Nothing to note today, except that I've heard rumors online that Iran is shipping Venezuela missiles capable of reaching the United States.

Amazon Pricing and Selling
Yesterday I talked about sales numbers versus royalty rates. It was educational for me writing it, because in researching it I realized that I absorbed good info from various authors over the past five years.

Christmas Comes Early
My dad got his copy of Corruptor today in the mail. I hadn't told him in advance that the book was dedicated to him. I think he liked it.

Someone asked me not too long ago about where to buy my book from so I would get the bigger royalties. Well, outside of buying it directly from me (yes, I still have a few copies left) there's Amazon, B&N, Borders, various ebook stores, etc.
But royalty rates vary depending on where you buy the book from. I've got a pretty good deal with Twilight Times right now regarding my royalty rates. If someone buys it directly from the publisher, I get more. From Amazon, I get less. So naturally you...

Also In The News…
…there are a ton of school book fairs going on around the country this week for multiple schools. And if you can't decide whether or not to buy your teenager the latest Warcraft expansion (a pox on your house if you don't…), you can always pick up a copy of Corruptor from B&N, Borders and other fine (and disreputable!!!) booksellers. Read that, then decide if you want them to have the latest online game.
Or if you really want to freak them out (I know you do), give them a copy of the book...

So with the wind chill right now, the temperature is 12F. The hell…?
Look, I moved away from Colorado so I wouldn't have to deal with winters like this anymore. I do not miss the freezing cold winds or the snow that won't melt. I guess I didn't go far enough south.
Cuba, here I come…
On the other hand, I do feel a tad more creative today. I've been doing fairly well on the editing and reworking of Obliterator. Maybe the cold… Nah.
