These people don’t give a damn about the people of Hawaii. All they see is an opportunity to seize more power and control. What do you think happens if Biden declares a national emergency over climate change? Climate lockdowns? More restrictions on energy? More restrictions on freedom? All of the above and more?

As President Joe Biden prepares to visit Maui, the Hawaiian island devastated by the deadliest wildfire in U.S. modern history, lawmakers and climate groups are begging the White House to do more to prevent future climate-related disasters.
Their argument: If the latest environmental catastrophe won’t spur the president into action, what will?
The fires, likely sparked by the island’s electric utility and heightened by climate change impacts, swept through the Pacific paradise last week, killing at least 110 people and leaving the famed town of Lahaina smoldering in ruins. As survivors search for missing family members and friends, and a housing crisis unfolds amid the vast destruction, climate activists and members of Congress are urging Biden to declare a national emergency over climate change…
“Even when I talk about this issue, I tend to say things like, ‘I want to make sure my children have clean air and water — that they have running water. That they have a livable planet when they’re my age.’ But that’s not right. Tomorrow, you could wake up and your whole community could be ashes,” said Kaniela Ing, a seventh-generation indigenous Hawaiian from Maui and the national director of the Green New Deal Network, a climate justice organization.
Biden must not be allowed to do this.
Declaring a “climate emergency” means giving one man the power to unilaterally spend mountains of tax dollars and revoke freedoms in the name of an unquantifiable threat.

The Urbanista Malibu is a wireless speaker powered by sunshine

If the Malibu speakers needs to be charged via a wired connection, that can be done so with its USB-C port.
It can generate 20W of power for audio playback, and other features include a lanyard to help make it easier to carry it around, and there is the Stereo Link function for pairing two speakers together.
The Malibu also arrives on the market with a companion app, which Urbanista says gives the user “deep customisation options” such as a customisable EQ band to adjust the performance of the audio to the user’s liking. The app also keeps track of the speaker’s live light-charging and access to historical data to see how the solar has performed in the past. It’ll be interesting to see if all these features help to make it one of the best outdoor speakers.
Inspired by the US beach city, the Urbanista Malibu comes in three colours although only two appear to have been announced: Midnight Black and Desert Gray.
The Urbanista Malibu is priced at £149 / $149 / €169. It’ll be available from Urbanista online and retailers worldwide from late September 2023.

Insufferable RINO Senator Bill Cassidy (LA) trashed Trump on Sunday during an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union” with host Kasie Hunt.
Recall, Cassidy was one of the 7 turncoat senators to vote to convict Trump in the second impeachment against President Trump.
The Louisiana GOP censured Cassidy over his sham impeachment vote.
Cassidy told Kasie Hunt that Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump is a “slam dunk.”
“I don’t think Americans will vote for someone who has been convicted,” Cassidy said.
Kasie Hunt asked Cassidy if he thinks Trump should drop out of the race.
“I think so, but that’s up to him…but he will lose to Joe Biden if you look at the current polls,” Cassidy said.
Cassidy also said every single 2024 Republican candidate such as Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy and Asa Hutchinson can beat Joe Biden – but Trump, who is polling ahead of every single candidate, can’t beat Joe Biden.

In a 2021 interview with Axios, the Louisiana Senator said voters would probably reject Trump in a 2024 bid for the White House and asserted he would not be voting for him.
“Trump is the first president in the Republican side at least to lose the House, the Senate and the presidency in four years. Elections are about winning,” Cassidy said.
Not one word about rampant Democrat voter fraud in 2020.

Indian Lunar Mission Is Going Strong, Preparing Its Approach for a Wednesday Soft Landing on the Moon’s South Pole | The Gateway Pundit
All eyes are on India now, as the Asian giant is less than 48 hours away of fulfilling a dream with Chandrayaan-3: becoming the fourth nation to ever soft-land a spacecraft on the surface of the Moon, and more – becoming the first to do it in the mineral and ice-water rich south pole of the Earth’s satellite.
Chandrayaan is a Sanskrit word which can be translated as ‘Moon Vehicle’ or ‘Moon Craft’. And that’s what it is. After a deceleration maneuver, which the Indian space agency (ISRO) calls “de-boosting”, the craft will run internal checks, and wait for the sun to be shining at the chosen landing site. The descent is expected to commence on August 23, 2023, around 5:45pm IST (Indian Standard Time), 7:45am ET.

“The second and final adjustment to Chandrayaan-3’s lunar lander has been successfully carried out and the space craft is now in a smaller orbit, the Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) said in a statement on Sunday, and added that the touchdown will be at 6.04pm on August 23.
The announcement came hours before Russia confirmed it had lost its Luna-25 lander after it attempted its own orbital adjustment on Saturday, leaving India at the cusp of history — if Chandrayaan’s lander Vikram makes it to the surface as planned, it will be the first time any country’s mission has reached the south polar region.”

A soft landing on the moon will turn India into the fourth nation to land a man-made craft on the surface of the moon after the United States, the Soviet Union, and China.

