ON SECOND THOUGHT: Majority of Oregon Residents Support Repealing Law That Decriminalized Hard Drugs | The Gateway Pundit
A majority of people living in Oregon would like to repeal the law that decriminalized hard drugs, new polling has found.
The simple truth is that rampant drug abuse is connected to many of the other major problems in the state.
Homeless camps are essentially open-air drug markets and have only increased their numbers in recent years. Drugs are also connected to theft as many addicts resort to crime to support their drug habit.
Repealing this law would be a good start to correcting some of these problems.

Oregon residents increasingly support repealing decriminalization of drugs: Poll
A majority of Oregon residents support repealing a law that decriminalized hard drugs within the state, a reversal of the position’s passage after three years.
A poll commissioned by the Foundation for Drug Policy Solutions surveyed registered Oregon voters to measure public attitudes toward Measure 110, a voter-passed measure in 2020 that decriminalized the possession of hard drugs in favor of expanding addiction treatment options as funded by the state’s cannabis tax.
Measure 110 decriminalized small amounts of drugs such as heroin and other street drugs shortly before fentanyl burst onto the scene as a highly addictive and dangerous synthetic opiate alternative. Fifty-six percent of respondents said that they wanted to see Measure 110 repealed completely, while 45% said the measure should be left as is.
Voters also supported repealing parts of the measure to bring back penalties for possessing small amounts of drugs.
The measure has reportedly had adverse effects on the community, according to respondents. Fifty-four percent of respondents claimed that it increased homelessness in their communities, while 50% said it decreased safety in their communities.

Despite the negative mainstream media coverage, Americans love President Trump.
The car parade in New Hampshire this afternoon is just one example. No other Republican candidate or Joe Biden is getting this kind of love.
It’s not just car horns and signs that are evidence of overwhelming support.
According to Emerson College Polling, President Trump has a commanding lead in the Republican primary. He is eclipsing the other candidates.
Forty-nine percent (49%) of Republican Primary voters in New Hampshire plan to support former President Donald Trump for the 2024 nomination, a 40-point advantage over all other candidates, similar to his 41-point lead in March. As the field of candidates has come more into focus since March, Florida Governor DeSantis no longer holds second place with double digits, instead has fallen to 8%.
Earlier this month President Trump delivered remarks in New Hampshire to mark the one-year anniversary of Biden’s Mar-a-Lago raid.

Chummy Weiss Prosecutor Emailed to Joe Biden’s Secret Address and Gushed About How Much He ‘Loves’ Biden Family | The Gateway Pundit
A prosecutor for US Attorney from Delaware Dave Weiss emailed Joe Biden’s secret email account and gushed about how much he loved the Biden family.
Alexander Mackler, a prosecutor in Dave Weiss’s office investigating Hunter Biden between August 2016 through May 2019, previously emailed Joe Biden at his “Robin Ware” email gushing over the Biden family.

A Delaware prosecutor who worked in the office that is now prosecuting Hunter Biden sent messages to a secret email address that Hunter’s father Joe had set up for himself, laptop records show.
Alexander Mackler, 40, is a Biden family friend and worked as a prosecutor in the Delaware US Attorney’s office from August 2016 through May 2019 – when the office’s probe into Hunter’s shady overseas dealings was already underway.
Congress is demanding records from the Biden administration on Joe’s use of personal email addresses to conduct government business, after communications on Hunter’s laptop show the president used at least four aliases, with fake names including ‘Robert L Peters’ and ‘Robin Ware’.

Mackler, now Deputy Delaware Attorney General, worked as campaign manager for Joe’s late son Beau Biden in his successful 2010 bid for the state’s AG. In July 2015, a month after Beau’s death, Mackler wrote a heartfelt condolence email to the Biden family, including to one of Joe’s secret addresses.

