Three Simple Ways To Tell If You’re Boiling In Hot Water Like The Frog
You’ve likely heard the anecdote about the frog in hot water. Simply put, it states that if a frog is placed in hot water, it will instantly jump out, but if it’s placed in cold water that is slowly heated, it will not perceive the danger and be slowly cooked to death.
Hoping that nobody has actually done this to a poor frog and pointing out that it’s just a metaphor (!), I do think the story has some powerful lessons for us today.
Are you boiling in hot water and don’t even know it?
Three Simple Ways To Tell If You’re Boiling In Hot Water Like The Frog
So you have a nagging feeling that you’re a frog in hot water and you don’t even know it, huh? “Something just doesn’t look and feel right about this pot… I’m not miserable enough to jump out, but boy, is anyone else feeling the heat in here? Oh, and this heat is making me a little sleepy, maybe I’ll just relax in here for a little while…”
If things in your life aren’t going the way you want them to be, you might just be a frog in hot water. That’s OK. Step one to getting out of hot water is KNOWING that you’re in it. The frog didn’t know. You’re starting to realize it, so here are three signposts to check in with so you can really determine if you’re in hot water or not!
1. Your Body
Our bodies, these precious containers, are simply wonderful at telling us if we’re in hot water. Problem is, we don’t often pay attention to them. And when they do finally get our attention, we often come up with all sorts of excuses about what our body is telling us; we’ll say things like, “Well, I feel terrible because I have the flu,” or, “Well, I was diagnosed with X medical condition,” or, “Well, I didn’t sleep well last night, that’s why I’m exhausted today.”
We rarely stop and ask ourselves questions like, “Why did I get the flu?” “Why did my body breakdown and develop this disease/condition?” “Why didn’t I sleep well last night?” Look, I get it, it’s easy to blame our physical experience on outside conditions, and then use an outside force to “fix” it – a pill for this or that – and while certainly there are physical manifestations – these things are real – more often than not it’s an internal experience that has started the cascade of events that lead to a physical manifestation.
Look deep, and you’ll find it starts with the cumulative stress, with not taking time for yourself, with not being able to say no to others, with moving too fast, with carrying fear, guilt and shame in your body for years, with holding on to events from the past, with being unable to forgive others and yourself.
The hot water you’re sitting in is often full of anger, regret, shame, fear, guilt, anxiety, stress and more. When it shows up in your body, use it as a clue to look within, and to find the places you can heal.
So one simple way to tell if you’re in hot water or not is to take a moment, and check in with your body. How does it feel? Maybe feel into your neck and shoulders, roll them around; is there any tension or pain there? Is your back tight and sore? Are you dealing with some pain that just won’t heal? Have you accepted a level of pain in your body that you’ve simply just gotten used to?
Oftentimes, people in pain have had it for so long, that it’s just a part of life. That’s called, “you’re in hot water” and you’ve adjusted to it! Your body can actually feel strong and vibrant, regardless of your age!
(If you want to explore this concept deeper, whether you’ve been struggling with chronic pain or simply want to eliminate the headaches you keep getting, or the overall tension and stress in your body, then you might want to pick up a copy of my new book, “The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief”. Even if you already know about tapping and how to use it, this book goes DEEP and step by step on how to create a strong and vibrant body, and during the launch celebration it comes with a bunch of great limited time bonuses. Learn more here: http://thetappingsolution.com/pain-relief-book/)
2. Your breath
Your breath is obviously part of your body, but it transcends it in many ways. It’s a direct line of communication with the outside world, taking in what it has to offer us and then letting it go. Today, whenever you remember to, pay attention to your breath. Is it full and deep or light and shallow? Right now, go ahead and take a deep breath, and ask yourself, “How deep is my breath, on a scale of 0-10?” You’ll instinctively know what it is and what it can be.
You can actually tap quite simply (if you’re new to tapping, click here to learn the basics), on letting go and expanding the breath . After checking in, it’s as simple as, “Even though my breath feels constricted/tight/something stuck, I love, accept and forgive myself” You might also ask yourself, “What emotion or event am I holding on to with my breath, in my lungs?” and tap on that. Do one round or two of tapping, and watch how your chest and lungs relax and breath expands! It’s often a powerful shift!
Doing this once or twice a day can help us notice when we’re in hot water, and get us out!
