New Cover for Seduced by the Wolf!

Did I tell you how much I love Sourcebooks's Art Dept???

The first cover is beautiful--the lush green of Portland, Oregon. Beautiful. But one of the highlights of the book is Mount Hood, which can be seen from a hundred miles away, rising above the world.

We used to go up to Mount Hood when the snow first fell and "sled" down on a cardboard box left there by previous sledders. Nothing could have been more fun! So here is the new proposed version of Seduced by the Wolf, with a view of Mount Hood...

Books, Movies, Reviews, Oh My!

Today I'm at Books, Movies, Reviews, Oh My! Thanks so much to Book Lady for having me!

http://writesthoughts.blogspot.com/2010/02/guest-blogger-terry-spears.html

This is kind of "big" dog, and "big" cat week, and today, since you enjoyed the rat and the big cat, here's another unlikely big cat tale--this time with a baby impala.

From:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1246886/Pictured-Three-cheetahs-spare-tiny-antelopes-life--play-instead.html

No claws for alarm: Astonishingly, these cheetahs, whose instinct is to hunt for food, decide to play with this baby impala

No claws for alarm: Astonishingly, these...

Thoughts over Coffee!

I'm at Thoughts over Coffee this morning!!! Sia McKye gave a terrific review of Legend of the White Wolf and well, I can't say how thrilled I was. She actually owned a gray wolf from pup up until the end, and this is the third time someone has raised a wolf/half wolf and loved the series, which thrills me no end!

Thanks so much to Sia for having me on her blog today and two lucky winners will have a chance to receive a copy of the book for commenting.

Okay, so we had 5 inches of snow yesterday,...

Predator and Prey & Sexy Werewolves!

Blog at Sapphire Phelan's Passion today! Thanks so much to Sapphire for having me there today! I'm showing some excerpts about what makes werewolves sexy kind of guys!

And Susan sent me this, and I wanted to share this with you all on this sleet-filled day!

The extraordinary scene was captured by photography student Casey Gutteridge at the Santago Rare Leopard Project in Hertfordshire , England . The 19-year-old, photographing the leopard for a course project, was astounded by the mouse's beha...

Blogger Award!

I was awarded this award by Carol Burnside with the conditions that I award it to seven other bloggers and tell on myself--about 7 things. Well, I think I told the last of all the things nobody knew in the world about me on the SciFi Guy's blog! But I'll try to come up with something new and different.

And I'm going to try and be short-winded instead of long-winded this time!

So I am passing along this award to the following individuals, who, if you have the time and inclination, should pass th...

I Am Nowhere Today!

Which isn't exactly true, is it? I'm actually here, and at Fierce Romance and Wickedly Romance today!!!

I have 3 more guest blogs to do, finished one of them this morning that would have made it 4, and then realized, I have to post here and the other places also!!! So what do I say on those blogs and these blogs that I haven't already talked about? How do I come up with new ideas?

Sometimes I see a great title for someone else's blog and I write up my own blog based just on the title. Sometimes...

Matching and Mating, Werewolf Style

This is a wolf in stalking mode. :) Just think if you were the one the hero werewolf in his wolf form had in mind to make his mate, and he were stalking you?

Guys can play this game too. The female has her eyes on you and what do you do? Well, if you're all alphas, you turn around and meet the stalker and show you're interested in the match also!

If you read my blog about wolves hunting buffalo, this wolf isn't quite there. The head is dipped lower, but the ears aren't flat back in hunting mod...

I have to say I'm ahead on my word count on Taming the Highland Wolf, although any day now that can change. :) I read all the contest entries I had to, but I need to do 5 more guest blogs for next week and the next. So I'm off to do at least one, then back to work. But don't you just a...