“HUGE Victory for Election Transparency,” Says Kari Lake – Lawsuit to Obtain Mail-in Ballot Signatures Is Going to Trial! | The Gateway Pundit
Trial dates were set on Thursday in one of Kari Lake’s lawsuits for publicly available evidence in Arizona’s stolen 2022 election.
Lake filed previously filed a special action lawsuit against Maricopa County after they illegally denied her team access to the fraudulent 2022 mail-in ballot affidavit envelopes.
The Gateway Pundit inspected hundreds of 2022 mail-in ballot signatures and corresponding voter registration records in Maricopa County through a public records request and reported on the clear fraud involved. See the obviously mismatched signatures here:
These records were not provided to Kari Lake and her attorneys before her election contest trials with Judge Peter Thompson in the Maricopa County Superior Court. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Thompson dismissed Lake’s case despite evidence that hundreds of thousands of signatures were “verified” by Maricopa County in less than three seconds each.
In June, the Gateway Pundit reported on a hearing over Maricopa County’s Motion to Dismiss, where the Judge told Maricopa County he is “not convinced that the ballot affidavit is a voter registration record.” Therefore, the records would not carry a privacy exception to public records law, as Maricopa County claims.
Judge John Hannah published a new Minute Entry Thursday, setting dates for a two-day trial on September 21 and 25 to determine whether or not Kari Lake is entitled to inspect public election records. Adrian Fontes, the former cartel lawyer and questionably elected Secretary of State, represented by the fraudulently elected Attorney General’s office, filed a Motion to Intervene and defend Maricopa County’s hiding of these records. A response from Lake’s attorneys is due at noon on August 28.
This is evidence they need to prove the election was stolen in the ongoing appeal against Judge Thompson’s bogus rulings, and the election fraudsters are terrified. Lake’s attorneys are expected to file an appeal to the dismissal of her case and fight it all the way to the US Supreme Court if necessary.

“Our lawsuit against Maricopa County seeking to review envelope signatures is moving to trial in September. Judge Hannah has declared that the envelopes are NOT part of the “voter record,” which destroys the county’s motion to dismiss & their entire defense case.
This is a huge victory for election transparency.

Americans will unify in prayer across the nation and around the federal courthouse, in which every January 6 political prisoner is tried, on August 30. as US District Federal Judge Timothy J. Kelly sentences the Proud Boys who were wrongfully found guilty of seditious conspiracy by Antifa-supporting jurors.
US. District federal Judge Timothy Kelly will sentence political prisoners Enrique Tarrio and Ethan Nordean, Black Lives Matter leader Mark Fisher, renowned Canadian activist Chris “Sky” Saccocia, and former Black Lives Matter activist and rapper Ron J. Spike will be among patriots leading the national prayer outside the E. Barret Prettyman courthouse on Aug. 30.
Prior to sentencing, Judge Kelly will review victim impact statements from cops who claimed they were victimized on January 6 on Tuesday, Aug. 29.
Political prisoners Joseph Biggs and Zachary Rehl will be sentenced on Thursday, Aug. 31. Dominic Pezzola, the only defendant in the Proud Boys case who was found not guilty of seditious conspiracy, will be sentenced on Friday, Sept. 1.
As The Gateway Pundit has reported, the Justice Department is seeking decades in prison for each of the defendants.
The governement will continue to target more Americans for wrong think if the public does not unite to “#FreeAllJ6ers,” an ad promoting the National Prayer states:

Fisher, founder of Black Lives Matter Inc. and co-founder of Black Lives Matter Rhode Island will begin praying outside the courthouse at 7 a.m. EST on August 30 until Judge Kelly concludes the first day of the Proud Boys sentencing.
“The government works for us. We don’t work for them,” Fisher told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview. “We’ve been lied to by those we trusted to tell us the truth. We are putting an end to their brazen hypocrisy.”
The government and the corporate media are disseminating propaganda to pin the BLM against the Proud Boys, January 6 defendants and former President Donald Trump by incessantly lying about them being “white supremacists” and “far-right nazis,” Fisher warned.
“No person is better than any other and no person is worse than any other. A house divided cannot stand. So, now we have to save us,” he said. “If you ask, How did it get so bad so fast — how did We The People lose so much control? How did we not see this coming — it’s because we have been played by the people in power and the wealthy for their own selfish agenda and wicked gain.
“The only answer to that problem is a unified front of all of those who have been betrayed, including myself. The same gov that is persecuting Donald Trump is the same government that persecuted black rappers in Atlanta. The globalists are weaponizing the government to target people they hate on both sides — on all sides, who threaten their control.”
Sky, who gained international notoriety while protesting the COVID mandates in Canada, led a massive demonstration against Bill Gates during the 2022 TED Talk in Canada.
“The J6ers were just exercising their First Amendment rights and free speech — which is the bedrock of all other freedoms — the government wants them in jail for 30 years plus, for doing that,” Sky told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview. “It’s ridiculous it’s a giant overstep of government authority.
“They have ulterior motives and they’re doing it to chill free speech and to chill protests around the country. They want Americans to be afraid and Americans think they will go to jail for the rest of their lives for protesting.
People who naively believe the political prisoners are “insurrectionists” or that prayers don’t matter are consuming a diet of government lies, Sky argued.
“The government lies about everything, every day — they lied about COVID, they lied about climate change, they are lying about Ukraine, and more vaccines — I can go and on and on,” he said. “Any type of positive energy the American people can contribute makes a difference and that’s why they don’t want to keep people divided.
“I’ll be standing in solidarity at the courthouse with the political prisoners. I’ll be there to represent freedom, to represent free speech and the release of innocent American citizens.”

