Attorney Reveals the “Exculpatory” Evidence Jack Smith Possesses that Exonerates President Trump | The Gateway Pundit
It turns out that Special Counsel Jack Smith either failed to review evidence that exonerates President Trump and Mayor Rudy Giuliani or he ignored the findings altogether.
Tim Parlatore, the attorney for former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, told CBS News that Smith’s office has within thousands of pages of records turned over by Kerik that contains “exculpatory evidence.” The exact reason why Smith has not disclosed this critical information remains unclear.
According to CBS News, these documents were submitted to Smith on July 23.
Kerik’s legal team says that these materials, which include affidavits under oath from people raising concerns regarding the integrity of the 2020 presidential contest, demonstrate there was an honest effort to investigate voter fraud claims in the election.
Yet Parlatore got “surprising” news when the special counsel’s office started asking him for documents which he had already handed over after they indicted Trump on Wednesday.
CBS News reported:
In an Aug. 2 email to Parlatore, reviewed by CBS News, a special counsel’s office prosecutor requested “responsive documents as to which the Trump campaign is no longer asserting a privilege,” referring to the Kerik records Parlatore said he previously provided.
Parlatore said he was “stunned” when, after the indictment came down, the prosecutor contacted him asking for the records he said he had already provided. Parlatore said the “records are absolutely exculpatory.
Here is the evidence should exonerate Trump according to Parlatore.
They (documents) bear directly on the essential element of whether Rudy Giuliani, and therefore Donald Trump, knew that their claims of election fraud were false. Good- faith reliance upon claims of fraud, even if they later turn out to be false, is very different from pushing fraud claims that you know to be false at the time.
In other words, Trump and Giuliani honestly believed the 2020 election was stolen. This conclusively proves that Trump is being prosecuted based on his opinions.
There is also other evidence to back up Trump’s claims of election fraud. The Gateway Pundit has extensively reported on the irregularities that occurred during the 2020 Presidential election.

CBS News notes that Parlatore served as a lawyer working for Trump in the Justice Department’s investigations into the 45th president, but left the legal team in May.
A spokesperson for the special counsel refused comment Thursday when asked by CBS News if they had reviewed the material.

YouTube star and Twitch streamer Kai Cenat was arrested and charged with inciting a riot.
NYPD arrested 65 rioters – 30 were juveniles.

Actress-Comedian Roseanne Barr Joins Forces with Anti-Woke Retail Company “Publicsq” for New Show on Elon Musk’s Rebranded Platform “X” | The Gateway Pundit

Actress-comedian Roseanne Barr has signed a six-figure deal with the anti-woke retail company Publicsq to launch a new show on Elon Musk’s rebranded platform, X (formerly Twitter), according to a report from the New York Post.
Publicsq, an online marketplace that brands itself as an alternative for conservatives against woke companies like Amazon and the advertiser behind Tucker on Twitter, has teamed up with Barr for a project that promises to be as “provocative” as it is engaging.
Though the exact format is not yet determined, it could include a written monologue or sketch comedy, with a runtime of at least half an hour, and a frequency of monthly airings, according to sources.
“Hi, it’s Roseanne Barr, and I’m so excited to be partnering with Public Square to use a free speech platform like Twitter to do a show where comedy is legal again,” Barr announced in a video posted on Twitter Friday.

The collaboration represents a significant addition to Elon Musk’s Platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Musk, an advocate for unrestricted dialogue and a critic of cancel culture, has been seeking more original content for the site. Barr’s new show fits into this vision perfectly, embodying Musk’s commitment to free speech and diverse viewpoints.
“We’re followers of Elon, and it’s pretty evident to us that whatever we want goes,” Barr told On The Money.
She further described the endeavor as “a great way for people to fight back against totalitarianism,” reflecting her belief in the power of free speech and open dialogue.

Sources with knowledge of how the union of these strangest of bedfellows came together point to YouTube’s decision to remove a video from its website in which Barr joked about holocaust denialism and Jews controlling the media. Barr herself is Jewish.
YouTube said the video — which was uploaded to comedian Theo Von’s channel — violated its hate speech policies and prevented him from uploading new content for a week.
Amid the controversy, Musk backed Von’s support for Barr and chimed in, “Comedy is legal on this platform!”
While neither Barr nor Publicsq has spoken with anyone at X about possible limits on what topics the comedian will tackle, they said they believe their new program will be in line with the site’s moderation policy.
“Elon’s push since he bought Twitter is all about free speech — he stands by comedy, which is a crucial part of the First Amendment,” Barr’s son Jake Pentland told On The Money.

That didn’t take long.
From the moment that Professor Cornel West announced that he is running for president on a third party ticket, we have been predicting that Democrats and the media would come after West and try to force him out of the race.
This week, multiple left wing media outlets reported that Cornel West has $500,000 in unpaid taxes. Apparently, only Hunter Biden is allowed to get away with that sort of thing.

Presidential candidate Cornel West, who has spent most of his career advocating for higher taxes on the wealthy, owes the IRS more than half a million dollars in unpaid taxes.
Throughout his decades in the public eye, West, who is an academic at elite institutions and a bestselling author, has blasted the concentration of wealth at the top of U.S. society. Since announcing his run for president, first on the People’s Party ticket and currently on the Green Party’s, he has argued that taxes on the wealthiest Americans need to be “higher, much higher.”
But West hasn’t been putting his money where his mouth is—literally. An investigation by The Daily Beast, published Thursday, found that West owes $543,778.78 in unpaid taxes. The Beast cited tax filings in Mercer County, New Jersey, where West owns a house in the town of Princeton, and in Los Angeles, where West’s personal attorney is.
The IRS has filed liens against West for the years 2005, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, when he failed to pay anywhere from more than $62,000 to nearly $137,000 in taxes. The liens, or federal claims against property for unpaid debts, are all still open.