3. Your Spirit
Our spirits are often in the deepest, blackest, hottest pots of water, and we don’t even notice. Do you feel fulfilled on a daily basis? Are you living your truth and passion? Are you opening your heart as wide as it can go and sharing your love with the world? Do you feel that sense of energy, of joy, of vibrancy for life?
If not, you might be in hot water.
Now, I’m not saying you need to feel this way 100% of the time; I certainly don’t! But I think a good measure to start with is: Do I feel this way more often than not? Is 51% of my time spent in this positive, expansive place?
On a daily basis, you’ll go back and forth. You’ll remember this positive, empowering info, then you’ll forget. Cut yourself some slack on that; it’s OK! Most of us are working with decades of programming that was not uplifting and expansive. We’re retraining ourselves to think and feel this way, and that can take some time.
Remember, the way the frog gets out of the hot water is that he realizes he’s in it. So just KNOWING you’re in hot water is absolutely huge. From there, jump out!
To your successful JUMP!
Until next time… Keep Tapping!

The Problem With Patience
“Patience is a virtue.”
“All good things come to those who wait.”
“If we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on walking.”
We’ve all heard these ideas again and again…(the third one isn’t as famous, but it’s good!)
We KNOW these things to be true, there’s a part of us that understands it, believes it, feels the wisdom behind it…
Yet… Many of us have a problem with patience.
When push comes to shove (i.e. daily life) it goes right out the window!
We need it NOW. We need to be skinnier NOW, healthier NOW, richer NOW, happier NOW.
NOW, NOW, NOW…
I know, annoying to even read it, you can feel the urgent energy of it (that’s why I capitalized it!)
You can feel how exhausting it is…
But what do we do?
How do we practice patience?
How do we make it a reality?
What do we do about the part of us that is screaming like a toddler…
“But I don’t want to be patient!!! I want it now!!!”
Two steps:
A. Acknowledge that this part of you exists. Just saying, “Yup, I’m not being patient…” can be enough to trigger change.
B. Tap to release those anxious feelings,
Here’s some quick tapping you can do right now.

Step 1: Identify what you’re being impatient about. Give it a number on the 0-10 scale, for how impatient you’re being.
Step 2: Tap along
(if you’re new to the tapping, you can see a demonstration of the process by clicking here)
Through the points…
Karate Chop: “Even though I’m being so impatient… I deeply and completely accept myself
Karate Chop: “Even though I can’t relax, it has to be done now… I deeply and completely accept myself…”
Karate Chop: “Even though I don’t want to be patient… I deeply and completely accept myself…”
Eyebrow: I can’t be patient…
Side of the Eye: Need it done now…
Under the Eye: I don’t want to wait…
Under the Nose: I need it now…
Under the Mouth: Patience drives me crazy!
Collarbone: No time for patience…
Under the Arm: Who has time to be patient?!
Top of the head: All this stress about it happening now…
Back to the eyebrow, with some positive statements, but only if you feel the positive statements ‘land’ or feel partially true. If not, keep tapping on the negative or ‘my truth now’ feelings until those shift.
Eyebrow: Patience IS a virtue..
Side of the Eye: I wonder how I can cultivate some patience…
Under the Eye: It feels good to be patient…
Under the Nose: it feels safe to be patient…
Under the Mouth: It’s time for me to be patient…
Collarbone: I choose to be patient now…
Under the Arm: Feeling calm and patient…
Top of the Head: Feeling calm and patient now…
That’s just two rounds, so keep repeating either with this language or with your own until you find relief.
The truth is… Patience IS a virtue…
A beautiful one, that can guide your life and bring with it an inner peace that we all crave.
Tap to find that patience and then cultivate it.
Feel it… BE the patience… Flow with patience…
Experience the magic of patience…
Until next time…
Patiently yours…

What Tony Robbins Taught Me
I know Tony Robbins needs no introduction, but if you’ve just arrived from Mars or perhaps are joining us from a country that just got an internet connection (it’s possible- the world is expanding at all times!), Tony Robbins has been known for the past thirty years as an inspirational/motivational speaker, writing books, leading packed seminars around the country, and coaching Presidents and celebrities alike.
In late 2002, after having read his books and listened to his tapes (yes, tapes!), for several years, I decided to attend a weekend event of his in New York City.
I went by myself, following an ad I saw on the streets of New York and a gut feeling that this was something I needed to pursue, and the weekend was simply transformational. There’s a lot I can write about what I learned that weekend, but the primary breakthrough for me was to step up and finally start taking responsibility for my life. It’s easy to believe that life just HAPPENS to us, but it’s not until we recognize that we are at CHOICE, every moment of every day, that things truly change.
