THERE’S A STRING ATTACHED!Your Father God hates to see you in bondage. He doesn’t want you chained to your past, your circumstances, your critics, or your own DNA. He wants you set free. Jesus puts it this way:
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” – John 8:36
Now, when the world sets you free, there are strings attached. The world is crying out for the government to give them free this and free that. It’s so tempting to grab those things but the government will enslave you in the midst of promising you freedom.
I’ll tell you who the very first socialist was. It was Judas Iscariot. He looked over at the woman pouring out perfume on Jesus and he said,
“Why was this fragrant oil not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?” – John 12:5
While that sounds good at first, you have to realize his motivation. Keep reading.
This he said, not that he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief, and had the money box; and he used to take what was put in it. – John 12:6
Here’s the truth: he’s a socialist. Socialists say they want to help the poor, but they steal from the rich, keep it for themselves, and control the poor with the promise of better things to come. My friends, that’s not freedom. That’s a carrot that you’ll never get a bite of and it’s dangling right in front of you.
Stop chasing the carrot. There’s a string attached! The string is what ties you up and keeps you from following King Jesus with a whole heart. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

NEVER FORGET – LOOKING BACK AT 9/11
If you could go back through time one week ago and speak to this congregation and tell everybody that on this coming Tuesday, something so terrible will happen that the New York Stock Exchange, Capitol Hill and and law making will be shut down. Every commercial airplane in the United States would land at the nearest airport and every airport on American soil SHUT DOWN. The US postal system and anything else relying on air transportation. Every building in America over 20 story stories tall would be evacuated. Every national monument closed. Every national library and museum closed. Every national park in the United States closed. The American border to Mexico and Canada closed. Every major league baseball game postponed. Every NFL football game cancelled. Even though it’s opening week for the fall lineup, all television shows will be postponed and nothing but news would run. Disney Land and World closed. That this coming Tuesday, schools would be let out and everybody would just want to get home or get to church for the purpose of prayer. If you said that on Tuesday night, on Thursday and next coming Sunday the President, the Governor and the even the lawmakers on Capitol Hill would call for national prayer and nobody would be offended. That even the liberal press would ask for prayer and there would not be one voice of outrage over the nation seeking the face of God?
Even in your wildest imagination you could not have envisioned these scenes that have become so familiar to us by now.
How big is the army? 19 men
How horrible were their weapons of mass destruction? Box knives
See, you would not have believed any of this last week because this time last week most Americans believed that The United States was untouchable. And what we have learned this week is that we are indeed touchable.
The next time you begin to veer away from trusting God an thinking that your walk with God is not al that important because of country you live in remember that this Giant of a nation can be brought to its Knees by 19 men with Box cutters.
The fact that the pentagon was hit is in of itself a spiritual sign that our national security is down
This Nation is only a great nation as long we serve the one true and living God. The hedge of protection that surrounds this country is only as quality as the righteous walks of the people in This country.
In Ecc 10:8 The Bible says he that breaks the hedge gets bitten by the serpent

