Biden Campaign Pulls No Punches In Calling Out Ron DeSantis For Racism
Biden-Harris 2024 campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond called out Ron DeSantis for pandering to extremists with racism about slavery.
Video:
Biden-Harris 2024 Campaign Co-Chair Cedric Richmond tells @Acosta about Ron DeSantis and slavery, “Gov. Desantis is going to continue to run to the extremists because he doesn’t have a record to stand on and he will continue to push the culture wars, if not just flat out racism.” pic.twitter.com/56fZqyRfkH
— Sarah Reese Jones (@PoliticusSarah) July 22, 2023
Richmond told CNN’s Jim Acosta, “Factually, he’s wrong. Slavery had zero redeeming qualities. It further illustrates how far this Republican Party and these candidates are going to the right and to cater and pander to extremists in order to get support. And I think that Governor Desantis, his campaign has been floundering. He’s been looking for attention. And I think that he is now embarking on going as far to the right as he possibly can just to see if he can be the extremist candidate.”
Former Rep. Richmond later added, “I think that Governor Desantis has been going to continue to run to the extremists because he doesn’t have a record to stand on and he will continue to push the culture wars, if not just flat-out racism in order to get a base and catch a foothold in the Republican primary. I think that is, I hope that Americans can see right past it. And I don’t think that you can say there were redeeming qualities to enslave many. I don’t think that you can bash the Vice President Of The United States with such an atrocity.”
Accusing DeSantis of using racism to help his campaign is very strong language. However, it is also true. DeSantis is trying to use racism after his war on woke has been a complete failure as a national presidential campaign issue. Ron DeSantis is losing the Republican primary badly to a guy who might end up being a convicted felon by Election Day 2024.
The Biden campaign isn’t going to let any candidate spread racist views and racism, especially not Ron DeSantis.
Gov. DeSantis is getting a taste of life in the political big leagues, and so far, he is not holding up well.

Corporate America Starting to Ditch Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officers | The Gateway Pundit
After George Floyd, corporate America rushed to embrace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies that used to be limited to liberal college campuses.
Now that everyone is being squeezed by the Biden economy and inflation however, there isnât as much extra cash floating around in these companies.
When it comes to the bottom line, DEI policies are just another unnecessary expense.
The Washington Free Beacon reports:
DEI Officers Are âQuestioning Their Career Pathâ as Demand Falls: Report
Corporate officers focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion are feeling âleft out in the coldâ as demand for their roles plummets, according to a Wall Street Journal report Friday.
Demand to fill DEI roles is hitting new lows. Jason Hanold, chief executive of Hanold Associates Executive Search, told the Journal searches for chief diversity officers are down 75 percent in the past year, hitting the lowest he has seen in his 30-year recruiting career. Diversity officers were especially vulnerable during a tech world firing spree last fall, facing 40 percent higher turnover than human resources positions.
DEI officials have faced more recent scrutiny in the wake of the Supreme Courtâs ruling striking down the use of race in college admissions. The ruling is expected to have ripple effects beyond college admissions, including in the corporate world.
RedState has more on this:
Some of Americaâs largest corporations, like Netflix, Disney â which has many more self-made problems besides diversity, equity, and inclusion â and Warner Bros. Discovery, have announced that their CDOs were leaving the companies. Many employees who work in jobs related to the CDO have been laid off, and new complaints by employees of their employers caving to the woke mob and going overboard have led to scaling back of DEI commitments.
The Supreme Court recently striking down affirmative action in college admissions also got the attention of many corporate executives. Some CDOs felt like corporate brass did not want to change hiring or promotion protocols and were told that they were brought on to improve talent. And in the wake of many people who have called out DEI practices for also being discriminatory, the rush towards DEI has not been a permanent one.
If we were still living in a Trump economy, this wouldnât be an issue. Howâs that for irony?

