Kai asked if we could make butter chicken with rice and I said absolutely!

Valentine’s Day is coming and many of you know that my Valentine LOVES Creme Brûlée! It is his favorite dessert so I thought I would create an extra special recipe for him and for all of you to try.



My son Kai said it is better than my traditional Creme Brûlée recipe.

How to make Chocolate Caramel Creme Brûlée

To make decadent dessert, I used the NEW Chocolate Caramel LMNT!

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray well with avocado oil spray. Set aside.In a large clean bowl, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt and the cream of tartar until foamy (save the yolks for "healthified" creme brule, "healthified" coconut custard, OR "healthified" ice cream).Mix on high speed until very stiff (you will be able to put bowl upside down and the whites won't fall out).Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, sift the sweetener and collagen together and set aside.Once the whites are stiff, gently fold in the cocoa mixture. Add your favorite extract flavor. Stir to combine.Use a small ice cream scooper to place 2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Place each cookie about 2 inches apart. Repeat with remaining dough. You will get about 48 cookies.Use the back of a greased spoon or your thumb to make divots in the middle of each cookie.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from baking sheet and allow to cool.To make the frosting. Using a hand mixer, beat the sweetener, butter, softened cream cheese in a medium-sized bowl until smooth. Add the extracts, lemon juice and salt; beat until well combined. My mission was to make a keto macaroon without almond flour and I finally created a perfect recipe for all of you!

HOW TO MAKE KETO FRENCH MACARONS

To make my peanut butter & jelly macarons, instead of almond meal, I used Equip prime protein. I like to have nut free recipes for my clients.

TIPS ON MAKING KETO FRENCH MACARONS

Use Room Temperature EggsDo not allow any water to touch the whites: make sure your bowl is dry, the spatula is dry and the hand mixer is dry.Do not spray the parchment with fat. Place the cookie batter on dry parchment. Spray will cause the cookies to fall.Use erythritol instead of allulose. Allulose will work BUT they are very sticky.