12 years ago Tony taught me that and much more, and it has made a massive difference in my life. So it was a special day last week when I got to spend some time with him at his house in Florida. Tony and I had connected a year earlier when he heard about our work in my hometown of Newtown, CT and what we were doing to help those struggling from the tragic shooting here. We’d spent the past year touching base and talking about how we might be able to work together, and this meeting was intended to further that discussion.
We got a lot done and I’ll be reporting in the coming months about what we’re doing together, but today I want to share three simple things I learned from being with him, and which you might find helpful in your life. They all start with “P” and you can apply them to your life in minutes.
What Tony Robbins Taught Me…
1. PRESENCE.
You’re probably familiar with the outsized physical stature and presence of Tony. Standing 6’7”, with massive hands and feet, muscles that at 54, still look rock solid, it’s easy to be impressed with his physical presence. But that’s not what Impressed me most about him, it was his emotional presence. Coming off a 5-day event he runs called “Business Mastery”, he could have easily been drained, distracted or simply just a little tired. But his engagement was laser focused, taking copious notes as Dr. Leyden (the director of The Tapping Solution Foundation) and I spoke about what we were doing.
He was writing so furiously, while still making eye contact and asking penetrating questions, that I longed to see what that notepad actually said! Tony was WITH us. There was no doubt about it. Listening, caring, and looking to go deeper, to get beyond the surface of the discussion, to innovate, collaborate and create magic in the world. What was incredible about his presence was the way it energized us, helped us to think bigger, and to clarify our vision.
Your takeaway: Being present to someone is the greatest gift you can give them. When you’re talking to someone, talk to them. If your phone buzzes in your pocket, leave it be. If you find your mind wandering to other tasks and responsibilities, bring it back. Be here now. Not only will you change the quality of your experience, people will notice and appreciate it in ways you can’t even imagine.
2. PRIMING.
Tony talks a lot about his absolute devotion to what he calls “priming”. For him, it’s a commitment to 10 minutes of daily meditation, which he says usually stretches to 25-30 minutes, but he keeps his goal small so no matter what’s going on, he can achieve it on a daily basis. This priming is the time for him to get focused, to relax, to envision his day and his life. And the result is obvious. He’s able to be PRESENT because of this PRIMING!
Your takeaway: Set a goal, start small, to spend 5-10 minutes a day doing something to “prime” yourself for the day. Tap, meditate, do yoga, whatever it takes to get yourself mentally prepared for the day to come, to release stress and feel good.
3. PLAYFULNESS.
When you’re running 12 companies, publishing a #1 NY Times bestselling book, doing media, and being in-demand around the world, there are a lot of responsibilities on your shoulders. It would be easy to become harried, to rush people, to have worry lines on your face, but Tony was the exact opposite. Calm and relaxed, joking around as his wife walked by moving some outdoor furniture pillows, playfully teasing his brother-in-law in the kitchen, giving us big hugs – he was having FUN. You could sense his joy for life, his joy being with others, his joy in being of service.
Your takeaway: Find places in your life where you can have a little (or a lot) of fun. Can you find ways to work, to be focused, to be productive AND have fun? What can you do to bring some joy and playfulness into your life?
Has Tony Robbins influenced your life in any way? Let me know below! And what do you think about the three “P”s? Tell me how you can implement them in your life today.

Case Study – Tapping for Pain Relief
Here’s another great case study of the results that are possible with this program. Make sure to share this info with anyone you know that is in pain and might need it!
As soon as I asked her to get into her favorite yoga pose, Tara went quiet. After several seconds of silence, she took a deep breath. Sure she would regret it, she attempted the pose anyway.
I was fairly certain the tapping we’d done had cleared the way for pain relief, but the only way to know for sure was to test the process. That meant doing the movements that had caused her pain before tapping.
Right away, Tara was shocked that she could even do the pose. Since having major neck surgery (multiple vertebrae in her neck had been fused together), she didn’t think yoga was an option for her.
Years before, Tara’s neck had been injured in several car accidents, and then again when she was assaulted. She’d been diagnosed with cervical stenosis, and told by doctors that she had the neck of an 89 year old by the time she was in her early thirties. Major surgery had been her only option.