SURPRISE! Former Biden White House Comms Director Gets Hired by CNN | The Gateway Pundit
Kate Bedingfield, who served as a communications official for the Biden administration is now joining CNN. Isnât that just shocking news?
Democrat administrations and liberal media outlets are basically a revolving door for jobs. This is just like Jen Psaki, who left the Biden White House to go to work for MSNBC. Karine Jean-Pierre will eventually join one of these outlets as well.
People who are in the liberal elite club take care of their own.
Politico reports:
Kate Bedingfield joins CNN as political commentator
Former White House communications director Kate Bedingfield will be joining CNN as a political commentator, the outlet said Friday morning.
She becomes the latest former White House media official to join a broadcast network, following former press secretary Jen Psaki, who left the White House in May 2022 to host her own MSNBC show that premiered earlier this year, and Symone Sanders, who also joined the network the same year after serving as the spokesperson for Vice President Kamala Harris.
The longtime Biden aide, who worked for the president on his 2020 campaign and in the Obama administration, left her perch atop the White House press shop at the end of February. She was succeeded by Ben LaBolt.
This was so predictable.

Once upon a timeâaround my sophomore year of collegeâmy idea of makeup was a touch of tinted moisturizer and concealer paired with heavy-handed bronzer, some kind of sparkly eyeshadow, way too much eyeliner, scarce mascara, and literally nothing on my lips beyond Burtâs Bees. It was a time. Thankfully, I got my first magazine internship that summer, and my view of makeup and beauty changed forever.
Eventually, I discovered Too Faced, and fell in love with its cute packaging and highly pigmented products. The brand’s iconic Better Than Sex Mascara quickly took the pedestal in my eye makeup routine. That was back in 2014, though. Itâs been a long time since Iâve dabbled with Too Faced, but when I caught wind of the brandâs new Better Than Sex Foreplay Mascara Primer ($29), it felt like being called home.
The Too Faced Better Than Sex Foreplay Mascara Primer is unlike many other lash primers on the market because instead of being a thick, white formula, itâs quite lightweight and pitch-black in tone. According to the brand, the primer is infused with argan and grapeseed oils to condition lashes, while nylon fibers add length and volume. The combined effect? Long-lasting, healthy-looking, fully-fluffed lashes for upwards of 24 hours.
Now, Iâve tried many lash primers in my day, exploring everything from drugstore finds to luxe formulas. My general consensus has been that none worked well for creating a casual everyday lash lookâthe volume was so intense when layered with mascara that the only option was to reserve the formulas for going out.
Itâs precisely because of this that Iâm such a big fan of the Too Faced Better Than Sex Foreplay Mascara Primer, which comes with a double-arch crescent brush for easy application. While the black formula works well with mascara to dramatically separate and lengthen lashes for long wear without making them look super clumpy, itâs how the primer works on its own thatâs earned it a spot in my makeup bag.

On the back of the box the mascara comes in, it says the product can be worn on its own for âwhen youâre keeping things casual.â I did few comparison tests with the primer: First, on its own, against my bare lashes; Then, under my regular mascara, against my lashes with a few coats of the same mascara without the primer. In both instances, I was wowed by how natural, yet defined, they looked.
As someone with super light natural lashes, that subtle coat of color made all the difference in the world. Itâs a welcome surprise because, for years, Iâve wanted to enhance my pale lashes for daily wearâwhen Iâm running out for errands or going to the gymâbut the idea of wearing a heavy coat of mascara felt out of place (and even the lightest formulas seemed to go on too thick). Luckily for me, now this exists, and I have no doubt that Iâll use every last bit in the tube.

Former ABC Investigative Journalist James Gordon Meek Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography Charges | The Gateway Pundit
James Gordon Meek
A former ABC journalist who went missing after the FBI raided his home and seized his laptop pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges.
As reported last year, Emmy-winning investigative journalist James Meek went missing after the FBI raided his Virginia home and seized classified information from his laptop in April 2022.
James Gordon Meek, 52, went missing after the feds raided his Arlington penthouse apartment, the Rolling Stone reported.
Meek produced the Hulu documentary â3212 Unredactedâ which detailed the 2017 Pentagon coverup of the deaths of US special forces in Niger.
The âlightning raidâ was conducted after a search warrant was approved by a federal magistrate judge in the Virginia Eastern District Court, Rolling Stone reported.
âIf agents got hold of Meekâs records, the move would have had to have been approved by US Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco.â The New York Post reported.
Meek pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges on Friday.
ABC News reported:
A former investigative journalist for ABC News pleaded guilty Friday to federal child pornography charges.
James Gordon Meek, 53, of Arlington, Virginia, admitted in U.S. District Court in Alexandria that he illegally possessed and transported child pornography. He covered national security issues for the network until he resigned last year.
Court papers indicate the investigation began when the FBI received a tip from Dropbox about videos showing the sexual abuse of children in an account associated with Meek.
As part of a plea agreement, Meek admitted he used an iPhone to exchange child pornography, including a video showing the sexual abuse of an infant, during a chat session with two other individuals.
An FBI affidavit indicates that agents founds dozens of child pornography images and videos when they searched Meekâs home last year, going back to at least 2014.

