And you’ll discover tips and secrets for maximizing your strength and endurance for the various challenges you’ll encounter in the Crucible like the Log PT, the Murph workouts and passing your Physical Standards Test (PST).

You’ll have the option of adding Crucible Prep after you place your event order – for an additional $299 – highly recommended!

"There are no words to express my gratitude to you and your team. I attended the UM Summit in November 2018 and then signed up for the 20X crucible in July. Doing the 20X this past weekend reinforced for me that I can beat my fear, ask for help and be the best version of myself. I look forward to improving myself every day, and being as Gandhi said, “the change you want to see in the world”. Through the 20X experience, I finally understand what it means to be that change."
 -Anita -Anita
"Four weeks ago a friend asked if I wanted a number to run in the Boston marathon. I hadn’t been training for a marathon but I was up for it. And in order to raise money for his charity I offered to do 10 push-ups at each of the race’s 42 kilometer points. Long story short I finished and did 450 push-ups. Took me 6:20 but I did it. People asked me what made me think I could do it and I said 20x. Plain and simple. So thanks."
 -Steve -Steve
"I was one of the Spring 2014 classmates for the SEALFIT 20X challenge. I just wanted to thank you for this great opportunity. There isn’t a price that could be made to account for all SEALFIT taught me. I can honestly say I feel like I can capture the world and become anything I put my mind to. I am truly blessed to be in control of my entire mind."
 -Michael Hall -Michael Hall
"I turned 50 this year and wanted to take on a big challenge. 20X looked tough and I expected to be tested physically, but also hoped to learn about myself and become a better leader in everyday situations. What I learned from 20x was the strength you have working as a team. Over the course of the 12-hours myself and the other 26 participants were pushed to our limits, but with the great coaching we learned to support each other and work together. When I struggled with a challenge being too tough, others gave me strength and encouragement. I began to feel stronger while encouraging others. We became one team. If you are looking to improve who you are as a person and commit to living your life to the fullest, do not hesitate or you will never know what you could have accomplished!"
 -Casey Blake -Casey Blake
"After 20+ years in the military, I needed to get ‘back to the basics’, grounding myself back to entry level fundamentals enabling mental, physical, and emotional growth…push myself to once again be comfortable with being uncomfortable.Your team’s ability to immerse a small group of people (many with no military background) into the “warrior culture’ over a 12 hour period is invaluable. The coaches facilitate an environment that teaches the class members to control their emotional response to outside stimuli and knock down their perceived metal or physical barriers. I am a better person, father, husband, athlete and military leader because I was able to reinforce my ‘why’. Thank you for opportunity to continue to learn."
 -Brian -Brian
"I am an Exercise Physiologist and work with hockey players to develop their skating skills, as well as strength and conditioning. The 20X Challenge was a life-changing event for me.Things such the importance of teamwork, communication, selflessness, power of the mind, box breathing and accountability has helped me gain so many tools which has changed all the lives of our students and training partners here. The SEALFIT team has changed our culture of how we train and how we treat others. Getting young men and women to understand that NO ONE is better than anyone else and that life is about helping each other get better together has been amazing to watch.HOOYAH!"

The KOKORO Crucible

KOKORO is the ultimate crucible experience.

You’ll ascend to the summit of Five Mountains of physical, mental, emotional, intuitional and spiritual wholeness with this life-changing event. It will transform every aspect of your being.

Civilian leaders, both men and women, as well as military special operations candidates, train side by side in this crucible. Each trainee is seeking to tap into strength and resolve that is 20X (twenty times) what they had previously thought accessible.

Trainees are held to strict performance standards just like a Navy SEAL candidate. Here are the standards:

"Those 50 hours were perhaps some of the most grueling, yet rewarding I have ever encountered in my life. As a marathon runner and a competitive athlete everything now seems like a cake walk in comparison…I now feel I have the confidence to get through BUD/s, and with the experiences I faced in camp I can take it with me to Coronado and use it so I can help not only myself but my teammates."
-Trey Fischer, KOKORO Camp 9 -Trey Fischer, KOKORO Camp 9
"You’ve created an amazing life experience and I’m honored and grateful to have had the opportunity to live it. I draw on the experience every day in so many aspects of my life —in my thinking and reflection, relationships, training, teaching and coaching, pro-action/action/reaction, business, etc. While I’ve completed some relatively sizable endurance events in the past…none of those experiences comes even close the holistic takeaway from Kokoro Camp. Not even close."
-Jeff, KOKORO Camp 13 -Jeff, KOKORO Camp 13
"I am not the same person after Kokoro. The experiences I had during Kokoro 29 have completely and permanently changed me in very powerful ways – for the better. I am not the same person I once was and I’m proud to say I have been forged into a stronger man. Hooyah!"
 -Loren L. -Loren L.
"There are decisions in life that really define a person. When my Kokoro coach first told me that I was not allowed to leave; I was upset. I was thinking who is this guy, and why won’t he let me quit. When he told me you will thank me later I thought no way. At the end of camp I realized he was absolutely right. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that he made me stick it out. It was a lesson that I will keep my entire life. It taught me how to keep on pushing when you are working in a team, and how important it is to be there for your team. It taught me that in life you can not quit no matter how hard life gets. You just need to keep on fighting and putting one foot in front of the other. No one knows what is going to happen in the future, but if you give your all you will be successful. That is the best lesson anyone can learn. Thank you so much!"
-Coulter Turchin, KOKORO 30 Matras -Coulter Turchin, KOKORO 30 Matras
"Preparing for and completing Kokoro camp was the best thing to ever happen to me. I was able to learn more about myself this summer than some people may ever learn about themselves in a lifetime. It has not only made me a better leader for my teammates, but a better leader of my own life. I find myself making better and more and confident decisions. I’m not as easily flustered as I was before. Each day of my life I use something I learned at Kokoro to my advantage. My coach has told that I “no longer run from challenges, but rather run straight at them. I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of doing Kokoro to just go for it. It will change your life and teach you things about yourself that you may not be able to imagine. I now crave life’s challenges and look to push myself outside of my comfort zone. Like I tell everyone who has asked me about Kokoro: If I can make it through, so can you."
