Cover Reveal for Deeper We Fall!!

I've had this for a few weeks and I've been DYING to share it with you! It was designed by Sarah Hansen from Okay Creations, and the first cover of mine I haven't done myself. It was a new experience for me, but Sarah was awesome and managed to capture just want I wanted. She will be re-doing the covers for The Noctalis Chronicles, which will probably be out early next year. SO, without further ado, here is the cover for Deeper We Fall, releasing January 12, 2013!

Two years after her best friend was involved in a car accident that caused a traumatic brain injury, Lottie Anders is ready to start her freshman year of college. Ready to move on. Ready to start forgetting the night that ripped her life apart.

Her plans come to a screeching halt when not one, but both brothers responsible for the accident end up back in her life again.

Zack is cruel, selfish and constantly rubbing what happened to her friend in Lottie's face.

Zan is different. He listens to her awkward ramblings. He loves "To Kill a Mockingbird" as much as she does, and his dark eyes are irresistible. His words are few and far between, but when he does speak, she can't help but listen.

The trouble is, Zan was the driver in the accident, and now Lottie's discovered he lied to her about what happened that night. Now she must decide if trusting him again will lead to real forgiveness, or deeper heartache.

“So the only thing you have left to do is thank me. I know a really special way you could thank me, but it’s really up to you.” And there he was again.“Okay,” I said, having an idea.I crooked my finger for him to come closer. I tipped my head up like I was going to give him a steamy kiss. I bit my lip and his face went blank for a second. Ha. I went for his mouth slowly, but moved at the last second,196catching him on the cheek for a lightning-fast peck.“Thanks,” I said brightly before stepping away from him. I needed some space so I could breathe.“Tease. You’re a tease, Missy girl.”“You know you love me.”He shook his head.“Nope, still don’t like you,” he said with a sigh.“Liar,” I countered.“Hypocrite.” He stepped closer to me.“Douche.”He smiled slowly. “Gorgeous.”“Ass.”“Sexy.” He was coming for me, and I couldn’t stop him. Somehow I’d have to.“Stop.”“Go.”“Red light.”“Green light.”“No.”“Yes,” he whispered, reaching out to hold my shoulders. “Just say yes. Say you’ll be with me.”“I can’t.”“Why not?”“I can’t, Hunter. Don’t ask me again.”“Aw, Missy. Why do you do this to me?”

OMG, I FINALLY HAVE NEWS. YET MORE EPIC NEWS...

I haven't posted in a while, and it's because I was sitting on a secret and I couldn't share it with you. Well... my agent gave me the go-ahead so here it is. I officially have a book deal:
New York Times bestselling author Chelsea M. Cameron's MY FAVORITE MISTAKE (currently a bestselling ebook original) and a second novel in the same series, to Margo Lipschultz at HQN, in a pre-empt, in a good deal, by Kimberly Whalen at Trident Media Group.  (world)
What does that mean? Did you see that little part about a SECOND NOVEL? Yes, it's true! I'm going to be writing a sequel. I don't have any specific details on it yet, so you're going to have to hold tight on that, but it's HAPPENING.
Are you excited? I'm excited. In fact, I think I'm so excited, I've become numb. I dreamed, and dreamed, and dreamed of a book deal. Of the possibility of seeing my book on a shelf in a store. When I realized how hard that was going to be, I gave up on that and decided to indie publish. I'm not saying anything bad about indie publishing, because it got me where I am. I'm just so beyond thrilled to start this new part of my career.
But what does this mean for your other books? you my ask.
Right now, I'm doing NaNoWriMo with another New Adult Contemporary Romance. I don't know what I'm doing with it yet. I will let you know soon.
My plan next year is to work on two things at once. I'll be working on re-edits of MFM and staring the second book in the beginning of next year. I'm hoping to work on Silence, the Whisper sequel at the same time. After I'm done with that, I'll hopefully move on to Neverend. I also have the final Whisper book, Listen that I want to get out by next fall. There is another book, a YA contemporary that I want to get written as well, and maybe another New Adult title (I've got too many ideas!)
So that's what things look like right now. I don't have dates, because I'm still waiting to see how extensive the edits for MFM will be, and how well the sequel goes.
Thank you guys so much for being patient with me. Things have been so crazy lately, and I'm just so happy you're along on this ride with me. I'll be posting all the recent contest winners this weekend, and I'm hoping to send out the prizes next week. I'm house-sitting, so all my shipping stuff is at home.
I LOVE YOU!!!

MORE EPICNESS!!!

So I've been remiss lately, not posting about all the crazy that has happened in the past two weeks, so I decided to remedy that. MORE EPIC THINGS, YOU GUYS. LIKE, MUPPET FLAIL EPIC.This was me last Wednesday. Okay, so I was on my way out the door to go to a work thing and I got an email from my agent. The subject was in all caps and there were lots of exclamation points. I opened it up and started shaking. I made the New York Times Best Seller list. Lucky number 32. After I did a screamy happy dance around my living room, I called my mother, who was at work, and she cursed on the phone when I told her. My mother does not swear, so that was a BIG DEAL.I made the New York Times Best Seller list. As an indie. I just... I can't put into words how that makes me feel. There were only four other indies on the list, and I was one of them. Writers dream their entire lives of making that list, just once. You guys, I can't believe it.I also made the USA Today Best Seller list at #90. Two lists in one week. On top of getting an agent, on top of all the other things that are happening that I can't tell you about.Yet.Barely over one month ago, I published My Favorite Mistake. It's just... astonishing. I'm not very coherent in this post, am I?The very next day after I made the NY Times list, I told my boss that I'm done. As of December 22, I will be a full-time writer. I NEVER dreamed that would be possible so soon. I was prepared to slog it out for another couple of years until it happened. I'm going to be a full-time writer. THAT, over everything else, was always my dream. And it's coming true.I'm freaking Cinderella. I'M SO SPARKLY!!In other news, I'm writing again. Before you ask, no it's nothing to do with My Favorite Mistake. I don't have news on that yet, but I hope to very soon. In the meantime, I'm doing NaNoWriMo. This stands for National Novel Writing Month. Basically, I'm going to write a new book in November. I don't know what I'm going to do with it, but I will let you know. Right now all I'm going to say is that it's a New Adult Contemporary Romance, and it's also set at UMaine, and it's quite different from My Favorite Mistake. I'm in love with it so far, so that's a good sign. I haven't felt this good about a book since MFM, so we'll see :)
