Setting Your Course:17-Minute Guided Meditation
As we begin a new year, it’s the perfect time for us to take a deep and intentional look within!
Let’s ask ourselves some questions to set the trajectory of our year:
What do I want in my physical realm? (my physical body / physiology / physical health.)
What do I want in my emotional realm? (how do I want to express my emotions / where does my heart go?)
What do I want in my material world? (physical and material things – money, “stuff”, material possessions)
What do I want in my relationships? (starting with the relationship to myself – and then expand that outwards to people that I love, the people surrounding me, acquaintances, etc.)
What do I want on a spiritual level? (my connection with source)
We’ve just asked ourselves some really profound questions – and now we are going to let them go and settle into our mantra: aham brahmasmi – which means ‘I Am the Universe’.
As a side note – when we meditated, we kept drifting through those profound questions, but I invite you to take some time to journal after this meditation practice, as a way to continue receiving more insights and wisdom that bubbles up from deep within.

Manifesting Coincidence: 13-Minute Guided Meditation
Please enjoy this 13-minute meditation on harnessing the power of coincidence, and therefore manifesting our abundant destiny.
We will start this process by chanting the powerful mantra Aham Brahmasmi – I Am the Universe. From there we will move into a body scan – resting our awareness through each part of our body, and listening to the wisdom of our body as it tells us what we need to know.
After we explore the physicality of our body, we move into the energetics by checking in with each chakra center. This process opens us up to intertwining the desires of our heart with the desires of the universe – and allows it all to come to fruition. We will ask ourselves sacred questions, and then we feel into being in that space. Envisioning and getting clear about what exactly we want and where exactly we want to go in our lives is a potent part of manifesting all that is to come.
This is a powerful meditation that I invite you to repeat as often as you’d like in order to call in whatever it is you’d like to bring into your life.
