It's the story of my life. Truly. But I had a funny story I had to share about "it."

A patron came in, worried because she'd received a notice saying her book was overdue. But her son had turned it in at the main library, she assured me.

It's our branch's book, but I told her that I'd look on our shelves, but that it wouldn't be here unless it had a routing slip (which means it would be checked in at the main library and sent to us), and so I checked and of course didn't...

Today is a Monday. Yesterday a patron was upset because we were closing at 6 pm when he knows we are closed at 9 pm on Thursdays. It took me aback for a minute, but then I told him, yes, we are open until 9 pm on Thursdays, but this was Wednesday. Poor guy.

But even though today is Thursday, it's a Monday for me. Ever have a week of Mondays?

Okay, I had to take off from work today to work on taxes. *sigh* So I have been totally immersed in paperwork for hours. And when I stopped to look at emails, I saw that someone mentioned the PARTY!

A Wolf in the Woods?

Okay, some of you were talking about the darkened woods and believing a werewolf was in them. So in the light of day with our human vision, do you see the wolf in these woods?

Peace or Danger?

What do you see when you look at this picture? Calm, tranquil, peace?

I'm working on a Texas Ranger Bear this morning, and got caught up on lessons. Was going through some of my bear making supplies and getting ready to give them away because I no longer need them. Mount Hood in the Summer

I was searching for pictures of Mount Hood for the cover artists for Seduced by the Wolf and although the story is set in spring when the snow keeps several of the parks closed until late, I wanted to show that even in summer, the mountain is snow topped. Now, all these photos are listed as Mount Hood.
