Stacey, first I would need to know what your reading preferences are to recommend just one.

If you like historical romances, then I would recommend A Vote of Confidence (first book in the Sisters of Bethlehem Springs series).

If you like contemporary romances, then I would recommend Love Without End (first book in the Kings Meadow Romance series).

If you like women's fiction, then I would recommend A Promise Kept or Ribbon of Years.

I hope that's some help.

Kimberly, first I must say that I consider it a real privilege and honor that my books were among those that turned you on to reading.

It is true that I don't encourage people to read my earlier fiction, but for more reasons than because I am now focused on writing Christian fiction (although that is a very important reason for me). One additional reason is that many of those early books were not edited at all or were poorly edited. I'm delighted that you still found joy in them. I think there are many reasons those stories continue to appeal, and when I have the time, I would love to rewrite more of them. Thus far, I’ve revised 14 of my early works with the help of some wonderful editors, and all have been released again, most of them with new titles and all of them with new covers. (less)

Robin’s Recent Updates

Robin Hatcher is starting How to Hear God: "Simple is not simplistic." This is a simple guide for normal people, and my Kindle copy is highlighted on just about every single page. I first read it about three years ago, and after recommending to a friend when we talked about the road to Emmaus story, I decided it is time to read/listen again.

“God makes each one of us for the time into which we are born. He creates us for a purpose. Our job is to know Him well, discover what He created us to do, and then do it for all we're worth for the rest of our lives. Ask God to show you your purpose. He will answer.”
Robin Lee Hatcher, Fit to Be Tied

“My child, never judge a man because of his race. Never. God looks at the heart. So should we. We are all made in God's image.”