Cooking Stress Is RealâHere’s How To Combat It
Cooking can be a fun and creative hobbyâ¦but what about when itâs not? When itâs pure anxiety and hassle? FXâs The Bear portrays this well, illustrating how cooking can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. A dinging oven and a chaotic sous chef are only part of the equation.
Why else is cooking so nerve-wracking at times, and how the heck can you get a meal on the table despite the circumstances, without screaming at anyone or burning yourself? Chefs and therapists cooked up some explanations and their best tips.
Why you may feel hot-headed in a hot kitchenYou tend to put pressure on yourself to make the perfect mealCalling all the perfectionists! âPeople with perfectionist tendencies may find cooking stressful because they have such high standards and put a lot of pressure on themselves to meet high expectations,â says Avigail Lev, PsyD, founder and director of Bay Area CBT Center. âThe pressure to follow recipes precisely and create flawless dishes can increase stress levels and create anxiety around making mistakes.â
Chefs know and validate the struggle. âI have found that the real stress of a professional kitchen lies in oneself,â says Kevin Hoffmann, executive chef at Vinyl Steakhouse. âItâs not just table 104, 305, and 36 that are causing you stress: Itâs being inside your own head thinking about that mistake that causes all the others.â (This can go for your family kitchen, too!)
Youâre making sure you meet everyoneâs preferences and needsIf youâre cooking for other peopleâor even just yourselfâyou may know this factor all too well. You have to keep allergies, dietary needs, health conditions, and likes/dislikes in mind. That can be a lot! Lev believes this can add stress to the cooking process.