They are not violent people. They didn’t bring weapons. They walked into the Capitol — that’s a misdemeanor charge and, somehow, they landed all these felonies. The government is using them as collateral to incarcerate Trump.
“People don’t need to physically be there to stop what you’re doing at some point in the day and just pray for them. We just need it. Praying for the families. It isn’t just these men that are getting convicted, It’s their families. They have significant others, children, moms and dads, brothers and sisters. They are going to lose those people if the gov gets their way. A lot of lives affected.”
“No one knew how horrible the government’s political persecution would be. As soon as their sentences are handed out they can start their appeal process.”

The Justice Department’s US Attorney’s offices have secured a 99.8 percent conviction rate of J6 defendants on at least one charge in each case, approximately half through guilty pleas.
As TGP has reported, the government embedded dozens of undercover federal operatives in the Proud Boys organization prior to January 6.
Enrique Tarrio, the former national chairman of the Proud Boys, was not in Washinton, DC during the Capitol riot.
After dodging On January 6, after dodging a blitz of lethal munitions fired by police during the protest on January 6, Nordean, Biggs, and Rehl walked into the Capitol building for approximately 20 minutes before leaving the Capitol grounds.

Pezzola joined the Proud Boys just 30 days prior to January 6. He maintains he was in a state of shock after the government indiscriminately fired rubber bullets, flash grenades and canisters of tear gas at the crowd, prompting him to grab a police shield he found on the ground for protection.

As a result, the government is seeking 33 years in prison for Tarrio and Biggs, 30 years for Rehl, 27 years for Nordean and 20 years for Pezzola.
The government argues the defendants aimed to foment a revolution on January 6 to keep former President Donald Trump in power in a “terror attack” that left a stain on American democracy.
“The defendants understood the stakes, and they embraced their role in bringing about a ‘revolution,” prosecutors wrote in a 155-page sentencing memo earlier this month. They unleashed a force on the Capitol that was calculated to exert their political will on elected officials by force and to undo the results of a democratic election. The foot soldiers of the right aimed to keep their leader in power. They failed. They are not heroes; They are criminals.”

NASCAR Driver Ryan Preece flipped over 10 times in a violent crash in Saturday night’s Coke Zero Sugar 400 in Daytona Beach, Florida, and miraculously walked away.
The 32-year-old driver was able to climb out of his car and was put on a stretcher. He was tended to at the infield care center and then was transported to the hospital. He was kept overnight, and then released on Sunday.
According to media reports, Ryan Preece was alert and shaken up after the crash.
Preece went from challenging for the win to going for one of the wildest rides in recent memory at Daytona.
NASCAR Cup Series driver Ryan Preece was released from Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Fla. on Sunday morning after being involved in a violent accident with six laps to go in Saturday night’s Coke Zero Sugar 400. After an errant bump draft spun him across the nose of Chase Briscoe’s car and into the Daytona International Speedway infield, Preece’s car became airborne then flipped nearly a dozen times.
Preece’s car went skyward after spinning through the infield road course section of Daytona’s backstretch, then flipped 10 times in total with his car launching into the air through high velocity rolls through the grass.
After being attended to by the AMR Safety Team, Preece was able to climb out of his car before lying down on a stretcher, and he was then transported to the track’s infield care center. Following the conclusion of the race, Preece was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
Per Preece’s personal public relations account, Preece was awake and alert but “obviously shaken” after his crash and was undergoing standard tests. Preece was held at the hospital overnight before Stewart-Haas Racing announced that he had been released Sunday morning and was headed home to North Carolina.

Sunday marked day one of Burning Man 2023, a yearly music and art festival in Northern Nevada.
Climate protestors blocked the road leading to the Burning Man festival causing a major traffic jam.
The green Nazis were demanding Burning Man ban private jets and single-use plastics, according to a reporter on scene.
Nevada Rangers weren’t having it.
The Rangers rammed through the blockade, pointed a gun at the activists, and slammed to the ground.
“Get down now! Get on the ground! Don’t move!” the Ranger shouted as he pointed a gun at the climate militants.

The climate change activists were arrested.
A Nevada Ranger told a reporter at the scene they received a 911 call saying that someone in the crowd was going to shoot the activists blocking the street.
The activists squealed as the Rangers cuffed them.
