earn a lot of money for helping people?
Or should you not be paid if you’re working on helping people or other spiritual endeavors?
These are all important questions.
Let’s look at two scenarios that address this issue. These are the two examples I used when I originally wrote on this topic:
.
Case Study #1: Excited Potential Tapping Practitioner
Mary works for a financial services company, as an administrative assistant. She makes $45,000 per year, has good health benefits, and feels generally secure in her job. She doesn’t enjoy it one bit, but every other Friday she has her paycheck direct deposited into her bank account, and along with her husband’s salary, it makes ends meet.
She never has to ask for this money, every year or two she gets a small raise and she continues onwards. The subject of “money”, rarely comes up for her with regards to receiving it from her employer. She doesn’t question the work they do, the profits they are earning but is content to get her paycheck.
Mary discovers Meridian Tapping, and is thrilled with the results she gets for herself and her family members. She does more training, gets her hands on all the free resources she can, and begins to become quite proficient at tapping. She dreams of helping other people, but she just keeps doing “free” sessions.
People offer to pay her, they are delighted with the results, but she just “doesn’t feel right taking the money”. She believes the work was so much fun, so rewarding, that money shouldn’t be involved. More and more people start coming to her, and she says quietly to herself, “How I would love to do this full time!”
But when she sits down with her husband to discuss the subject of her leaving her job, the math just doesn’t add up. Her husband says, “If you charged $75 per hour and had three clients per day, for 50 weeks out of the year, we would be around your current salary, including benefits, and other perks”
“$75 per hour???” Mary says, “There is no way I could charge that, that’s not right at all. I would feel completely uncomfortable”
Her husband replies, “Do you think what you’re providing is worth $75 per hour?”
Mary, “Well, people do get amazing results faster than anything else they do. I worked with someone the other day who had spent 5 years in therapy, and over $10,000, and we collapsed her issue in one session! But…. It still wouldn’t “feel” right, I just can’t charge for this…”
So there, sadly, the story ends. Mary’s limiting belief about receiving, about charging money for her healing work leaves her at her unfulfilling job.
The consequences of this belief are profound.
And not just for Mary, but for the hundreds of people she could have helped… If only she had been able to accept the fact that money, that the energy of money, is a reality of this earthly experience, and that learning to ask for it and accept it when providing healing services can change the world.
Are you a “Mary”? How many “Marys” could be out in the world right now, changing lives on a daily basis?
.
Case Study #2: A dream, a vision, and “money”….
The first case study was hypothetical, though I’ve seen real life examples over and over again. This story is as real as it gets, because it’s my story! Just over four years ago now, I had the dream, the inspiration, to make a documentary film about Tapping. I had seen the results in my life and the lives of my friends and family over and over again, and felt that the world needed to know more about this!
Mind you, I had NO experience in film-making, NO equipment, NO staff, just the dream… But I set off to make the film anyway. I was committed to the vision and the dream but I was ALSO practical about the financial side of it. You see, to make the movie, I had to invest $150,000 of money I didn’t have! I put it all on credit cards and credit lines, maxed to the hilt. I went to friends and family to borrow money. I recruited friends and family to work on the film. Jessica Ortner, my sister and one of the producers, and Nick Polizzi, my close friend, director and editor worked for nothing for over two years.
They too were committed to the vision, the dream, the experience, but they also knew at some point that the film would have to be financially feasible, that they would be rewarded for their efforts, so they could pay back the credit card debt they had accrued and be able to continue in this work.
I WISH that when I came up with this idea, I could have called the mortgage company, the credit card companies, the local grocery store, the insurance company, the car company, the phone company, the electric company, the heating company…
And said to them, nicely, “Dear Sirs, I’ve just come up with a fantastic idea that I truly believe is going to change the lives of millions of people around the world. I want to share the knowledge about an incredible technique and do it in a documentary format, so people could see real results that they could use to change their lives. It will truly be for the betterment of humanity and I’ll even give you copies of the film when it’s done!”
Then they could have said to me, “Great idea Nick! We’ll stop charging you for everything you need to live, so you can put this plan into action!”
Unfortunately….