Youâre busy with other chores and to-do items
Cooking is probably one of many things you have to do, meaning you may feel rushed to get it done (especially if people are complaining about being hungry).
âDaily responsibilities such as working, parenting, and chores can be consuming throughout the day,â says Melissa Albano, a licensed clinical social worker with Thriveworks who specializes in coping skills, anxiety, anger management, and stress. âPreparing a meal may often feel like another chore and less of a reward. Finding time in an already busy schedule for shopping and meal planning may also feel like a challenge.â
Diet culture weasels its way into your mindWhile this challenge can be present for anyone, it may be especially prevalent for people who have struggled with disordered eating or body image. âCooking can trigger thoughts and feelings about how food choices may impact their appearance or weight,â Lev explains. âThe pressure to prepare âhealthyâ or âlow-calorieâ meals can add an additional layer of stress.â
Further, after youâve already planned the menu and are cooking, you may still have lingering food guilt. Are you cooking âtoo manyâ starches and “not enough” vegetables? Are you cooking âtoo muchâ food in general?
Concerns like those can consume your thoughts. Itâs fair to aim for a well-balanced meal, but try to not stress if the meal isnât perfectly balanced every time. Instead, consider incorporating âgentle nutrition,â or giving your body nutrients (along with the fun foods it wants) without restricting or micromanaging your food intake.
Youâre juggling the preparation of multiple foodsCooking a whole meal or preparing for a party means you may be working with the oven, stove, and microwave all at one time, at different temperatures. No wonder your mind is racing!
âItâs not making just one dish; itâs cooking a multitude of dishes all perfectly at the same time in concert with other individuals doing the same thing for hours on end,â Hoffmann adds.
Even one dish can cause a lot of distress. âSome recipes can be quite intricate, involving multiple steps, techniques, and ingredients,â says Kevin Winston, a professional chef. âTrying to follow a complex recipe for the first time can be overwhelming and stressful, especially if youâre not confident in your cooking skills.â
To make matters more difficult, the dishes probably need to finish cooking around the same time. âWhen youâre pressed for time, it can be stressful to ensure that all the components of a meal are cooked and ready to be served simultaneously,â Winston adds.
The kitchen space is chaoticWhether youâre cooking for family or around roommates, you may be trying to prepare a meal in the midst of distractions. This could be attempting to move hot dishes without running into anyone, rushing to finish up with the oven so someone else can use it, or a host of other things. Lev says this can be overwhelming, especially for individuals who might be easily overwhelmed around others, in the kitchen, or during holidays.
How to cool down while cookingRepeat a calming mantraItâs easy to get caught up in the heat of the momentâliterallyâwhen preparing a meal. Whatâs key is not letting it affect your self-image or confidence (as best as you can).
âRepeat soothing phrases to yourself during the cognitive process,â Lev suggests. She provides some examples, such as:
âI am doing my best.ââI am taking care of myself through cooking.ââI can handle imperfections.ââIt is normal to feel challenged and overwhelmed at times.âDonât be afraid of opting for an easier recipe or alternativeMeals donât need to be new and fancy. âWhen youâre short on time or feeling stressed, itâs best to stick to recipes youâre comfortable with,â Winston adds. âSave the experimentation for when you have more time and a relaxed mindset.â For simpler options, he suggests one-pot meals, stir fries, and sheet-pan dinners.
If you donât have an ingredient you need, see if a quick Google search can help you find an alternative. âMaybe you started out with a big fancy meal but you ran out of eggs,â says Allison Kent, LCSW, a therapist at Cabo Behavioral. âResearching an egg substitute or switching to a simpler meal is likely possible.â
Try a grounding techniqueâGroundingâ is a way to anchor yourself to the current moment, and it can bring you down from an intense or unpleasant emotional state. Albano shares a couple of techniques you can try, such as:
Playing into your senses: Noticing the feeling of utensils in your hand, savoring smells, and remaining present in other ways. The 5-4-3-2-1 method: Notice five things you hear, four things you see, three things you touch, two things you smell, and one thing you taste.Keep the kitchen organizedAs a chef, Hoffmann knows all about how important the layout of the kitchen is â especially when youâre in a rush. âBe organized,â he urges. âKnowing where things are means you donât have to search for them when you need them.â
Maybe that means having items youâll need quickly in easy reach, putting all the ingredients for one dish together, or ensuring cooking utensils go back on the spoon rest rather than flung across the counter.
Practice radical acceptanceRadical acceptance is a skill often discussed in therapy. It is what it sounds likeâaccepting reality, even when you donât like itââthat encourages us to acknowledge that not everything is within our control,â Kent says. âThe more we try to control things, the more often we will be disappointed.â
Along these lines, Kent recommends taking accountability for when you mess up part of a meal. âThe blame game only makes the meal more unpleasant,â she says. Further, Albano encourages you to not expect too much from yourself. âIf hosting a holiday, set reasonable expectations,â she says. âNot everyone will be satisfied, and itâs okay.â
Try to make cooking a fun, creative outletA small mindset reframe may come in handy here. How might the cooking process change if you envision it as an enjoyable activity rather than a chore? Albano recommends making it fun, whether thatâs through encouraging friends/family/partners to join or playing some good music.
Delegate and set boundariesYou donât have to handle all the meal preparation on your own. Itâs okay to share the load! For example, letâs say your kids are getting in the way. Kent recommends giving them an age-appropriate task, such as setting the table, folding napkins, or doing something else that will keep them distracted.
What about times when your spouse wonât leave you alone? See about having that conversation another time. Kent says you can say something like, âI really want to hear more about that meeting with your boss, and I want to give you my undivided attention during dinner. As soon as I am done cooking, I want to hear all the details.â
Give yourself some perspectiveItâs easy to get caught up in the stress of cooking and feel like youâll never get it all done. Hoffmann wants to remind you that you can do this. âRemember that sooner or later, service or dinner will end,â he says. âRemember that you love thisâ¦Believe in yourself. You might not be the greatest yet. None of us started out great, and weâve all been there.â

