Sugar Free Ricotta Cheesecake
While my besties came to visit me this past August, I brought a lot of ricotta. I decided to make a ricotta cheesecake but I didn’t have any lemon or lemon juice. My friend Samantha suggested I add a packet of Lemon LMNT and oh my goodness! This was the best dessert!

“Good morning beautiful peeps! I wanted to do an “annual” check in as encouragement for those starting out and thanking those who have been here through my journey..
I had tried every kind of “diet” over the last 30 years. Playing with variations of keto diets but every one had different takes on it and the weight seemed to creep back.
Then I found Maria’s site. After reading through posts and files, I decided to do the 30 day cleanse. Just 2 weeks into the cleanse, I realized I hadn’t felt better in years. I was on a lifetime journey.
I lost 7 sizes in less than a year. Just before my 60th birthday at 5′ 3″, I hit a size 6. Never in my life did I think I could get down to anything lower than a 10-12. I have maintained Maria and Craig’s healthy keto way of eating and entered another year at the same weight.

The BEST Carnivore Salad
In one of my weight gain YouTube videos, I featured one of my meals which is a delicious carnivore salad. I wanted to share my recipe with you!

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST CARNIVORE SALADTo make the best carnivore salad, I used smoked chicken! It really just steps up this high protein salad to a delicious meal! If you don’t have smoked chicken, feel free to use plain chicken and you could season it with Redmond’s Smoked salt to give it that tasty smoky flavor.
You also can feel free to add whatever you want! But this is my favorite way to have a high protein salad! I’d love to know, what do you like on your salad?

Pure Protein Ice Cream
To make my pure protein ice cream, I used a few different protein powders to create the best consistency. This includes Equip Prime protein as well as their collagen!