The game doesn’t really work that way!
So if I was to make it work, to pay back the $150,000+ (the final budget of the film), to be able to sustain myself and my family, I simply had to make it financially feasible. Which meant I had to do everything I could to not only create a superior product (and fortunately the reviews on our website and Amazon.com show that the end product is powerful and changing lives), but I also had to do everything I could to SELL it.
Oh! Another dirty word! SELL!
Ugh… Icky…..Dangerous….
No, it’s not. It’s reality.
If I wanted to make this whole dream work, I simply had to be able to sell the film, and sell other things. Otherwise, I’d have to be like Mary, and go back to a “job”.
Because of all of the work I’ve done helping others I’ve been able to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to organizations I really believe in, like Project Light which is using EFT with genocide survivors in Rwanda, the Veterans Stress Project using EFT with war veterans, the Unstoppable Foundation, building schools in Africa and the You Can Thrive Foundation helping women in NYC who are dealing with cancer.
I wouldn’t have been able to do any of these things if I had thought that it wasn’t right for me to make money or that it wasn’t spiritual. The truth is that I think I’m a more spiritually ground and honest person now then I’ve ever been. And I think that I’ve done more to help people around the world in the last couple years then I did in the 10 years before that and all while making more money then I’ve ever made before.
Whether you have a business or a job, every day you have little decisions where you can choose to do the right thing to earn money, or you can choose to do the wrong thing. For example in my business, in a mostly “online” world, I have the choice to sell products and courses in a way where I’m educating people on what I’m offering and then giving them the choice as to whether it’s right for them or not, or I can choose to use techniques that are manipulating to convince them to buy.
I’m literally faced with that choice every day. And if you’re in business or within your job, you have similar choices every day. You can choose to do things in a way where your goal is to help people and serve them while making money, or you can do things in a way where you’re focus is on making money first.
But ultimately, how much money you charge or earn is not the issue. If you’re doing things in a way that is serving the world and helping others then you deserve to have as much money as you want!
So you see, it all “works” when everyone gets in alignment with the energy of money. When we stop bickering about someone “selling” healing, or how it should all be free.
I’ve been saying recently that the BEST thing that can happen in any industry is for people to figure out how to make BILLIONS of dollars doing things that serve humanity.
If you have ideas and a passion for something that helps others and helps yourself, then don’t let anything stop you. Don’t hold back your unique gifts from the world. You deserve to have everything you’ve ever wanted.
So, your blog question for today is…
What limiting beliefs might you have about money or selling?
Are you ready to tap those away?
Is it OK for people to make a lot of money?
Are you finally ready to unplug from what the rest of society tells you and blaze your own trail?
Comment below!
Until next time…
Keep tapping!
Much love,
Nick

Celebrate!
I watched this simply fantastic 72 second video the other day, and it made me think about “celebrating”. ‘Cause this kid knows how to do it right…
Watch the short video here…
Wasn’t that great? I love his pause as he takes it all in, and then raises his hands in glory! Use this as a simple reminder today to celebrate your victories, small or large.
Just the other day, for the first time in a while, I actually WROTE DOWN all the great things that were happening in my life, and it was a fabulous and simple process. It’s so easy to take things for granted, to get something we want and just jump on to the next thing, without acknowledging it’s accomplishment or feeling the thrill of it.
So try that today. Even for just 2 minutes, write down a few of the things you’re proud/grateful about and celebrate them. The other option is, when no one is looking, raise your hands in the air like this little munchkin did, and see if you can channel that feeling of victory!
Keep Tapping,

What About Bob? Part 2

Follow Up With Bobbie
If you were with us during our last Tapping World Summit, you probably remember “Bobbie,” a brave and courageous lady who tapped through some deep pain around the memory of her father and her birthday party when she turned 5 years old.
I recently heard from Bobbie, and was astounded to learn of the changes she had made in the past year, especially after going through Jessica’s 7 Week Weight Loss and Body Confidence program.
Her story is moving, touching and a great example of what’s possible for all of us. Whether or not weight is an issue for you, it’s an inspiring tale of how real change happens!