An Iowa Voter Asked Trump About His Faith And Responded With A Deranged Meltdown
An Iowa voter asked Trump about his faith journey and who mentored him. The former president responded with a meltdown about grand juries and how hard heâs had it.
Trump was asked, âMy question is, how has your faith grown since you decided in 2015 to run for president? And who has mentored you in your faith journey?â
This was Trumpâs answer:
Such a great question. Iâve seen so much heartache and turmoil. I was a developer and other things. I had a wonderful life before all of this. I didnât know what a grand jury was. I didnât know what a subpoena was. I had a wonderful life.
Let me ask you a question are you glad you didnât? I couldnât be more glad. Iâm so happy I did it because I made America great and we can do it again right now we are not a great country. But I have gotten to know because of evangelicals, I meet so many people and they feel so good about themselves and their family. I had never had that kind of an experience I mean I know so many people who are so incredible religious people, not just Christians, when I look at the Catholic faith, you take a look at the FBI, look it with the FBI is doing to Catholics made them like the enemy.
Itâs horrible. How could a Catholic ever vote for a Democrat or a guy like Biden after the experience? I have met some of the finest people that I wouldnât have had the privilege of meeting their religious leaders. They really are incredible people.Â
Video:
âHow has your faith grown since you decided to run for president? And who has mentored you in your faith journey?â pic.twitter.com/7DtoHxCBBI
â Acyn (@Acyn) July 22, 2023
To summarize, Trump has no faith. No one has ever mentored him in terms of his faith because it is all a giant fraud, and he is on no faith journey.
Trumpâs answer was an incredible word salad meltdown that was a classic Trumpian mixture of bragging, self-pity, conspiracies, and delusion.
Any person of faith that votes for Donald Trump is exposing themselves as a fraudulent non-believer. It must drive actual evangelicals like Sen. Tim Scott up the wall that they are losing to a complete fake like Donald Trump.
What stood out most about Trumpâs answer was that the Iowa voter didnât look impressed, as the former presidentâs snow job does not appear as effective as it used to be.

Zyxel users still getting hacked by DDoS botnet emerge as public nuisance No. 1
Organizations that have yet to patch a 9.8-severity vulnerability in network devices made by Zyxel have emerged as public nuisance No. 1 as a sizable number of them continue to be exploited and wrangled into botnets that wage DDoS attacks.
Zyxel patched the flaw on April 25. Five weeks later, Shadowserver, an organization that monitors Internet threats in real time, warned that many Zyxel firewalls and VPN servers had been compromised in attacks that showed no signs of stopping. The Shadowserver assessment at the time was: âIf you have a vulnerable device exposed, assume compromise.â
On Wednesdayâ12 weeks since Zyxel delivered a patch and seven weeks since Shadowserver sounded the alarmâsecurity firm Fortinet published research reporting a surge in exploit activity being carried out by multiple threat actors in recent weeks. As was the case with the active compromises Shadowserver reported, the attacks came overwhelmingly from variants based on Mirai, an open source application hackers use to identify and exploit common vulnerabilities in routers and other Internet of Things devices.
When successful, Mirai corals the devices into botnets that can potentially deliver distributed denial-of-service attacks of enormous sizes.
Increasing the urgency of patching the Zyxel vulnerability, researchers in June published exploit code that anyone could download and incorporate into their own botnet software. Despite the clear and imminent threat, enough vulnerable devices remain even as attacks continue to surge, Fortinet researcher Cara Lin said in Thursdayâs report. Lin wrote:
Since the publication of the exploit module, there has been a sustained surge in malicious activity. Analysis conducted by FortiGuard Labs has identified a significant increase in attack bursts starting from May, as depicted in the trigger count graph shown in Figure 1. We also identified multiple botnets, including Dark.IoT, a variant based on Mirai, as well as another botnet that employs customized DDoS attack methods. In this article, we will provide a detailed explanation of the payload delivered through CVE-2023-28771 and associated botnets.

Figure 1: Botnetâs attacking activity.
Fortinet
The vulnerability used to compromise the Zyxel devices, tracked as CVE-2023-28771, is an unauthenticated command-injection vulnerability with a severity rating of 9.8. The flaw can be exploited with a specially crafted IKEv2 packet to UDP port 500 of the device to execute malicious code. Zyxelâs disclosure of the flaw is here.
AdvertisementCVE-2023-28771 exists in default configurations of the manufacturerâs firewall and VPN devices. They include Zyxel ZyWALL/USG series firmware versions 4.60 through 4.73, VPN series firmware versions 4.60 through 5.35, USG FLEX series firmware versions 4.60 through 5.35, and ATP series firmware versions 4.60 through 5.35.
Fortinetâs Lin said that over the past month, attacks exploiting CVE-2023-28771 have originated from distinct IP addresses and specifically target the command-injection capability in an Internet Key Exchange packet transmitted by Zyxel devices. The attacks are implemented using tools such as curl and wget, which download malicious scripts from attacker-controlled servers.

