Liver Cleanse, Gallbladder Cleanse - Stop Illness Cure for All Diseases
I believe a liver cleanse, gallbladder cleanse will stop illness and is the cure for all diseases.
A liver cleanse will support your heart, the liver being the main protective organ for the heart, blood and oxygen flow - without which cells and our bodies die.
A gallbladder cleanse, same natural treatment below (if done repeatedly until all stones are gone and you change your eating habits as mentioned) will (in my opinion) greatly improve your health and stop illness by replenishing your body's normal blood and oxygen flow.
I plan to do a liver cleanse and gallbladder cleanse (one in the same - mentioned below, and visible results in my video) once every 3 weeks. The author of the book below has done 12 and his wife at least 9...so this obviously works or we wouldn't waste our time. On the contrary, it is waste within you that is wasting away your health, life and obstructing blood, oxygen and the force of life from surging through your veins, lymph and cells.

Because family and friends at http://www.Facebook.com/speakers4insp... wouldn't leave me alone with all of their questions and were too lazy to read the book (and some friends had family members dying) I gave in and posted this poor summary, directive from the book below (which I prefer you read to learn all the variables and workings of your body lest you cleanse your liver and gallbladder and return to a poor diet and lifestyle thereafter).
I also read somewhere in the Prescription for Nutritional Healing book http://tinyurl.com/6s6kytz or elsewhere about doing a liver or gallbladder cleanse (and stabilizing / aiding digestion) by drinking epsom salts every morning and before bed (certainly beneficial as well). Yet I had to discontinue a couple days immediately following the cleanse below because I was drained and needed to recuperate first.
Now to prepare for the liver and gallbladder cleanse:
Stop eating meat and dairy for at least a week, fruit (avoid cold foods/drinks), drink 32 oz of apple juice daily (6 days) to loosen stones before day of cleanse.
On day of cleanse only fruit/veg grains, stop eating by 1:30pm, at 6pm take 1 tablespoon epsom salt and warm water, repeat again at 8pm, then at 9:45pm take 2/3 glass lemon or grapefruit juice mixed with 1/2 glass olive oil (shake 20 times vigorously) than standing next to bed at 10pm drink, lay down immediately (don't talk, just turn out lights and focus on liver, breathe & relax, lay on right side if you must with knees to stomach, but on back is better if you can) go to bed with head propped up with 2 pillows ...go to bathroom thereafteras it comes (don't force, sleeping through night is also good). By 6am take another 6 oz glass of warm water wtih tablespoon epsom salts, repeat at 8am, by 10pm you can return to drinking juice, fruit & light food.
To avoid more stones in your body - avoid medications, animal protein and dairy.

Life coach for inner harmony - a strange focus to some this may seem. However without inner harmony and peace within, how can you overcome external obstacles daily and win?
The battle rages inwardly and outwardly daily, but cultivating inner harmony is most necessary so you can live congruently and wholeheartedly tackle the many challenges that come against you (despite the many forms, fashions and faces through which they appear).

Hence today one of Paul's favorite sayings is: "Show me your friends and I will show you your future!"

Food for Life - Ezekiel 4:9 Bread and Cereal food processing and food packaging concerns
Food for Life - Ezekiel 4:9 Bread and Cereal food processing and food packaging concerns me. Food for Life on their cereal box states: 'This product is processed and packaged in a facility that also processes tree nuts.'
Nuts with mold (mycotoxins and alfatoxins) can make you extremely ill and be fatal. I recently had such a reaction when I ate some bad Brazilian nuts in Astoria, NY at a "Organics Store" which nearly killed me.
After eating about 8 to 10 Brazilian nuts I stopped breathing, my head got hot and began swelling, my throat became soar, I felt nauseous like I was going to vomit and nearly passed out.
Although I've eaten nuts for 40 years, I got a rude awakening as to the high levels of mold in nuts and how deadly and toxic nuts can be.
Nuts have the same affect in dogs and can kills them in 3 to 4 days thereafter.

What is interesting is the mold/alfatoxins in nuts can cause bladder stones (hence the kidney pain I felt) and difficulty with my prostate over the past two months (as I recently had to visit a nephrologist - kidney doctor - when the pain became so intense).
The NY Health Dept came into the "Organics Store" last week and is now testing the nuts. Apparently the wholesale provider "Tree of Life" is a big company. More on this later.
My biggest concern however (since discontinuing dairy and meat - which helped my prostate and organs) now that I've stopped eating nuts (since I'm battling mild skin cancer already being from Florida a former lifeguard and surfer) is Food for Life's processing and packaging my favorite bread and cereals Ezekiel 4:9 in a facility that handles tree nuts.
Now I think I know why my skin did better in Asia over the summer (less red marks on my face) - no nuts (less cancer causing alfatoxins).
According to Idaho State Univ. Brazilian nuts are the most radioactive food in the world!

"You Are..." - Responding to Accusations (Poem)
The next time somebody says “You are…”
That is tries to put their miniscule map on you
Kindly push back, awaken and remind them
You are NOT my glorious point of reference
You don’t have the final say on my existence
You don’t know my determination and persistence
Nor do you realize your own angst and resistance
To my authenticity, originality and uniqueness
Not surprisingly, before you can happily love me
You first must learn to accept and love yourself
Life is not a brutal competition for self-realization
Conversely, self-actualization occurs cooperatively
As we live, endure circumstances, and learn openly
Positively interact, engage, and listen wholeheartedly
Accept people as they are and love unconditionally
In such an attitude of heart and mind we learn rapidly
Embracing various stimuli and a multiplicity of ideas
Although with many we may disagree, do so elegantly
Don’t demonize, alienate, or belittle they of another trajectory
Know assuredly opposition and little differences can actually
Yield benefits like positive and negative forces of electricity
Provoking you to greatness simultaneously and serendipitously.
Remember Judas did more than most to help fulfill Jesus’ destiny
Heartless, rebellious, dishonorable, defiant, uncouth, and disloyal
Judas was unbeknownst to himself used by God to aid a purpose
Therefore don’t despise those who are not exactly just like you
Because they too have been created for something they must do
Likewise love yourself and be wise when anyone tries to define you
Truly nobody has the authority to categorize or cast labels upon a person
Doing so shows they know little about life, redemption and transformation
Because until one’s life is over, many twists and turns can speedily occur
God above can miraculous intervene, change situations and alter mindsets
Therefore stereotypical conclusions and emotional judgments are revelations
Not of you, but rather of the pitiful soul slandering and accusing you harshly
Give them and their words no mind; for God’s Word carries far more weight
The opinions of most are like armpits - stink over time and should thus wait
Don’t therefore succumb to becoming emotionally attached to humans’ words
Especially words that are not uplifting, gracious, kindhearted and encouraging
When words are given, discern the accompanying spirit at the point of delivery
This exercise requires sensitivity to locate the driving emotions by the tonality
Anger, jealousy, hostility, sadness, pity, rejection, pride, perhaps a fragile identity
When words yield expressions, all of these shall be felt vigorously and thoroughly
Consider that which you feel feedback as to the emotional state of your accuser
Conclusions however as to a person’s identity and life should be left for later
Premature summations are futile until the time we breathe our last and expire
Therefore the next time somebody tries to provoke and manipulate with “You are…”
Laugh joyously knowing that your identity and biography are secure in your Creator.