Judgement on Disorder
There are nine Biblical sieges of Jerusalem.
There are nine Biblical situations when fire came down upon the earth from heaven:
In Haggai chapter 1, God’s judgment is poured out upon nine different things.
Nine people are stoned in the Bible:
There were nine healed lepers who were not thankful (Luke 17).
and God’s spirit is still Executing Judgment Today
There are nine members of the Supreme Court. In our country, nine is still associated with judgment.
The very last days of 2004 were interrupted by one of the world’s worst natural disasters. A magnitude 9.0 earthquake struck off the ocean floor of Indonesia. It moved the entire island of Sumatra about 120 feet to the southwest and pushed up a gigantic mass of water that collapsed into a tsunami.
This massive wall of water devastated shorelines around the Indian Ocean and South China Sea, killing over 221,000 people. This flood affected the lives of everyone on this planet in one way or another. It even made the earth wobble on its axis for a brief time!
“As it was in the days of Noah,” Jesus proclaimed in Luke chapter 17, “so shall it be at the return of the Son of man.” Remember, in the account of Noah, there was an earthquake on the ocean floor when “the springs of the deep burst forth” at the same time the rain started to fall.
A flood that affected the whole world in 2004, is created from an earthquake from the ocean floor with the number nine stamped on it. That underwater earthquake created an unprecedented tidal wave that hit Indonesia at exactly 9:00 a.m.
AND IT IS DOCUMENTED BY AN ORGANIZATION WITH AN ACRONYM NOAA National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,
Biblical Examples of Disorder and 11
Canaan, who was cursed by Noah because his father Ham jumped way out of order, had 11 sons. He was also the 11th generation from Adam. (Genesis 10)
Samson lost everything because he would not put God and His calling first. It’s no coincidence that Delilah betrayed him for 1,100 pieces of silver. Again, we have judgment on disorder.
Jesus’ life on earth was about 33 years (3 x 11), then He was “cut off.” Now that’s a big deal because 1,100 is mentioned only twice in Scripture. Both times it refers to days in which there was no king. (Judges 16:5; 17:2)
Remember, when the King is not allowed to be the King, He will judge that as disorder. That’s what 11 is all about.
11/22/1963 in America
Our country truly began to disintegrate in the year 1963. We walked right out from under God’s banner by taking prayer and the Bible completely out of our government and public school system.
Madelyn Murray O’Hare, a perverse writer for Larry Flint’s “Hustler” magazine, organized a small number of people called the American Atheist’s Organization. With a few liberal judges and an apathetic church on her side, she was able to change the entire course of our nation.
Forty-two years later, she was murdered by David Waters, one of the convicted murderers she loved to hire for her staff. Do you think his name is a coincidence or do you have an eye to see?
After kidnapping and murdering O’Hare and her family, he dumped their bodies into oil drums filled with acid. Just like the Biblical Jezebel, she would not have a grave for the world to mourn her.
I am sorry for the terrible way she, her son and her granddaughter died. It’s just terrible, but I’m not surprised at her outcome whatsoever.