I asked her a few questions about her journey, and you can read about them here:
Nick: What’s your story around weight, food, and body image up until the point when you began tapping on them?
Bobbie: I have had weight and body image issues from about the age of 9 or 10. I am now 49 years young. Food became my savior and safe place as a result of familial incidents and a verbally abusive alcoholic father. It was the one thing I could control in the craziness that was my home life. I started babysitting for people at the tender age of 10, so I had money to supply my own addiction. My mother was just trying to survive a horrible marriage and raise 4 kids (me being the youngest), so never said a word about all the food I snuck into the house and my bedroom.
I always felt safest when I had a generous “supply” of my favorite junk foods. I would frequently eat a “pre”meal before eating in front of other people, so they would not know I was overeating (like it was not obvious). I was tortured and teased from about 6th grade on. All the normal, nasty things kids say to each other (fatty, fatty, 2 x 4; is that an earthquake I feel, no just Bobbie, etc…)
As I continued to grow up after high school, food being my drug of choice branched into every area of my life. I was now using it for everything in my life. I found I preferred to remain numb (sugar especially fit that bill perfectly). I learned how to hide my true emotions very well behind the mask of food I had to keep increasing to keep the mask in place. TV has been the other constant companion with my food. My other favorite escape. So much so, that even to this day, sitting in front of the TV brings up the desire to eat. They just seem to “belong” together, like watching a movie means popcorn, soda and candy.
The abuse of food has continued my entire life until I was exposed to EFT.
I have tried pretty much every diet known to man, some with better success than others, however, none of them that were sustainable for me.
I would set goals, reach them and then go right back to the food as soon as the goal was met. I actually was able to strong arm myself down to my “goal weight” of 150 pounds once when I was 21 years of age. It was done in such an unhealthy way. Working out 4+ hours a day, eating nothing but grapefruit juice and sesame sticks for a month at a time! And while I was at my goal, which lasted for about a year, I went off the rails, putting myself in dangerous situations with men, because I had no idea how to handle my new body or the attention I was getting from men. Once I met my now husband, it was like a switch went off and said, “Put the weight back on and be safe again.”
My whole life has been one of “all or nothing”. I was either completely involved or doing nothing at all in every aspect of my life, especially with diets and exercising. I was raised being told, every day of my life, that I was a Fat, Lazy, Useless, Slob, that No One could Ever Truly Love by my father. I accepted that as my truth and lived my life to fulfill that truth.
I started being introduced to the idea that it was not what I was eating, it was what was eating me many years ago. I knew there was truth there, yet had no practical way to completely release all those old negative and traumatic experiences.
N: What has your weight loss and body confidence journey with tapping been like?
B: I was introduced and began tapping in June of 2013, even becoming certified in it. I was using it to release all kinds of things, yet the weight issues kept eluding me. Then I began with Jess’ program in January of this year, 2014. This was the tipping point for me. I was finally focusing on and willing to go into the weight issues and what was eating me. I began using it pretty much strictly for getting rid of cravings and wanting to eat when I was not physically hungry at first. It worked so quickly, I LOVED it!
I still kept avoiding the past issues. I was in the hospital in January of 2014 with an unrelated issue and it was found that my blood sugar was 343! They were quite concerned and I was supposed to see a physician immediately to begin treatment as both my mom and grandfather were diabetic. I spent that long, lonely night in the hospital tapping my heart out, crying, begging, pleading, asking for guidance. When I went home the next day, it was with the resolve that I would give myself 3 months to get my blood sugars down into the normal range or I would seek the medical care they recommended.
With the help of Jessica’s program, I was able to do that in 2 months! I check it monthly to be sure it remains normal, and tap on all the issues that continue to come up. I became more and more interested in the areas of Jessica’s program that I resisted most because I knew these were the places that held the most power for me. Exercise, The pain behind the pounds, rewriting my story…
One by one I began tackling them, going after whichever one was the most pressing issue for me each day. Some days it was eating when I was not hungry, some days were not wanting to move my body, and some days were just horrible childhood memories screaming for my attention now.