The latest Emerson College poll of Michigan voters offers some dire news for President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party.

Michigan is one of the key swing states in the 2024 presidential election and in most electoral map scenarios a must-win for Biden…
If third-party candidate Cornel West is added to the mix, Trump beats Biden with 43% to 41% of the vote. West received 4% of the vote in the survey, clearly cutting into Biden’s margin. 4% would still support someone else, while 7% remained undecided with West on the ballot.
Democrats cannot afford to lose states like Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania to Trump in 2024. If West is on the ballot, that could easily happen.
Expect more dirt to drop about West in the coming weeks.

Harris stopped at a cheese shop in DC to pick up some refreshments.
She was wowed by caramelized onions.
The man behind the counter suggested that Kamala Harris pair the cheese she ordered with caramelized onions.
“It’s actually a Fromage blanc, but it comes across like cream cheese,” the man told Harris.
Harris said she wanted something savory to go with the cheese after he suggested pairing it with berries.
“Something savory? Maybe some caramelized onions?” he said.

Creatine for Depression & The Science Behind It
Movement boosts mental health, to the point where some research shows physical activity may actually be more effective at reducing mild-to-moderate symptoms of depression than medication or cognitive behavior therapy. But could the supplements that support your workouts enhance those brain benefits even further?
While the world of supplements is a murky one, creatine—an amino acid produced in the body that helps your muscles produce energy—is one that’s generally considered safe. Supplementing up to 30 grams a day was shown to be well-tolerated over at least five years in a 2017 review published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition.

Ryan Sultan, MD, assistant professor of clinical psychiatry and director of the Mental Health Informatics Lab at Columbia UniversityMost of the creatine (95 percent, to be exact) your body makes or consumes goes to your skeletal muscles, where research shows it can help improve athlete performance, speed up recovery, and prevent injury. But the rest goes to other tissues, including your brain.
Turns out, people who consumed the most creatine in their diet—about one gram a day—showed a 31 percent lower risk for depression compared to those who only got 0.15 grams a day, according to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Researchers at the University of Utah suggested that creatine might boost brain energy metabolism and capacity, which could ward off the blues.

“One key hypothesis involves creatine’s ability to enhance cellular energy metabolism, potentially ameliorating the energy hypometabolism often seen in depression,” says Ryan Sultan, MD, assistant professor of clinical psychiatry and director of the Mental Health Informatics Lab at Columbia University. Evidence has shown that major depressive disorder is linked with impaired energy metabolism in the brain, Sultan explains. Supplementing with creatine might work by helping restore energy balance within the brain.
For people already battling depression, creatine supplementation was shown to enhance antidepressant response in a 2023 review published in Sports Medicine. “Traditional psychotherapies might not effectively address its core symptoms, so using creatine in combination with antidepressants could be a beneficial strategy,” says Sultan. When women who failed to respond to other antidepressants were treated with five grams of creatine daily (along with 200 milligrams of a serotonin precursor for eight weeks), their depression significantly improved, a 2017 study in the Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology found.
Creatine’s therapeutic effects may go beyond energy metabolism, too. People with depression have reduced levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which plays a critical role in generating new neurons in the brain, strengthening the connections of those neurons, and overall brain health, Sultan explains—and “it’s suggested that creatine can increase levels of BDNF.”
But before you go all-in on creatine supplementation, Sultan warns that “while initial data is promising, to really prove that a treatment like creatine is effective for depression, more thorough, high-quality studies would be needed.”
Just like exercise isn’t a replacement for therapy or medication, if you’re dealing with mental health issues, the best place to start is with a professional who can help you get to the root of the issue—not the supplement aisle.

It is important to note that federal prosecutors aren’t asking the judge to change the terms of Trump’s release, and they have not requested that the former president be remanded, but if Trump were to continue along his current path, the judge could decide to remand him and hold him in custody through his trial.
The one thing that has always scared Trump is ending up behind bars. Federal prosecutors likely do not want to see Trump locked up because that would only fuel Trump’s narrative that he is being politically persecuted.
However, if Trump would publicly share evidence or witness testimony transcripts, the judge might be in a position where there would be no other option but to remand Trump.
Trump couldn’t stick to the judge’s rules for 24 hours.
The ex-president posted an online threat, and it will be up to the judge to determine if Trump should spend some time behind bars.

I’m a football coach. You can’t run a country without fossil fuels. You can’t do it. You cannot do it. It’s impossible. They’re trying to make this country crash and burn. They’re trying to bring it to its knees. We’re not going to allow that to happen. It’s so important that we step up. We step up and get behind this man who we’ve got some good Republicans in this country.
I’ll tell you. I work with a lot, but there’s nobody that could get the job done faster, quicker and more efficient than Donald J trump. Nobody. He’s not a politician, he’s a businessman. He despises the deep state. He’s got experience and he doesn’t need eight years. It’s only going to take him a few years to get this back and get it going again. And that’s what we have to have, folks. We are a year and a half left with this bunch of clowns. We cannot give them four more years. If that happens, we’re in trouble. We’re in real trouble.