But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
Remember, when you get out from under spiritual, vertical alignment, judgment comes in the form of disintegration and things start to fall apart. Just consider a few of the polarizing events that happened right after we removed prayer and the Bible from our government.
1963, Chaos and Judgment
America entered into the Vietnam War.
The Birmingham church bombing.
The Beatles came to America and changed our youth culture forever.
Hugh Hefner introduced the Playboy Bunny to mainstream America.
We’re talking about sex, strife, drugs, and rock n’ roll: The four horsemen sent to America in judgment.
But the greatest single event in 1963 that marked the death of “Camelot,” or you could say the king ruling in America, was the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. It’s not by chance or blind mechanical fate, but the very voice of God that speaks through the date of his death; November 22, 1963, or 11/22 (11×2).
Judgment, Disorder and the United States
There have been many 11s stamped on national American tragedies throughout our history.
On 11/11/1778, loyalists to England and local Indians massacred 42 American settlers at Cherry Valley, New York. It sent our fledgling nation into shock.
President Lincoln’s final public speech was given on April 11, 1865, just three days before his assassination.
But there is no greater 11 associated with American tragedies than that of 9-11.
9-11 and the Call for Help
Matthew 13:13
Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
9 = Judgment ; 11 = Disorder
I told you there are two Biblical numbers associated with judgment: the number nine represents judgment by God’s Spirit and the number 11 represents judgment from disorder. Consider the 11s emphasized during this particular event:
The date of the attack: 9/11 (9 + 1 + 1 = 11).
September 11 is the 254th day of the year (2 + 5+ 4 = 11).
After September 11, there are 111 days left to the end of the year.
Henry Hudson discovered Manhattan Island on Sept. 11, 1609.
The State of New York was the 11th State added to the Union.
The first plane to hit the towers was Flight 11.
Flight 11 had 92 on board (9 + 2 = 11).
Flight 11 had eleven crew members – two pilots and nine flight attendants.
Flight 77 had 65 passengers on board (6 + 5 = 11).
Twin Towers, standing side by side, looked like the number 11.
The WTC Towers were each 110 stories high.
The first WTC tower hit, the North Tower, collapses at 10:28 A.M. (1+2+8=11)
The WTC towers collapsed to a height of 11 stories.
The first fire unit to arrive at the WTC towers was FDNY Unit 1; they lost 11 firemen.
New York City has 11 letters.
Afghanistan has 11 letters.
The Pentagon has 11 letters.
Henry Hudson has 11 letters.
The World Trade Center fires burned continuously for 99 days, between Sept. 11, and Dec. 19, 2001. It is the longest burning commercial fire in U.S. history.
On Sept. 7, 2002, NYC Medical Examiners announced the revised official death toll from the World Trade Center attacks was 2,801 (2+8+0+1 = 11).
On the morning of Sept. 11, 2002, the names of 2,801 victims were read at a Ground Zero Ceremony. It took 2 ½ hours to read all the names.
You can’t get away from the numbers, because the numbers are the message.
On that same day, exactly one year from the disaster, something else incredible happened and everybody was talking about the numbers nine and 11 again.
The Message in the Numbers
Just in case we didn’t think the numbers mattered, a year to the day after the event, the same numbers gained national headlines again. God was still preaching.
On Sept. 11, 2002, New Yorker’s felt like someone was pulling a cruel joke. Fox News announced that, minutes before, the New York lottery drew 9-1-1 as the winning pick-3 combination in their digit lottery!
The news anchor exclaimed that it was incredible and put his hand on his head! He was looking in disbelief at the New York lottery website on his laptop. What’s more amazing, if you know what God speaks through numbers, is according to nylotto.com, the evening payouts were a staggering $4,999,990 in prize money.
The Ninth of Av
There was a 9-11 for thousands of years before that day became a national day of tragedy for the United States. The ninth day of the 11th month, the Ninth of Av, has long been mourned as a national day of tragedy for Israel. Whereas in the western culture Friday the 13th tends to be feared, you can multiply that greatly for the Jews when it comes to the Ninth of Av.
Amazingly, both temples were destroyed on the very same day nearly 500 years apart. Since then, the Jews have paid very close attention to the day with the two numbers associated with God’s judgment (nine and 11). They have noticed that tragedy has stalked them on this day throughout the centuries.
Examples of Ninth of Av Tragedies Throughout History
The golden calf in 1312 B.C.
The failure of the 10 spies which caused 38 additional years in the desert.
The destruction of Solomon’s Temple in 587 B.C. Over 100,000 killed and a nation exiled.
Two million killed and a nation exiled with the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 A.D.
The crushing of the Bar Kokhba Rebellion in 135 A.D. Over 580,000 Jews were killed, with 50 fortified towns and 985 villages razed.
The Pope orders the First Crusade in 1096. Scores of thousands slaughtered.
The expulsion of the Jews from Britain by King Edward the Longshanks in 1290.
The expulsion of the Jews from Spain and the beginning of the Spanish Inquisition in 1492.
The eruption of WWI in 1914.
The end of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, and the massacre of 50,000 survivors in concentration camps in May 1943.
Arab terrorists bombed the AMIA (Asociación Mutua Israelita Argentina) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, killing 86 and wounding more than 120 in 1994.
The mandatory evacuation of the Gaza Strip and the demolition of thousands of homes of Jews in 2005.
When you see this, it’s no wonder Tisha B’Av, the Fast of the Ninth of Av, is a day of mourning to commemorate the many tragedies that have befallen the Jewish people. These tragedies were the result of not walking with God. The same as our own 9-1
911 – Call for Help, America!
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
New York could not get away from 911 on 9-11.
Nor is it coincidence that on that same exact night, the New York Yankees won 5-4 in the 11th inning. It was in all the papers the next day and people felt like they needed to pay attention to the numbers.
It’s not just the numbers people need to see, but the Word of God that the numbers point to.
In the 1980s, our government began to install the 9-1-1 emergency system throughout the U.S. It is the designated number you dial when you have an emergency and you need to call the authorities for help. We all knew that 9-1-1 meant “emergency” before 9-11 ever happened!
It’s amazing that we don’t call it Sept. 11, 2001. We simply call it 9-11. That never happened before this event. We all know that December 7 is the day of the Pearl Harbor attack, but we don’t refer to that date as 12/7.
No, in this case, the numbers are the message and God is speaking to people who have no clue of His voice. Nonetheless, the Lord is faithful to speak.

Hebrews chapter 9 verse 11 talks about Jesus Christ being the perfect building that was not made with Hands heavenly building
and after seeing 3 buildings fall that we believed were impossible to fall it makes since that hebrews 9:11 would point is to a true industuctible building

Acts 9:11 is the verse where Jesus tells anninias to arise go to the street called Strait and thats a good verse if your believeing that this is america wake up call to get right with God

1 corinthians 9:11 says what you sow in the spirit is what you reap in the natural and I certainly believe that this scripture applies to the nation at this time
Revelation 9:11 introduces us to a demon from hell named abbadon which means “destroying angel” after so much destruction theres sure to be a revelation there
And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon.

but the fact of the matter is **** you dont have to be a theologian or a bible schollar and you dont HAVE to get spiritualy deep to know what 911 means
911 is the call you make when your in an emergency******
911 is a call for help.
when you admit you can not handle the terrible thing that is hapening and call the higher authority for help. The main reason that hedge of protection is down in the united states is because the wall of intercesion is down.

