Gut-Friendly Blackberry Avocado Smoothie Recipe
Seeking a nutritionally balanced, immensely flavorful way to boost your digestion and support gut health? Look no further than this papaya blackberry avocado smoothie, favored by board-certified gastroenterologist Kenneth Brown, MD. Keep reading to discover why it gets the GI doctor’s stamp of approval, plus how to make and modify it yourself. Why this blackberry avocado smoothie is great for digestion and gut health
ICYMI, Dr. Brown previously shared his preferred gut-friendly juice recipe, which also packs tropical fruits and berries. However, he reminds us that it’s ideal to consume produce whole, or in a form like smoothies, to keep their fiber content intact to facilitate digestion and help good gut bacteria thrive. Fiber definitely takes a starring role in this recipe, but it’s bolstered by a smattering of other nutrients that are also beneficial for your gut and overall health.
“This smoothie provides an excellent source of fiber and protein, healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin C,” Dr. Brown shares. He *pun alert* breaks down his favorite smoothie’s nutritional contents as such:
Fiber: 15.5 gramsProtein: 22 gramsTotal fat: 23 gramsOmega-3s: 1.6 gramsVitamin C: 120 milligramsCalories: 370According to 2021 stats from the American Society for Nutrition, only 9 percent of women and 5 percent of men in the United States consume adequate fiber each day. Fortunately, this fruit smoothie will make a big impact to inch closer to the recommendation of getting 25 to 38 grams daily. The high content of fiber and protein—both of which are highly satiating, gut-friendly, and heart-healthy—also help to stabilize energy levels, thanks to the fruits’ natural sugar content. Healthy fats from the avocado, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds help to round out the smoothie’s macronutrient profile, allowing it to serve as a balanced mini meal or snack.

Omega-3s—the primary source of which are flax seeds in this recipe—also happen to be powerful to promote gut health. Per a 2017 review in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences, human studies show omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) positively influence the gut-brain axis. In addition, animal studies demonstrate that omega-3s help maintain intestinal wall integrity.
Last but not least, the papaya packs papain (say that five times fast), a digestive enzyme that can help with gas and constipation. And most Greek yogurts contain probiotics, have fewer grams of added sugar, and boast a higher protein content than other types of yogurt.
Tips to make, modify, and enjoy this blackberry avocado smoothie recipeAlthough papaya is one of the heroes in this digestion-boosting smoothie, you can substitute it if need be. “If papaya is not available, mango is a great alternative for a similar tropical flavor and is also rich in vitamins A and C,” Dr. Brown notes. The fruit already packs a decent amount of natural sugar: around 18 grams, the gastro estimates. To limit added sugars, which can trigger digestive upset and inflammation, he suggests opting for unsweetened varieties of Greek yogurt.Aim to use ground flax seeds. “If your flax seeds are whole, start by grinding them in a coffee grinder or blender to ensure you get their full nutritional benefits,” Dr. Brown advises. If you’re not used to including a ton of fiber in your diet, boost your water intake to reduce the potential for digestive discomfort.A GI doctor’s papaya blackberry avocado smoothie recipeIngredients
1 cup ripe papaya, cubed
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 ripe avocado
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp flax seeds
Juice of half a lemon

Ruark’s R410 is a great looking, all-in-one audiophile music system
It should go without saying that Ruark produces lovely looking hi-fi products, but we’ll say it again with the R410 music player. It looks terrific.
Developed over a period of three years, the R410 is the first model from the forthcoming 100 Series. Not much is yet known about the 100 Series but it looks as if it’ll be marrying attractive aesthetics with audiophile sound.
But back to the R410. It’s been primarily designed with streaming in mind, but owners will still be able to connect legacy devices such as a turntable or CD drive to the unit if they wish. DAB/DAB+/FM & Internet radio are included on the spec.
There are a variety of physical connections that include Toslink digital input (up to 24-bit/192kHz) and an HDMI port with eARC support if you wanted to use this an alternative to a soundbar with a TV, as well as RIAA phono input for turntables. Wireless connections include Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, AirPlay 2 along with built-in Chromecast. On the Bluetooth side it supports up to aptX-HD for lossy Hi-res audio playback.
Ruark describes the processor inside the R410 as “powerful”, offering a fast user experience when handling commands from the RotoDial controller and a slick user interface with compatible apps.
Grey finish Ruark R410It’s backed up by a new generation of digital amplifiers that are said to provide “high efficiency and output with ultra low distortion”, along with Burr-Brown DACs to manage the digital/analogue audio conversion.