In the years since the surgery, Tara had done extensive physical therapy and regained movement, but whenever she tried to use her neck muscles, including just rolling her neck from side to side, her chronic migraines would return with a vengeance.
Doctors told her repeatedly that chronic pain and limited mobility would stay with her, that there was nothing more they could do.
To avoid more pain, Tara had spent years trying to move as little as possible, so this was the first time Tara had tried to get in a yoga pose in a very long time.
By the time our session ended, Tara had done that same yoga pose a few more times, each time amazed her body was even capable of doing it.
Thrilled as she was, Tara still went to bed that night expecting to wake up with a migraine.
When morning came, she had no migraine, and no pain.
During our tapping the day before, Tara had connected with what she called the “tears in her neck.” Once we had tapped through that deep sadness, and other emotions that had gotten stuck in her neck, her chronic migraines stopped.
How is that even possible? How can a woman who’s had multiple vertebrae surgically fused together suddenly stop having chronic pain? Given what most of were taught about how the body works, it may sound a little crazy at first.
There’s a growing body of research that transforming our understanding of chronic pain.
Research studies at Stanford University, UC Davis and other medical research institutions around the world are confirming what I’ve seen in clients for years – that emotions play an important role in chronic pain.
In one study 121 women, 62 of whom had fibromyalgia, were hooked up to an electric shock machine and asked to recall one memory with a neutral emotional charge, and then a different memory that made them feel either angry or sad. Each time they recalled one of these memories, the machine delivered the same pain-inducing electric shock.
All of the study participants, whether or not they had fibromyalgia, experienced higher levels of pain when they thought of the event that made them feel angry or sad.
Just by changing their emotional state, they became either more or less likely to experience physical pain.
As I’ve seen over and over again in clients with chronic pain, once the underlying stress and emotions are released, the pain goes away, and long-lasting pain relief happens.
Tara – as well as Thomas and Vickie, whose stories I shared in recent emails – are just some of the many people who finally found out what it’s like to be pain-free again.
After tapping through the stress and emotions behind their chronic pain, all of them are living pain-free, active lives.
As Tara shared several months later, “It’s more than priceless… What do you say when your life was broken, and your life isn’t broken anymore? It’s beyond words.” These days, she’s so busy living an active life, she often forgets about her neck altogether!
We want everyone to have that same opportunity to experience lasting pain relief, so we’ve created a new pain relief home study course for you called The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief.
You can find out more about it here: http://www.thetappingsolution.com/TE-PR/program.html
In The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief, I lead you through that same pain relief process that allowed Vickie, and so many others, to feel what it’s like to be pain-free again.

Nick Ortner
P.S. When I spoke with Tara several months after our session, I asked her what she’d say to people who, like her, were initially skeptical that tapping would work for their chronic pain. She laughed, and we reminisced briefly about how sure she’d been that tapping couldn’t work for her pain. Then she said something pretty incredible. She said, “Trust the process more than you trust the fear.”
That really says it all.

Change Doesn’t Happen in a Bubble…
Change doesn’t happen in a bubble.
What does that mean?
It means when you’re looking to improve your life in some way, as much as you’d like to think it’s all about you, about you making that commitment, that decision, that change, it really isn’t…
It would be easier if it were…
But change doesn’t happen in a bubble.
When you change, or even when you try to change, you affect the people around you, and their perspective and attitudes towards you can change.
When you show up looking different in the world, when you take better care of yourself, or try to be more positive, or do something to “improve” yourself, you affect others.
Certainly you can affect them in a positive way, and be a role model…
But…
If they’re not as loving and supportive as you’d like them to be, it can be hard for that change to “stick”.
So when you lose 20 pounds because you started eating better and exercising, your old friends might be jealous, or you might simply not be able to connect with them in the same way as before.
When you make a decision to stop gossiping or being negative, it might be hard for your fellow gossipers to handle.
And the real challenge here is that when your natural human tendency to “connect” and be accepted tries to kick in, it can be easy to go back and act the same way as before, just to fit in again!
You’ve probably heard the phrase, “Misery loves company,” and that applies here.
So what to do? Certainly, there are strategies to change your environment, find better support, etc., but today I want to address how to work on the emotional element of this challenge.
So let’s do some tapping on it.
We’re going to do some very general “global” tapping, meaning I’ll share phrasing and language that isn’t specific, but instead can apply to a variety of situations.
As you zone in on your particular situation, go ahead and change the language and be as specific as possible.