Let me tell you something real about war. Its not romantic , its not dramatic its horrible. Im talking about real down and dirty mud blood and the beer kind of hand to hand combat. let me talk to you about trench warfare. lets all come to an angreement o the understanding of armed conflict. the pain of war. the horrors of war. the reality of war is that in the midst of a conflict its either Kill or be Killed . Our generation is so ignorant of warefare that we have come to belive that wars are about peace keeping and not peace making.

we needed a warrior that could slap death in the face and Jesus showed up!!
this generation needs a warrior church. your family needs you to be a warrior
your spouse needs you to be a warrior The people you work with need you to be a warrior! This is not peace time this is war time and it requires you to be the kind of christian that is up to task of going to war!!!

You are required to think differently than you thought all the days before you.
You are required to have some answers ready first and foremost in your mind
You are required to know the Truth. You need to do what ever you can to get this word into your head. You need to read it. you need to hear it. You need to discuss it with other Godly people. You need to meditate on it. YOu need to profess it . Get the Word of God into your mouth. declare I will know the truth! I will not be fooled by the devil. I will not buy the lies of this world but I will have an answer to this lost and dying generation and I will not be afraid to go to war!!!!!!!!

Aren’t you afraid of all the things that are happening? Im horrified by the things that are happenig to our nation today but my trust was never in the strong towers of the world trade center but my trust is in the Jesus Christ
For the name of the Lord is a strong tower and the righteouse run into it and are saved.

1 PET 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
Soon and very soon the eastern sky is going to crack wide open and the Ancient of Days, the Savior of the word Jesus will return and rightfully claim what belongs to him. And in that, I do not mourn but I rejoice saying, “Come Lord Jesus come” or as I would say in modern day terms, “bring it on Lord Jesus. Bring it on!”

You don’t know it but you are annointed to speak in this hour you are annointed to make a difference you are annointed to convince people of the truth. The things you do matter the things you say matter so let the people of God rise and know that they have been saved for such a time as this!
YOU HAVE TO NOT CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK ABOUT YOU TO BE AN EFFECTIVE WARRIOR IN THIS DAY OF BATTLE

YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED
You are My beloved and I Am yours. I laid down My life for you, My bride, to make you spotless. I Am preparing your dream home and future in paradise. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTEDNot only is your life a really big deal and needs to be lived well, what’s real is, you need to live your life well prepared for your big finish. Read that again and let it sink in.
What I’m saying is this: Not only can you live an epic life instead of a nominal life, you can live your life toward an epic finish. You can live purposefully knowing you’re going to pass something down that wasn’t passed down to you – or at least a better version of what was passed down to you.
You can and should live your life being determined to finish well. Do you know if your finish is going to glorify the Lord? If you don’t, you’re not being intentional in this area. Here’s the bottom line: You don’t randomly finish well.
People who finish well are bound and determined. They plan out how they’re going to finish this race called the Christian life. God already has a plan for you to finish well. We all know this verse:
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” – Jeremiah 29:11
Though He has this glorious plan, it’s up to you to partner with Him – to purpose yourself – to fulfill His plan. It doesn’t happen just because God wants it to. His gift of free will extends way past salvation. You have the freedom to go your own way, and many people do.
But is that the best life? I highly doubt it. How can what you plan for yourself be better than God’s plan to give you a sound mind, hope, and a future? He even promises His plan is good. Be determined to finish well. Stick to His plan. You won’t be disappointed.

QUANTITY OF RELATIONSHIP
My love, My time and My attention are deeper than the ocean and higher than the heavens. These things are limitless. You can have as much as you want. Put out your hands…
QUANTITY OF RELATIONSHIPYou qualify for higher revelation and deeper experience as you conform your life to the image of God’s plan. How does that work? Relationship quantifies you for intimacy.
“Don’t you mean ‘qualifies,’ Pastor Troy?” No, I do not. You see, intimacy is quantifiable and increases with deeper knowing. With the quantity of relationship, you get the quantity of intimacy, revelation, knowledge, or secret experience. BOOM!
“Well, Pastor Troy, it seems to me some people experience God in different ways than other people.” Yes, they do. “Well, that brings me to the conclusion that God loves some people more than others.” Can I just call “baloney” on that?
Here’s what’s real: Some people have a different relationship with God than other people because relationship quantifies you for intimacy.
Some people really go after a deep relationship with The Lord while some are okay with just having real estate in heaven. While being saved is great, it’s just the first word of a great big book testifying of the goodness of God and the identity, purpose, and destiny He’s given you.
Are you happy with the first word of the story? Or do you want to write a great big glorious ending that will have the Lord smiling and saying, “This is My beloved son and I’m so happy with Him”?
You decide what quantity of relationship are you going to have with Him. But remember this: You don’t go to the ocean that is Jesus with a teaspoon. Believe me, you want to jump into the deep end of that experience.
And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. – John 17:3