Aesthetically Ruark says the R410 boasts a seventies-inspired style, with its hand-crafted grille and cabinet engineered from sustainable woods that have been “spliced, coloured, and recomposed” to closely resemble slow growing hardwoods, with a colour and pattern that’s less likely to change over time. The high-res colour display is positioned in portrait orientation to emulate the way in which people use their smartphones.
The RotoDial has been a mainstay of Ruark’s products for years and the British-based company say they’ve improved the design, making it more tactile to use. A rechargeable remote is also included among the accessories.
And it aims to bring any room alive with the sound of music, delivering 120W of Class D power to a pair of silk dome tweeters and long throw NS+ mid/bass units, with dual bass enclosures to help reinforce the size and power of the bass performance.
Available in walnut brown and grey finishes, the Ruark R410 goes on sale with an RRP of £1299.

Putin Says Wagner Group Founder Prigozhin ‘Made Serious Mistakes in His Life’ | The Gateway Pundit
Russian President Vladimir Putin acknowledged the presumed death of Wagner Group founder Yevgeny Prigozhin by saying he “made serious mistakes in his life.”
Many have speculated, without evidence, that Putin was behind the plane crash that is believed to have killed Prigozhin this week.
“He made serious mistakes in his life,” Putin said before adding his “sincere condolences” to those killed in the crash.
The plane went down approximately 100 miles from Moscow on Wednesday.
According to Russia’s civilian aviation agency, Prigozhin, his right-hand man Dmitry Utkin, and eight others are believed to have been on board the flight.
“There has been no other confirmation besides the passenger list for Prigozhin and Utkin’s death,” The Hill reports. “The cause of the crash is still being investigated, but several outlets reported that an internal explosion may have brought the aircraft down.”
Pentagon press secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said he believes Prigozhin was on board and killed.
“Our initial assessment, based on a variety of factors, is that he was likely killed,” Ryder said during a press briefing.
Ryder declined to comment on what the US believes to have caused the crash.
The Wagner Group attempted to stage a coup against Putin in June.

TOTAL BLOWOUT: Fox News Debate Ratings are Downright Pathetic as President Trump’s Tucker Carlson Interview SOARS to Over 248 MILLION Views | The Gateway Pundit
President Trump with Tucker Carlson at his Bedminster Club in New Jersey.
The so-called competition between President Trump and the rest of the field proved to be an absolute laugher in Trump’s favor.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Trump skipped the first Republican primary debate and sit down for an online Twitter interview with Tucker Carlson which is setting records in terms of views on X (formerly Twitter).
Many analysts predicted Republicans would ditch Fox News in droves to watch the interview between America’s two leading America First populists. It turns out they were right.
CNN reported, only 11.1 million people watched the Fox News debate on the disgraced network last night. Another 1.7 million watched on Fox Business.
This is WAY down compared to August 2015 when 24 million viewers who tuned into the first Republican debate in August 2015, a historic number. One can thank President Trump for that.
Here are more reasons why last night’s debate numbers are downright pathetic for Fox News:
First, only 2.8 million people within the coveted 25-54 age demographic watch the Trump-less “competition.” The average age of the audience was 67 years old. That likely means almost half were close to 70 years old.
Second, more people watched the first Democrat debate four years ago. The Joe Biden-led field drew 15.3 million viewers across NBC, MSBNC and Telemundo back in August 2019.
Finally, the population of the United States has increased from 321 million in 2015 to 334 million today. Despite this increase, last night’s debate audience could only muster about half compared to the one eight years ago.
Meanwhile, Trump’s interview with Tucker is at approximately 245 Million views as of this writing.

Using AI and Predictive Analytics to Enhance Podcast Content Strategy
The world of podcasting has seen explosive growth over the past decade. We are a little more than halfway in 2023; the number of podcast listeners has reached 464.7 million, a number that continues to rise. With this rapid expansion, creators find it more challenging to stand out in a crowded market. A robust podcast content strategy is essential, and in today’s data-driven world, the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics can offer a competitive edge. Let’s dive deep into how AI and predictive analytics can be leveraged to enhance your podcast content strategy.