Fortinet
Besides Dark.IoT, other botnet software exploiting the vulnerability include Rapperbot and Katana, the latter of which is closely tied to a Telegram channel known as âSHINJI.APP | Katana botnet.â
Given the ability of exploits to execute directly on sensitive security devices, one might have assumed that affected organizations would have patched the underlying vulnerability by now. Alas, the continued successful exploit attempts demonstrate a non-trivial number of them still havenât.
âThe presence of exposed vulnerabilities in devices can lead to significant risks,â Lin noted. âOnce an attacker gains control over a vulnerable device, they can incorporate it into their botnet, enabling them to execute additional attacks, such as DDoS. To effectively address this threat, it is crucial to prioritize the application of patches and updates whenever possible.â

Tired After Pooping? Here’s Why
Everybody poops, but thereâs a lot about going number two that people donât talk about. So if you happen to experience something that feels off related to going to the bathroom, it can feel like youâre the only one who has been through this. Case in point: feeling tired after you poop.
While we often feel great post-poop, other times, there’s an energy slump that happensâand not just to you. Yes, thereâs actually a medical explanation for the phenomenon. Hereâs the deal.
What can cause you to feel tired after you poop?A lot of it comes down to your vagal nerves (aka vagus nerve), which are the main nerves of your parasympathetic nervous system. These nerves control a range of functions in your body, including your digestion, heart rate, and immune system.
âStraining really hard during a bowel movement can activate the vagus,â explains Ellen M. Stein, MD, associate professor of medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. For some people, heart rate slows and blood pressure lowers when the vagus nerve is activated, leading to something called a vasovagal reflex, Dr. Stein says.
âIf you’re straining or pushing hard, your stomach muscles are contracting and that will decrease blood flow into the vagus nerve,â says Rudolph Bedford, MD, a gastroenterologist at Providence Saint Johnâs Health Center in Santa Monica, California. âThat can make you feel dizzy when you get up after a bowel movement, or tired. Some people will even faint or lose consciousness if theyâre straining enough.â
“Some people will even faint or lose consciousness if they’re straining enough.” âRudolph Bedford, MD
Also worth noting: If you hold your breath when you push to poop, it can cause you to feel weak afterward, Dr. Stein says.
Related Stories
What does it mean if you feel tired after you poop?
On one level, itâs possible to feel exhausted after you poop simply because youâre constipated and are working hard to go, Dr. Bedford says. âYou should try to keep your bowel movements soft so youâre not straining,â he suggests.
But the phenomenon can also be a sign that something else is going on with your health. âSome patients have underlying heart problems and now many patients have post-COVID syndromes or post-viral syndromes like POTS (postural orthostatic and tachycardia syndrome),â Dr. Stein says. âThese conditions make their heart and circulatory system even more sensitive to these vasovagal reflexes.â
How concerning is this?It depends. If you notice here and there that you feel tired after you poop but feel otherwise okay, Dr. Bedford says youâre probably fine to just mention it to your doctor at your next physical.
But if this is a regular thing for you, Dr. Bedford itâs a good idea to proactively reach out to your doctor to see what could be going on. âYou need to not only have your blood pressure and heart rate checked, but you need some blood work done,â he says. You could be dealing with an underlying health condition youâre not aware of or may be struggling with pelvic floor issues, Dr. Stein says.
How to prevent this from happeningSince a softer stool means youâll be less likely to strain on the toilet, Dr. Bedford recommends that you focus on adding more fruits, vegetables, and water to your diet.
You can also try adjusting your bathroom habits. âSometimes getting your feet up on a Squatty Potty changes the angles and eases the flow,â Dr. Stein says. Getting enough sleep can also help, she says.
Also make sure you’re using proper pooping form: âPushing harder and holding your breath are likely triggers, so gently activating the right muscles and not forgetting to breathe are really helpful,â Dr. Stein says.
But, again, if this is something youâre dealing with regularly, itâs important to flag it for your doctor. They should be able to take things from there.