A NEXT-LEVEL HEART
When I tell you, “Yes,” your response should be, “Amen!” Amen means “let it be done”. My yes is always tied to your identity, your purpose, and your destiny. I do not hide these from you. Do you want these gifts? Amen!
A NEXT-LEVEL HEARTYou may know my friend, Mylon LeFevre. He’s a true rockstar of the faith. I have the privilege of going out to his house sometimes to receive counsel from him. He’s a next-level guy and I love next-level counsel.
One day, he turns my whole life around just as the angel Gabriel did to Mary when he delivered the Good News that she was going to be mama to the Messiah. In my case, Mylon looked at me and said, “Troy, are you not called to save women out of terrible bondage?” I said, “Yes sir, I am.” He said, “Are you not called to feed orphans?” I said, “Yes sir, I am.”
“Troy, are you not called to run a church that makes a tremendous difference?” I said, “Yes sir, I am.” Now that he and the Holy Spirit had established my identity, he spoke into my purpose and my destiny with these words: “One thing I recognize in you is that you have a poverty mentality. You still tell people how poor you are and that you’re not very smart. Troy, for you to have such a huge calling, and for you to speak against it is the same as sleeping with a Philistine.”
When he said those words to me, I got it. Philistines are the enemies of God and hooking up with them creates nothing but more enemies. I decided right then that I’m not going to do that anymore. Just like Mary, I needed to learn to say, “Let it be as the word of the Lord has spoken unto me.”
Mary was a teenage girl who didn’t have next-level counsel in her life, but she had a next level heart. She didn’t understand all of the message the angel was telling her, but she understood he had given her an identity, a purpose, and a destiny. She was chosen and she couldn’t pass that up.
Neither should you. What are you called to do? Be a Godly leader for your wife and kids? Be a crazy cool giver so people can be fed and freed? Are you called to teach, build, serve, invest, or drop everything and go across the world for God’s glory?
Write down who God says you are. That’s your identity. Write down the tasks he wants you to perform. That’s your purpose. Then write down where you see yourself within the Body of Christ. That’s your destiny. Speak those things over yourself and, like Mary say, “Let it be as the word of the Lord has spoken unto me.”
Do you want a next-level life? Have a next-level heart.
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…” – 1 Peter 2:9

DON’T DIE TWICE!
I could not stand the thought of eternity without you so I made a way for you to live with Me forever. Choose life. Choose Me and let My sacrifice be enough for you.
DON’T DIE TWICEI’ve got some pretty sobering news for you: you only live once, but it’s possible to die twice.
This speaks of the second death for the people who are not found in the Book of Life. Let me tell you what this test is about. This test is about are you holy or are you not holy.
Every single one of us has sinned. Every single one of us have been major malfunctions and have fallen short of the glory of God. But I’ve got great news: Jesus Christ left heaven, became a man and He passed the test.
Jesus lived 33 years as a human being and, despite setting His deity aside and being 100 percent human, He never sinned. Then, are you ready for this? He offers His grade to us.
Did you hear that? Despite the mess you and I are, He offers His A+ of holiness to us.
There should only be one name written in the Lamb’s Book of Life and it should only be “Lamb.” It’s His book. The Bible says He’s the only One worthy to open it and His name is the only one worthy to be in it except for those who He has given His grade to.
Are you in His book? Are you holy because you’ve accepted the offer of His passing grade? Don’t die twice. Dying once is enough – especially when it leads to eternal life.
For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son that whosever believes in Him shall have eternal life. – John 3:16