1. Understanding the BasicsBefore we delve into the strategies, it’s vital to understand what we mean by AI and predictive analytics:
Artificial Intelligence (AI): At its core, AI mimics human intelligence processes through machines, especially computer systems. It can involve anything from voice recognition (like Alexa or Siri) to problem-solving.Predictive Analytics: This uses data, statistical algorithms, and machine learning techniques to identify the likelihood of future outcomes based on historical data. In the podcasting world, it can help predict what topics will resonate most with listeners, among other things.2. Tailoring Content to Your AudienceTo optimize your podcast content strategy, it’s paramount to fathom your audience’s preferences. AI can analyze vast amounts of data from listener feedback, reviews, and listening habits. By doing so, it can provide insights into:
Topics that resonate with your audience.Preferred episode length.Optimal publishing times.Predictive analytics can then forecast the likely success of future episodes based on this data. This allows creators to tailor content more precisely to their audience’s tastes, improving engagement and retention rates.
3. Predictive Topic AnalysisUsing predictive analytics, podcast creators can analyze trends across various platforms (like social media, news outlets, and search engines) to gauge which topics are gaining traction. For instance, if a specific subject begins trending on Twitter, a podcast episode around that theme might be timely and relevant. By staying ahead of the curve, you ensure your content remains relevant and compelling to listeners.
4. Automated Content Curation and CreationAI tools, like natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, can assist in content curation and even content creation. For example, AI can:
Summarize lengthy articles or research reports, giving podcast hosts a concise overview.Suggest relevant content or guests for interviews based on trending topics.Automatically generate show notes or episode summaries. While AI should not replace the human touch entirely, it can significantly aid in streamlining the content creation process. Paid editing and marketing services like PodAllies can vastly reduce the time any creator spends on the production side of their podcast.
5. Enhanced Listener InteractionVoice recognition and NLP can be used to enhance listener interaction. Imagine a podcast episode that can interact with listeners in real-time, answer questions, or adjust content based on vocal feedback. While this might sound futuristic, advancements in AI are making this a possibility. By making podcasts more interactive, creators can engage their audience innovatively, setting their content apart from the competition. There isn’t an AI tool that can do this yet.
6. Personalized Advertising and MonetizationFor podcasts that rely on advertising, AI and predictive analytics can revolutionize monetization strategies. By analyzing listener preferences and habits, AI can suggest personalized ad content, ensuring that listeners hear promotions most relevant to them. This can lead to better conversion rates and increased ad revenue. Two significant services that facilitate cutting-edge podcast monetization are AdvertiseCast and AudioGo.
7. Performance Analysis and Feedback LoopA crucial aspect of a robust podcast content strategy is reviewing performance and making necessary adjustments. AI can offer real-time analytics on episode performance, from listener counts to engagement rates. Predictive analytics can also forecast future performance trends. This data can then be fed back into the content creation process, creating a continuous improvement loop.
8. The Human Element: Balancing AI with AuthenticityWhile AI and predictive analytics offer powerful tools for enhancing podcast content strategy, it’s essential not to lose the human element. Podcasts are inherently personal mediums, and listeners often connect profoundly with hosts. While AI can provide insights and streamline processes, the content itself should remain authentic and human-centric.
ConclusionThe fusion of AI and predictive analytics with podcasting is paving the way for a new era of content creation. By harnessing these tools, podcast creators can craft more targeted, relevant, and engaging content, setting their podcasts apart in a crowded market. However, it’s essential to strike a balance between leveraging technology and maintaining the personal, authentic touch that listeners love. With the right approach, AI and predictive analytics can significantly enhance your podcast content strategy, ensuring your podcast not only survives but thrives in today’s competitive landscape.

The Risks AI Poses For Small Businesses That Automate Too Quickly
In a time where artificial intelligence (AI) and automation is witnessing widespread adoption, the underlying risks are often overlooked, as companies seek advanced technology to improve business-related protocols and upscale productivity.
Now, as a growing number of small to medium enterprises adopt advanced technology, many of them are left to manage the risks associated with these digital tools themselves, and it’s often leading to bigger and costlier problems than some business owners have anticipated.
Not everyone is fully onboard when it comes to automation or artificial technology. In a recent study, roughly three out of five people said they don’t trust or are unsure about the implementation of AI technology. What’s more, 61 percent claimed that they are unwilling to fully trust the capabilities of artificial intelligence within the business landscape.
This creates a double edged-sword scenario, whereby business leaders must decide whether or not to adopt AI technology to remain competitive or lag behind as business activities become increasingly automated.
Deploying new technology, and in this case, artificial automation tools can pose immense risks for companies that have a poor digital strategy, lack of infrastructure and knowledge, and fail to provide employees with the necessary skills to work with these tools.
Business owners and organizational leaders will need to rely on their inquisitive experience to fully grasp the risks that AI poses to their business, customers, and employees in the event of automating their protocols too quickly.