(if you’re unfamiliar with the tapping process, you can learn it here: www.thetappingsolution.com/how-to-tap.php )
Starting on the karate chop point:
Karate Chop: Even though it’s hard to change, because I want to fit in, I deeply and completely accept myself…
Karate Chop: Even though I can’t seem to make these changes stick, I deeply and completely accept myself…
Karate Chop: Even though change doesn’t feel safe, because of how it will affect others, I deeply and completely accept myself…
Eyebrow: It’s hard to change…
Side of Eye: I need to fit in…
Under Eye: What will they think of me if I change..
Under Nose: Every time I change something, I don’t get any support..
Under Mouth: This fear of change…
Collarbone: This fear of being different..
Under Arm: This fear of not fitting in…
Top of Head: I need to fit in…
Back to the eyebrow…
Eyebrow: If I change they won’t like me…
Side of Eye: If I change they won’t support me…
Under Eye: This old fear of change in my body…
Under Nose: All the times I tried to change…
Under Mouth: And it didn’t happen…
Collarbone: All this fear of being judged…
Under Arm: What if they judge me…?
Top of Head: How can I really change…?
Back to the eyebrow for some positive phrases…
(only go to the positive when you’ve moved the negative emotion down to a place where the positive phrases feel good)
Eyebrow: It’s safe to change…
Side of Eye: It’s safe to do what I want to do…
Under Eye: Releasing all this fear from my body…
Under Nose: Letting it go…
Under Mouth: Letting go of all the times when I tried to change and I wasn’t supported…
Collarbone: Letting them all go now…
Under Arm: It’s safe to change…
Top of Head: It’s safe for me to change…
Keep tapping, again, focusing on specifics as much as possible. Ask yourself:
What happened last time I tried to change?
How did the people around me feel about it?
Does it feel safe to change?
What’s stopping me from making the changes I want to make?
Use your answers to tap through the blocks to changing.
Change doesn’t happen in a bubble…
It can’t, and that’s OK. We just need to acknowledge that, and be aware of it.
Once we are, and when we do the tapping to clear the emotional blocks to change, to clear the fear, the doubt, and all the other negative emotions around changing and others perception of us, then..
…change can really STICK.
Until next time… Keep Tapping!

How a “Diagnosis” Can Alter Your Life
It was the first session of my three-day pain relief event, and Vickie’s back pain was raging. She had volunteered to come up on stage and share the story of her diagnosis.
Tears streamed down her face as soon as she began to speak. “The doctor barely spent a few minutes with me before blurting out, ‘you’ll end up in a wheelchair’,” she shared. “It was just so brutal, so heartless… He didn’t have to say it that way.”
Vickie had gone to that doctor’s appointment full of hope, but had left so devastated, she’d barely been able to respond to the doctor’s words.
Just thinking about her diagnosis was enough to put Vickie into a state of panic – and her chronic back pain into high gear.
Millions of people receive diagnoses like Vickie’s everyday, and the experience in itself is traumatic.
Think about it. There you are, already stressed out from having chronic pain, and then from the added stress of being in the doctor’s office, hoping for good news in spite of the intense, unrelenting pain you experience most days.
Then the man or woman in the white coat walks in. They’ve got the degree and the experience to prove how qualified they are. Naturally, you assume they know best, that what they say is the ultimate truth.
So when you hear them say words like “you’ll end up in a wheelchair”, or “your pain will never go away”, it’s already too late. By then, your rational brain has lost the battle.
The second you hear those words, your amygdala, an almond-shaped part of the mid-brain, goes on high alert, sending out distress signals throughout your body.
Your body is immediately flooded with the “stress hormone” cortisol, which shuts down specific parts of your brain, along with your digestive system, and more.
As much as your rational brain tries to reassure you that everything is okay, that you can get a second opinion and find pain relief, by this point your body is in full-blown panic mode, making it very difficult for you to think rationally or creatively.
As the hours, days, and weeks pass, the words your doctor said to you continue to ring in your ears, putting your body and your brain into CHRONIC high stress mode.
With so much of the “stress hormone” cortisol constantly flooding your system, you’re at even greater risk for pain.
So, while it IS critical that you go see a doctor and get a diagnosis, the experience of getting your diagnosis is now contributing to your pain, making it more intense and more frequent.
But wait, what’s really going on here? How is this even possible?
There’s a growing body of research that’s transforming our understanding of chronic pain.
