Abundance- Life Tools
At our core, we are pure, perfect, and also perfectly abundant. We are open to all that the universe offers us.
And yet, through the course of our lives, we end up creating constrictions within the five realms of our existence – the physical, emotional, material, relational, and spiritual.
Somehow we create this disconnect between us and the universal abundance that exists – and we end up living in ways that don’t allow us to live our fullest expression. We don’t allow ourselves to tap into that unlimited potentiality that can be a part of this human experience. We believe that we are unworthy, and that we can’t have it all.
There are two components to manifestation:
We have to say ‘yes’ to the things coming in
We have to be discerning about them as they arrive
I give the example of manifesting shoes (for all the shoe lovers out there!) … we may call in an unlimited number of shoes, but if they arrive in a size that doesn’t work for us, then we can’t use them. So we need to get very clear about what it is that we want to manifest before calling it out to the universe. And likewise, as things begin coming to you, then you can choose to select the threads of it that you wish to grab onto and keep close.
You have the power to manifest anything you would like to have in this universe! Remember to say yes and then be discerning about choosing what is coming as it arrives.

Discover Tranquility with Metta Meditation: 11-Minute Guided Meditation
Before you close your eyes and settle in for this meditation, I’d like to share with you a short excerpt from my book Secrets of Meditation, in which I describe in detail what Metta Meditation is:
In metta bhavana, we concentrate on sending out metta, translated as unconditional loving-kindness, to all living beings. My personal technique is to start with directing thoughts of benevolence, love, and compassion inward.
Although self-directed loving-kindness was never specifically instructed by the Buddha, I have found that starting the meditation this way quickly engages and empowers me by providing a very clear object of attention. I have asked Master metta practitioners, Buddhist monks, and even His Holiness, The Dalai Lama, if self-directing metta is acceptable in starting a metta meditation, and they have all assured me that other Buddhist writings imply that it may be an appropriate start to the practice.
The 13th-century, Sufi poet Hafiz wrote, “I am a hole in the flute through which the Christ breath flows.” And if you can see yourself as conduit of metta—not the flute and not the breath— but simply as a hole, a channel, a conduit, an empty pathway, then you can flow unconditional loving-kindness in and flow it back out without becoming attached to it. We use our breath as the vehicle to transport metta first into our heart and then back out to others, using your heart as a point of reference for gradually radiating loving-kindness outward.

Solar Eclipse- Life Tools
Every single one of us on the planet are living under the reign of the sun, and a solar eclipse is a universal message to all of us who are inhabiting this earthly plane of existence – to remember that everything needs to take a pause. Everything needs a moment to breathe and turn off.
A Solar Eclipse is the universe taking a breath and creating a pattern interrupt. Even the undying, reliable, neverending power of the sun needs to take a breather once in a while.
The sun represents our ability to express ourselves – it’s our voice. It represents power, strength, confidence, courage, and the tenacity to do it all. And yet within all that doing, we sometimes need to stop. We need to get still. We need to look inwards.
Solar Eclipses are an opportunity to remember that even the sun needs to take a break sometimes. So even if you are reading or watching this video far away from the window of a solar eclipse happening, remember that you can create an eclipse – a pattern interrupt – anytime that you want or need. And from that place of stillness, we move forward with greater grace and greater ease.
Be the calm amidst the chaos. Be the stillness inside the storm.

Merging into Oneness: 17-Minute Guided Meditation
The slower we breathe, the slower the world around us spins, until we get to that point that everything comes at us in slow motion. So let’s take this opportunity to slow everything down and drop into that silent space, right here and now.
During this meditation, we will delve into Quiet, Continuous Breathing.
Seamless and continuous. So quiet that we can’t even hear it.
Once we settle into a rhythm with quiet, continuous breathing, we will begin to use the breath to create an infinity symbol . Allow the breath to move along the path of this symbol and watch the body continue to surrender to the stillness and silence that rests within.
The mantra we will use in this meditation is Ayam Atma Brahma – My Soul, and the Universal Spirit, are One.