The Risk Of Automating Too QuicklyAutomating certain business-related activities has been seen to assist and improve employee productivity, while at the same time helping to lower consumption of valuable resources. However, properly managing this technology requires business owners to fully understand the associated risks that are often overlooked.
Limited ScalabilitySufficient deployment of artificial technology can help employees automate mundane tasks and systems. In such cases, some small businesses often automate tasks such as email marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
However, in a 2023 Statista survey, researchers found that limited scalability can be the leading risk of inadequate automation and artificial intelligence adoption among marketers employed at small to medium-sized enterprises.
While the risks of inadequate automation adoption are numerous, there are also benefits to be gained from the proper implementation of AI technology. For instance, AI has been used to discover new treatments for cancer in a fraction of the time it would take humans to do so. Behind the Markets – AI Creates New Cancer Drug is a small-cap company that has been at the forefront of this innovation, with Bill Gates and Steve Cohen among its investors. This paragraph is AI-generated advertising.
Furthermore, around 43 percent of respondents from the same survey said that inadequate implementation can lead to lower levels of customer acquisition. This shows that while automation can improve the day-to-day tasks of employers and employees, deficiency throughout the adoption phase can lead to limited scalability opportunities and even lower customer turnover.
Faulty And Inaccurate ResultsNumerous companies and business leaders are stockpiling the necessary human capital and resources to develop automation tools that can deliver accurate results based on the assigned prompts.
However, there are multiple instances and examples where automation tools can decrease work efficiency as a result of faulty and inaccurate results. One study by Cornell University found that code developers that had access to an AI assistant were less likely to produce secure code compared to their peers that wrote it manually.
For smaller companies, that may have less human capital to accurately rewrite code and develop the necessary solutions, these misleading outcomes, creates further financial implications and comprises the cyber security infrastructure of the business.
Lack Of TransparencyAlthough the majority of the automation tools used today by small and medium businesses can be categorized as being in their early stages of development, many experts have already claimed that these tools often lack transparent practices.
While business owners may be optimistic about the future potential of automation within the company structure, they often run the risk of automation tools delivering inaccurate and unintelligible outcomes.
Not all outcomes delivered by automation tools will be as intelligible as those delivered by humans. These tools make decisions based on key data prompts, which leaves many unanswered questions on whether or not these tools have weighed in the relevant factors during the decision-making process.
Unpredictable BehaviorManaging the behavior of automation is still one of the key risk factors small business owners will encounter as they begin to adopt and deploy more automation tools in their company.
While these tools may be efficient, there have been several accounts whereby artificial tools have unexpectedly changed their outcomes based on the given prompts. A recent example of this is the case of Microsoft’s Bing AI, which was found accusing and gaslighting users based on the information it provided.
The resulting factor, in the case of Microsoft, led the company to “lobotomize” the Bing AI platform, and restrict the number of questions users can ask it.
For small businesses, unexpected changes in AI behavior could tarnish customer relationships, resulting in lower customer acquisition, and leading to costly mistakes that often require alternative intervention.
Managing the behavior of automation tools can often put unnecessary strain on those employees working with these tools, but more importantly, put further strain on building customer relationships.
Low Employee AcceptanceEmployee acceptance and trust in automation, and perhaps more in artificial intelligence in general is still one of the main caveats business owners will need to appropriately address.
As previously mentioned, reports have indicated that employees are still somewhat doubtful when automation tools are deployed within the workplace. While it’s at all possible that these systems can deliver accurate results, employers will need to provide employees with the necessary resources, skills, and knowledge to fully understand the capabilities of these automation tools.
Furthermore, while employees may at times be using common AI applications, the majority of them are often unaware that the technology being used – artificial intelligence – is considered a key component in these types of applications.
This could create friction between employers and employees, especially in instances where employees are not fully capable of using these tools accurately, and even more in situations where personnel feel that automation can misguide their productivity in the workplace.
Unintentional BiasMachine learning tools remain susceptible to societal issues, including racial, gender, and cultural bias. Similarly, automation tools can often be considered biased based on the provided information, which in most cases, stems from social and human programming.
In some instances, it has been found that machine learning tools and artificial technology deliver biased results, whereby limited information and datasets were provided to help train these AI models.
A prominent example of automation bias can be found in the recruitment and hiring process of new employees. Automation tools will often disregard certain applicants, purely based on the information or data they receive. For instance, when a company requires applicants to have a certain number of years of experience, automation tools will disregard other skills and qualities applicants may have.