Researchers at Stanford University, UC Davis, and other medical research institutions are finding that our stress and emotions influence whether pain becomes chronic, or goes away once a physical injury or health condition has healed or been successfully treated.
As I’ve seen over and over again in clients with chronic pain, once the underlying stress and emotions are released, pain relief happens.
For Vickie, that process began with a “sliver of hope.”
After tapping with me on stage and releasing the emotions she felt around her diagnosis, Vickie shared that she went home with a “sliver of hope.” Although her pain was still there, for the first time since her diagnosis, she believed that pain relief was possible.
Several weeks later, Vickie joined a group follow-up call to that pain relief event, and shared that she was still hopeful that her pain might go away. I then led her through several rounds of tapping to address the stress and overwhelm she was feeling.
By the end of our tapping, Vickie’s pain had completely gone away.
Her brain had heard the message, and quieted the danger signals it had been sending to her body. That’s when the chronic pain she’d had for so many years just disappeared.
“So this is what it feels like!” she exclaimed once her pain had vanished. “It feels like a beautiful vacation… I feel amazing!”
Thanks to the larger process we went through during that pain relief event, tapping through the underlying elements that contribute to chronic pain, Vickie was just one of many who experienced pain relief.
Unfortunately, we could only fit a certain number of people in the room, and in the months following that event, we heard from so many of you who had wanted to attend, but hadn’t been able to.
With The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief, in this initial launch celebration, I’m including the recordings for the FULL Pain Relief World Summit, an online event that was attended by over 100,000 people.
This is such a powerful process, and the results we’ve seen are amazing. (I still get so excited seeing people come out of it pain-free.
)
If you or someone you know is struggling with chronic pain, I hope you’ll join us (or forward this email) for this opportunity to experience lasting pain relief.
You can get the details here: http://www.thetappingsolution.com/TE-PR/program.html
Until next time, keep tapping!

P.S. With The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief, you’ll also be invited to join our secret Facebook pain relief community, where you can connect with like-minded people who understand you and your experience. Having that kind of support is so important.
P.P.S. I’ll be sharing more stories like Vickie’s in the coming days, so watch your inbox!

Tapping on Healing and Clearing a Traumatic Event
For many of us, traumatic events don’t just happen “once”. Yes, they happen once in “real” time, but we replay them, hold on to them, and run them again and again and again.
When we let go of the past, when we truly heal the past, everything can change.
Watch this 12 minute video where I tap with someone on a traumatic event, the ensuing anger and more. Pay attention to how the anger automatically shifts and turns into gratitude when we tap on it. It’s a powerful example of how when we let go of a difficult emotion, positive emotions come flooding in.
As you watch, tap along with us, even if this isn’t your exact issue, you’ll be surprised as to what happens when you tap along!

Nick Ortner chats with Wayne Dyer about EFT Tapping
At the age of 34 Wayne Dyer drove to Biloxi, Mississippi to visit the grave of his father, an alcoholic and abusive man who had abandoned him, his mother and two brothers the day he was born. Although he had died 10 years earlier, Wayne had only just found out about his death.
He drove to the grave that day with a level of anger so great, so deep from years of hurt built up, that he went there with two tasks in mind: To find out if it was even acknowledged on his death certificate that Wayne was his son, and to literally “pee” on the grave of the father that he held all this hatred, anger and resentment towards for 34 years.
What came out of that visit however, completely and forever changed his life. It is one of the most beautiful stories you’ll ever hear. It shares a message of forgiveness and it’s power to transform that I think is truly life-changing and worth your time to listen to.
If you had been in Wayne’s shoes, would you have been able to forgive?
Who do you have in YOUR life that you need to forgive? How would it change your life to forgive and release any anger, resentment, hatred or other negative emotions that you carry, towards BOTH others as well as yourself? (Don’t forget the forgiving yourself part!)
Most people today know Wayne Dyer for his best-selling books (having sold literally hundreds of millions of copies), his Public Broadcasting Station television specials, and his heart-warming and thought-provoking talks…But do not know that up to that point in his life when he visited his father’s grave, he was overweight, drinking heavily, and was as he describes himself, “Basically on an involuntary suicide mission.”
But he was able to radically transform, through the power of forgiveness, you’ll learn how to do the same, to radically improve the quality of your own life. I hope you take a few minutes to watch this video today!
What did you enjoy or learn from watching this video? How do you think forgiveness could change your life? Share your thoughts below.