WORTH THE EFFORT?
When I created the universe, I worked for six days, then I rested. If the works of My hands are good, then work itself is also good. Go after My blessings. Work at helping others and spreading My word. Your Promised Land will flow with goodness.
WORTH THE EFFORT?When God tells you to step into your Promised Land, you don’t ask questions. You don’t hesitate, or think twice. You charge right into the Jordan River because you know what’s on the other side is good. The Word says, “it is a land flowing with milk and honey.”
Flowing means abundance. And milk, well, the Hebrew word we translate as milk actually means “butter.” What’s up with that? Well, butter always represents goodness – God’s goodness. And think about this: butter has to be produced by humans in cooperation with cows. That means you have to put a little elbow grease into it.
Yes, Father God expects you to work. Before God gave Adam a wife, a family, or even a pair of britches, He gave Adam a job.
“Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it.” – Genesis 2:15
Now, honey is different. Honey is produced by nature itself and it represents the best things in life, or sweetness. A lot of things have to be in alignment for the production of butter and honey, and God is saying that your Promised Land is flowing with that.
That means it’s never about survival. It’s about conquest. It’s about marking out territory that doesn’t belong to the King and putting your foot on it so that it does. If your feet drip like butter, that means that everywhere you go you’re carrying the presence of heaven and the goodness of God.
“When I washed my steps with butter, and the rock poured me out rivers of oil…” – Job 29:6
Are your feet dripping with butter? Do you bring the goodness of God with you wherever you go? It takes some work to be blessed, but the rewards are worth the effort. Not only for you, but also the people you’re called to serve.

ALL IN
I proved My love for you by becoming a man so I could have empathy with your pain. I proved it again by taking that pain and making it My own on the cross. Show your love for me. Meet Me in the secret place.
ALL INThere are prayers you pray that you need to pray behind closed doors. The Bible says so and I’ve discovered from personal experience that it’s true.
“But you, when you pray, go into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.” – Matthew 6:6
One of the reasons Jesus says to shut the door is simply for the reason of privacy. The word He uses for “closet” is defined in the Strong’s exhaustive concordance as a “secret chamber” or a place where you retire for privacy.
Match up your private prayers with private places. Match up your environment, atmosphere and culture. Environment is physical, atmosphere is spiritual and culture is social. Believe me, this is important stuff.
Things that are cultural have to do with relational things. Things that are environmental have to do with your physical location, and the setting you’re supposed to prepare is your atmosphere. The Holy Spirit wants to partner with you in all three of these.
Jesus says to not bring private prayers before public people. That seems pretty simple yet that is radical for the American Church where gossip in the name of accountability runs rampant.
What do you do with battlefield prayers? Maybe you need to get into a warfare stance. Maybe you need to get a sword and let the devil know you mean business by swinging that bad boy around as you cry out, declare and generally go crazy.
Need to conquer a mountain of debt? Climb one and plant your freedom flag. Get creative and prophetically match your prayers to your desired outcome. Jesus loves that because it’s effective and shows we’re all in.

YOU GOTTA GO!
I Am a faithful Father. I love you and nothing will ever change that. Come to Me and rest in My promises. Anxiety and fear no longer have a place in your life. That fight is over.
YOU GOTTA GO!God’s not mad at you. He loves you more than you know. Do not run away from Him. Run to Him.
You have access to God’s love and forgiveness by faith. Now, there’s a difference between the Old Testament and the New Testament, and I think OpenDoor Church is called to reach not just the world for Jesus, but to reach Christians for Jesus.
I’m talking about Christians who live on the wrong side of the cross. Their whole world is about trying to be right, but Jesus came to pay the price for that religious spirit. You and I are filled with the Spirit. We’re supposed to walk in that power and bear much fruit. We’re already saved – not still trying to get saved.
So, there’s a difference between one side of the cross and the other. The difference is baptism. The difference is the Jordan River. It’s the difference between wilderness Christians and Promised Land Christians. What is that?
In the wilderness, it’s all about survival. You learn that whatever the problem is, it isn’t God. God is the answer to everything. The wilderness is all about just getting through the day. Too many Christians live in the wilderness.
Then you get to the Jordan River. The Jordan splits, you walk across it and now you’re in the Promised Land. Your life isn’t all about survival anymore. It’s about a legacy. As a matter of fact, you don’t have to worry about survival anymore. Why?
Because you get to live in a house you didn’t build, drink from a well you didn’t dig and eat from a vineyard you didn’t plant. You find a giant or a mountain and you say, “Give me that mountain” or “You uncircumcised Philistine, who do you think you are? Get out of my house. Get out of my family and my generation.”
You stand up and say, “There’s a new sheriff in town. I’m filled with the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ, God Almighty and you gotta go!”
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. – James 4:7
