Soul Secrecy

Half the time we are all unaware that what the Heart feels is what the Brain thinks, and what the Brain realizes the Tongue speaks. Nobody knows what’s really going on at the source, though. Nobody can tell what is truly happening inside the Soul.

About That Payment...

We all know someone who never used digital payment services, but then starts relying on them with a vengeance. After a while, these people become almost unrecognizable. They’ve turned into a ‘Jehovah’s Witness’ for their preferred digital payment company. “Excuse me, sir/ma’am, do you have a minute to talk about…the only way I’m going to pay you, ever?”

Fireworks are proof that you can pollute the world and make the crime of doing so look pretty.

Lost & Found

A man was lost in the mountains. He found a sage meditating on a hill. Approaching, he asked, “I’m lost, can you help me find my way?” He showed the sage a map in the hope of receiving directions. The sage opened his eyes. “A map… Shows you an entire country, even the world. But this map itself exists here, on this mountain, lost as much as you are.” The man opened his mouth to speak, but the sage continued. “Don’t you think it strange? How the Human Soul exists in one lifetime at any given moment in time, in one body during that time, and in one place. The place may change depending on your movements, yet you yourself remain the same no matter where you go. And isn’t it even stranger? Like this map, inside your Human Soul is contained nations and worlds. Inside you resides Eternity.” The lost man looked even more lost. “You are, at this moment in time, both lost and found. Find what meaning you can in that.”

Pleasure & Pain

Pleasure is meaningless without Pain. To go without food for even one day adds immense value to the day you actually eat your fill.
If you don't know how it feels to starve, you won’t know how it feels to appreciate a full meal.

Tale As Old As Time

Lies are so rampant in our world that it makes you doubt Human History.
Centuries of accumulated wisdom, or centuries of simulated knowledge?

Own Advice

Twilight fell upon the garden. The jackdaw screeched at the bullfrog for making a ruckus loud enough to attract snakes. Little did the jackdaw realize that it was doing the very thing it was telling the bullfrog not to do. While advising the bullfrog to keep its big mouth shut, the jackdaw made quite the ruckus. That night was a lucky one for a certain snake – it ate well and slept satisfied. Sometimes, telling someone what they’re doing wrong – in their life or in yours – will only end up getting YOU in trouble. Take your own advice and shuddup.

Matters

All those people who say nothing matters end up ruining all the things that genuinely do.

The Ruse

The hyena summoned the vulture to its court and said, "We both need to eat, so let's come to an understanding, you and me." The hyena and the vulture brainstormed a solution that would enable them to catch and eat prey of a certain rebellious nature. The predators refused to understand or accept the need for their prey to have their own rights or identity. The hyena knew that to eat well it first needed to intimidate its prey. So it asked the vulture to act along in a grand scheme. The vulture then said to the hyena’s prey, "If I do not give away your location from the air, the hyena will find my nest and eat my eggs." The hyena, now well ahead of the game, said to the vulture’s prey, "I am merely asking the vulture to keep track of you lot so I can make sure it does not eat more than its fair share. You, after all, elected me to govern this portion of the Savannah, so let me be your guide and guard." By the time the prey caught on to the secret pretence enacted by the hyena and the vulture, the predators had set their agreements in stone and called it the New Law of the Forest. Then, as if by fate, a sandstorm slapped the Savannah, distracting all the prey from what was really going on.