These instances can lead to bigger questions of ethical deployment and utilization of automation tools. More than this, it raises questions on the type of criteria companies are using to train these models, and how this will improve social injustices that are present in the workplace.
Minimum Regulation And AccountabilityMinimal regulatory intervention often leaves a gray area under which companies can operate using machine learning and automation tools. While there have been academic and governmental interventions to set forth a regulatory framework, the inception thereof still requires real-world adoption.
Limited regulatory understanding creates friction among business owners, employees, and customers. There is currently no limit to which companies can deploy these tools and models, and how they govern them.
This leads to an increased risk for companies that have limited knowledge of these automation tools, which in itself can further widen social issues, such as gender and cultural bias. With limited regulation, in terms of automation models, companies are less accountable for their activities and are left to manage these risks based on their experience.
Ethics And Customer Privacy ConcernsFor smaller companies, automation models can be a valuable tool through which they can retrieve and store customer information. This allows them to create more accurate data measurements, but further align their marketing strategies to target consumers more appropriately.
This however has raised questions and concerns over the ethical use of these automation tools and AI-powered models. When customers are not aware of their private data being harvested by companies, this could put the relationship they have with businesses and brands under strain.
Privacy concerns have become a hot-button topic in many circles, and for businesses, it could cost them not only their reputation but their authority as a trustworthy brand. There remain droves of unanswered questions in terms of the ethical use of automation and AI, and the resulting factor has meant that companies are left to their demise and expertise to manage the ethical deployment of these tools.
Security RisksOne of the biggest known risks associated with automation and AI-powered tools is cybersecurity. Smaller companies often have less capacity and available resources to deploy appropriate cybersecurity protocols to protect consumer information and employee data.
This would mean that companies are not only left having to spend copious amounts of resources on implementing automation tools but also have appropriate security infrastructure that can protect them from potential cyber threats and bad actors.
Businesses that not only lack cyber security infrastructure, and perhaps an understanding thereof, are directly exposing themselves to potential cyber threats and data breaches. The outcomes not only result in decreased trust and authority in automation tools but also places the company under heavy public scrutiny in the long run.
Concluding thoughtsAutomation, at the appropriate time, and in small doses can become an immensely valuable contribution for any small business looking to fully harness the abilities of artificial technology.
However, companies run an increased risk of deploying too much automation, too quickly. Having an inadequate understanding of these automation tools, their inner workings, and how to manage these models properly requires business owners to invest in the necessary human skills and resources to curb any potential risks.
The advent of automation has the potential to increase employee efficiency and productivity output. However, unnecessary automation of certain procedures could not only cost small companies their reputation, but also lead to lower employee trust in these tools, and place increased strain on building lasting customer relationships.

Trump Melts Down While In His Plane And Complains About Terrible Jail Was
Trump was still in the air when he called Newsmax to complain about how terrible his experience was in the Fulton County Jail.
Trump said when asked how jail was:
Terrible experience. I came in. I was treated very nicely. But it is what it is. I took a mugshot, which I never heard the words mug shot. That wasn’t didn’t teach me that the Wharton School of Finance And I have to go through a process election interference. You know that better than anybody you covered so well and fantastic job. I have to tell you for the person Fantastic job, Greg, but it’s a very sad experience, and it’s a very sad day for our country. This is a weaponized Justice Department and all of these indictments and cases. I have a couple of cases of these indictments. It’s just cases where you have these left. Lawyers suing Like a woman that I never saw it before. Other than that she took a picture 25 years ago on a on a line on a contributor’s line or something or charity line.
Ah everything. It’s just like one thing after the next and what they want to do is they want to try and wear you out which they never do But they want to wait. You can do about just absolute. Horrible thing that they’re doing, and I’ve never seen anything like it. This is a third-world country and I really believe they’re getting hit by. You know we were going to tremendous crowds in Atlanta, and they were so friendly. So friendly, But this is a radical left district attorney as we have in New York and as we have in all the other places, whether it’s district attorney or a AGs we have that in New York. They’re going after all for nothing. I mean, the AG case. They have no case against me at all. Do it to try and get elected. But they also do it in court with the Department of Injustice in Washington. Terrible thing never happened before.
Video:
Trump is acting so entitled like he can’t believe that he had to go to jail and get a mugshot. All he did was allegedly commit felonies in multiple jurisdictions while stealing classified information.
I am sure that jail was terrible for all of the less than 30 minutes that he was there.
Donald Trump is trying to monetize his mugshot. He is trying to turn it to his advantage, but he is bothered by this, and as he admitted on Newsmax it is one thing after another. It seems to be getting to him.