One of my greatest breakthroughs came when I was doing some tapping with a friend, going after “why do I put everyone else first and leave myself with sloppy leftovers?”. That progressed to a very specific childhood memory of my dad hitting my mother and what happened right after that. In the memory I had always had and recalled, my dad sent me on my way warning me not to tell my aunt and uncle. While using EFT, I remembered he also told me “if you tell anyone else, things will only get worse here!” Holy you know what! The connections made and pain released were absolutely breathtaking and the journey since that point has been even more amazing! Martyr mom is gone once and for all! Being a martyr, period, is gone and I LOVE IT!
As a side effect of this amazing work I have released 50 + pounds at last check. I only check once a month (another wonderful blessing from Jessica’s program!). The scale no longer runs my life. I cannot say it is completely gone, however, it has diminished in importance tremendously! I no longer have a specific number I choose to be, rather, to be healthy, happy and active in my life!
N: What were the biggest realizations you’ve had during that journey?
B:
I DO MATTER! I do deserve to be on this planet.
It is ok to say no, especially to take care of myself!
I AM SAFE no matter what size I am!
The monsters I kept locked so securely away all those years, ended up not being as scary as I always thought when brought into the light of day. The bottomless, deep black pool of despair that I feared most of all, actually does, indeed, have a bottom, and I can raise it up anytime I choose with EFT!
Exercise can be fun!
N: As a result of that journey, what has changed (and continues to change) for you internally – in terms of your emotions, beliefs, relationship with your body, etc.?
I would say, overall, I am learning to Truly LOVE ME, ALL OF ME! If you knew me before, you would realize how MAJOR that statement is for me to say out loud! While I know it is still a process, I am much quicker at catching myself when I slip into the old negative talk and tap on it until the charge diminishes and goes away. Then replace it with much kinder thoughts.
My relationship with my family, especially my kids continues to grow stronger. They tell me often how proud they are of me for sticking with this. I tell them, it is easy, because I can truly see myself doing this for the rest of my life! (I have NEVER been able to say that about anything before!)
N: What has changed (and continues to change) for you externally — changes in weight, new habits (eating, exercise, etc.) — as a result of this journey?
B: To date I have gone down 50+ pounds and clothes sizes from a 30/32 to a 20/22! More to come (Or go! LOL)
I am exercising on a regular basis, with much fewer and shorter periods of struggling to keep going with it. I am constantly seeking new kinds of workouts, seeking what I can have fun with, enjoy doing and benefit my body all at the same time. I have realized that if I do not enjoy doing it I will not keep it up. Learning to move my body in fun ways and finally find out what I enjoy has been, and is, a wonderful journey!
I am eating so many foods that 7 months ago I would have laughed at you for suggesting. A lot more organic food and drinking a lot more water. I no longer drink soda (my body showed me it does not care for it).
As Jessica suggested, I have become a full-time detective with my body. I am excited and enjoy trying new foods, including a lot of foods I refused to try my whole life. Carbs, especially gluten and processed sugar are very rare, as my body feels so much better without them. I am amazed at how quickly my body revolts against me when I try to eat some of the old foods that used to be my comfort foods. I truly do not like how I feel when I indulge in processed sugar, which is VERY rare now!
I know I have a ways to go, and I KNOW I AM on my way. With Jessica’s program I KNOW now that it TRULY is ALL About the Journey, not the Destination!

Tapping With Teenagers
I want to share a short video with you that shows the power of tapping for teenagers. It’s just 17 minutes and an excerpt from a workshop at a Hay House conference. A couple of things you might want to note about this video:
a. This young lady did something she’s embarrassed about, and we tap on it together WITHOUT her telling me exactly what happened. This is HUGE for teenagers who don’t want to tell adults, parents, teachers, etc. exactly how they feel. You can still work on an issue without talking about it specifically.
b. Humor, in the right moment at the right dose, can be just what we need to help heal.
c. Notice how current events, even for a young teenager, are often built upon earlier childhood traumas.
d. See how you can use empowering states and resources to overwrite old traumas.
I hope you enjoy the video and use tapping with your teenagers! (and please share it with those that have teenagers)
Keep Tapping!
Nick