The Sacred Power of Presence- Life Tools
What is practicing presence look like? Does it look like someone sitting in meditation, breathing deeply while holding their hands in Gyan Mudra?
Or is presence something more – something that we can do no matter where we are, and no matter what is going on around us?
While I am often thought of as a meditation teacher, I consider myself more of a teacher that helps you create pattern Interrupts in your life – conditioned behaviors that we stop and suddenly take a ‘time in’.
Taking a break, taking a breath – these are ways that we can create a pattern interrupt.
In the Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2 Verse 48 is Yogastha Kuru
Karmani, which means ‘get still, and then perform action’.
Presence doesn’t need to be something that is done in meditation – presence itself is meditation that we can use, if only for a moment, in order to get still and then move forward with whatever is facing us at any given moment of time.
Give yourself the gift of a pattern interrupt the next time you find yourself far outside of the present moment. When you get back to presence, you will realize you have entered back into the realm of infinite possibilities. Peaches and I will meet you there!

Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha: 18- Minute Guided Meditation
Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha comes from the ancient text of Patanjali when he wrote the Yoga Sutras. If we can practice meditation every day, then the gifts that meditation gives us – the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind – will seep into our daily lives. They will infuse our thoughts, our words and our actions. And when this becomes second nature, we have truly integrated the divine flow of the universe into our being.
Allow yourself in this meditation to feel the union, to surrender and let go as we dive deep into this sacred space.

Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha – Life Tools
The human mind thinks approximately 70,000 thoughts per day – that is a lot of thinking! Some of those thoughts are helpful, and some of them are not. We don’t want to get rid of the thinking mind – but when we meditate, we do learn how to quiet it down. We learn how to still the fluctuations that occur at every given moment of our waking lives.
In this video, I give the example of our phones – if we kept the ringer on all day, we would be constantly pulled towards the sounds – the dings, the rings, the alerts. Yet when we put our phone on vibrate, or even silence, we can better manage how we want to receive the dings, the rings and the alerts. We can better manage everything that is coming at us in the world.
And this is what meditation does for us.
Give yourself the gift of ‘silencing your phone’ – quieting your mind – with Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha.

Owning Your Impact: 24-Minute Guided Meditation
Sometimes we find ourselves stuck, or afraid, or unsure of how to proceed.
Two of the most important concepts in owning your impact, are
Accepting that this moment is exactly as it should be, even if you wish things were different. Don’t forget that everything that has happened in your life has led you to this sacred, precious present moment.
So now that you are here – it’s time to ask the next question we need to ask is ‘what do I do with this moment?’ Now that I accept that every moment that came before has co-conspired to lead to this moment, what am I going to do with it?
which leads to our next step, which is taking responsibility.
In order to move forward, we need to accept and acknowledge that we have the power to move forward. And the only way that we can embrace our own self-empowerment is by acknowledging that this moment is perfect. Nobody is holding you back. That power is yours.
We have to understand that we have the power to move forward. If the reasons we have for not owning our impact is someone else, that means that we can’t move forward until that person or thing allows us to.
We have to acknowledge that this moment is perfect. This is the key to self-empowerment. To owning our impact.
We can point fingers to all of the things and people and circumstances
Ultimately, we have to own it.
Owning your impact is about you accepting, acknowledging and recognizing that you are the only one who has the power to move forward.
This can be a scary place to be –
In this meditation I talk about how much I love owls and observe them as they grow from babies to learning how to fly, and then grow up to
Accepting means that we acknowledge that every moment that has occurred, is carved in stone. Once we can face that reality – we can move forward into places that aren’t carved in stone.We have the responsibility and permission to take that next step, rise and fall, succeed or fail, but knowing that it’s our step – it’s our chance to move forward into all that will be
You will succeed.
You will fail.
You will stumble.
You will fall.
You will soar.
You will glide.
Things will be easy.
Things will be hard.
You will experience all of the possibilities that arise when we take a leap a move forward – and that is how we own our impact. Owning our impact doesn’t mean that we always win or that everything falls into place for us. Owning our impact means that we are the one controlling what we put out into the universe; we are the one shining our light.
You are the lead actor, the author, the script writer, the director, the film company, the producer, the theater, and the publisher of every moment of your life! And when you give yourself permission to accept that, then you get to co-create the next moment. You get to own it.
And remember that we don’t control outcomes! We can only control what we do in any given moment, in any given situation. And we have the power and the ability to respond to the outcome in whatever way serves us, if the outcome isn’t as desired.