Lawyer Tom Renz has exposed that the COVID-19 vaccines, widely advertised as mRNA (messenger RNA) vaccines, are in fact lab-created hybrids known as modRNA.
Tom Renz has accused the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pfizer, and others of misleading the world about the true nature of the COVID-19 vaccines.
In a statement released on social media, Renz claims that the widely recognized mRNA technology, allegedly utilized in the vaccines, is not what it appears to be.
“They claimed the COVID-19 vaccines were mRNA & that meant MESSENGER RNA (which occurs in life everywhere). It is NOT. The mRNA is modRNA. modRNA is a lab-created hybrid designed to create changes in your genes,” said Renz.
modRNA (modified messenger RNA) is a synthesized form of mRNA that has been altered at specific sites.
ModRNA, as described by Renz, has the potential to last longer and create permanent changes in genes. He also warns of the potential for “massive unintended consequences” in the 3300 billion lines of genetic code that make up humanity.

“Why does this matter? Well let’s start with the COVID “vaccines”. Because mRNA is a weak particle and breaks down easily with a relatively lower risk of messing with your genetics than other gene therapy products (like modRNA) that is what is always talked about in the jabs. The problem is that it is a lie,” Renz wrote on his Substack.
If you searched the word “modRNA” on Pfizer’s labeling/fact-sheet for health care providers administering the vaccine, it will show 21 results.

In a desperate effort to prop up Joe Biden, a PBS panelist said that Democrats should be more “grateful” Biden is their 2024 candidate.
Not surprisingly, PBS is rarely, if ever objective in their assessments of Democratic candidates. With mounting evidence of corruption in the Biden camp, we have David Brooks of the New York Times still supporting Joe Biden.
‘Conservative’ columnist for the New York Times David Brooks said Democrats should be grateful Biden is their guy in 2024 because of his “incredibly strong economic recovery.”
Wages are down and inflation is still high.
Gas prices are still higher today than when Joe Biden took office in January 2021.
Brooks agreed Joe Biden is old with very low approval ratings, but he’s the best the Democrats have and voters should be grateful.
“And so the Democrats are lucky, frankly, to have a candidate in Biden who has presided over an incredibly strong economic recovery, who has presided over pretty good international peacemaking efforts, both in Asia this week and also in Europe, and who I believe whose numbers will go up as inflation recedes, as it is,” Brook said.

Progressive Insurance Sued for “Patently Unlawful” Racism for Awarding Grants Only to Black-Owned Businesses | The Gateway Pundit
Progressive Insurance is being sued for discrimination for offering grants to black-owned businesses, while excluding white, Asian, and Latinos from applying.
Progressive worked in partnership with Hello Alice to award grants to black-owned businesses.
The 10 winners were announced in a press release on Tuesday.
“Progressive Insurance®, the leading commercial auto insurer in the United States, has announced the 10 recipients of its 2023 Driving Small Business Forward grant with Hello Alice in support of Black entrepreneurs. Each small business owner has been awarded a $25,000 grant for use toward the purchase of a commercial vehicle for their business.” the press release said.
Freedom Truck Dispatch owner Nathan Roberts decided to sue Progressive Insurance after he received an email about a grant opportunity for trucking businesses.
Only he wasn’t eligible because he’s not black.
America First Legal, founded by former Trump advisor Stephen Miller, filed the lawsuit on behalf of Nathan Roberts.
The New York Post reported:
Progressive insurance, famed for its quirky commercials starring fictional saleswoman Flo, is being sued for “patently unlawful” racism for awarding exclusively black-owned businesses $25,000 — while allegedly banning white, Asian, Hispanic and owners of other backgrounds from applying.
The lawsuit — filed on behalf of Freedom Truck Dispatch owner Nathan Roberts in Ohio federal court on Wednesday — claims that Progressive racially discriminated against non-black small-business owners like Roberts for offering a five-figure award to 10 “black-owned small businesses to use toward the purchase of a commercial vehicle.”
The class-action suit, which was filed by anti-radical left group American First Legal, claimed that on May 24, Roberts, a Progressive customer, received an email “about a grant opportunity for their [Progressive’s] commercial-trucking small-business owners.”
However, “Progressive decided that only black-owned businesses would be eligible for these grants” because, according to the insurance company, “studies have shown how inequities have it harder for black entrepreneurs to access capital.”
Progressive partnered with grant administration company Hello Alice for the financial award.

Tropical Storm Hilary made landfall in Southern California on Sunday with maximum sustained winds of 65 mph.
Southern California was hammered by rain and strong winds on Sunday.
The wild weather day turned biblical after a magnitude 5.1 earthquake struck Ojai, which is located just north of Los Angeles.
The earthquake was followed by several aftershocks ranging from 3.1 to 3.6 on the Richter scale.

President Biden’s presidential campaign announced a new $25 million ad campaign that will tell the American people the truth about his jobs record.
The Biden-Harris campaign said in a statement provided to PoliticusUSA:
Today, Biden-Harris 2024 announced its third major ad buy of the 2024 election cycle, focused on President Biden’s economic agenda that is lowering costs for the middle class, creating good-paying jobs, and bringing back American manufacturing. These ads kick off a 16-week, $25 million advertising campaign that will reach key voters in battleground states. This buy includes the reelection campaign’s first investments in Hispanic and African American media. These are the first of several spots that will run in this first phase of advertising across key battleground states and on national cable television.
The ad campaign will run on broadcast and cable television programming targeted toward key segments of the electorate critical to the campaign’s path to victory in November 2024. The buy will also capitalize on communicating to large audiences on high-reach TV placements such as NFL Kickoff and the World Series. Ads will be featured on premium digital placements like YouTube Reserve, Hulu, and on Connected TV, and will also be placed in short-form video on Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
