Undress...

A little girl asked her grandmother, "Gran, why do relationships end? Why are they not the same as when they started out?"

Her grandma took a deep breath and said, "It takes longer to dress up than to undress. But sooner or later, both of them happen."

Opportunity...

One person's laziness is another person's job opportunity.

Reincarnation...

We are all just passing through this life. Mere blips in the network. A punch in water, and when the fist is retrieved the water flows right back in as though nothing ever happened. Even the most memorable among us are only intermittently remembered once they have left this 'station' and moved on to their next Karmic adventure. Mere souls living as different flesh dreaming different dreams.

Heat Energy...

If they figure out a way to use excess heat (not light) from the atmosphere or environment and convert that to fuel, I have a feeling India in 'Climate Change induced' summertime will set a gold standard in energy adaptability.

Content Writing Woes...

Reason behind how some Content Writers find inspiration to finish a project super-fast.

Mindvoice rant: "Argh! When will this project end? I am seeing muscle mass gain ads all over my social media. All I did was open each link once to research and write about it. Ugh! Makes me feel ultra-guilty as I foodie my way through a multi-meal spread. Fml! Dang your perfect gym-bod, man! Make it stop! Leave me alone with my pastries!"

Sleep...

Some people think I'm a vampire and that I sleep mornings in a gilded mahogany coffin, my wrists crossed in eternal un-dead contemplation. In truth, I sleep with my limbs all over the place, under and outside my faux-fur Tiger blankie, like the scene of a luxurious murder crime. The blood they found in my mouth belonged to someone else, but that's a story for another setting. I do transform into something, though. Just let me get up and tell the detectives who found me like this and presumed me dead.

Delicate...

Hope is such a delicate thing. No wonder it keeps breaking.

Basic...

It's a beautiful and ironic sort of madness to realize that almost everything we find entertaining, dramatic, funny, emotional, and artistic has its roots in the most basic elements of human nature.

The only way to kill time is to use it.

Happily Single...

It's tough to avoid that one neighbour when you have no choice but to open the door for the Amazon delivery exec only to find that dratted next-doorer there. Despite being a writer, there are only so many ways you can tell that sneak you aren't interested in a cuckold. Then there's the other type of neighbour I have the misfortune of running into. I call her the 'Jehovah's Witness' of matchmaking. "Excuse me, sir, can I interest you in one of several eligible young ladies residing in the countryside who are ardently seeking a groom in the city? Many of them are my relatives." I am tempted to inform her, "Do you know just how many young ladies my mother had in mind a few years ago? I may be single, but she's the one looking." I should order a custom-poster to stick outside my door: "Beware, 'Happily Single' gentleman living herein. Matrimonial solicitors will be treated like trespassers and hunted at midnight under the cold light of the moon when said gentleman turns into a were-tiger. Blessings upon you, sweet dreams."
