Life's circumstances can take a toll on our well-being and take us to a very uncomfortable and dark place, just like when David cried out in Psalm 6:6. He said, "I am worn out from my groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears." When life takes us to this point, and in this honesty, it is, sometimes, music that has the ability to help get us through our toughest times.
