Incontinence and Leaky Gut, Try this natural remedy!

My favorite remedy for incontinence and leaky gut is a change of diet, combined with digestive enzymes and probiotics.

http://tinyurl.com/6wtzgxt

http://tinyurl.com/7ngxnk3

http://tinyurl.com/89tjkcr

As for diet, if you are tired of peeing and pooping all over yourself and truly ready to cut the incontinence and leaky gut at the root, then stop ingesting (eating and drinking) all animal protein, especially homogenized and pasteurized milk (which Dr. Hiromi Shinya, MD - the creator of the colonoscopy says is "the worst food" of all, he having examined 300,000 stomachs).

Dr. Shinya's own children were adversely affected at birth by dairy. Some have said if a calf were made to drink the milk we buy at the grocery store (not raw, but homogenized and pasteurized lacking any enzymes) it would die in 4 to 5 days.

Undigested proteins absorbed in the gut cause havoc as do fats. Stop all protein for a month and do not eat anything but raw fruit and vegetables (organic preferably since they have been less altered, non-genetically modified and have no herbicides and pesticides sprayed on them).

Drink only good water - distilled or alkaline http://tinyurl.com/7psp8k7 which you can buy for your home as I have recently done. Remember you can live 40 days without food, but only 2 days without water.

Stop drinking all sodas, caffeine drinks and only drink water, herbal teas (without caffeine) and freshly squeezed juice (not store bought which has been pasteurized and has no enzymes).

Try this for 30 days then report back to me (info@PaulFDavis.com) letting me know how you feel.

Garlic and onions, which you can take with Ezekiel bread - don't eat any other type of bread (as they have gluten usually) ...Ezekiel bread has sprouted meaning it has living enzymes and is God's recipe.

Also eat fermented foods like kimchi, sourkrout, and tempeh (Whole Foods makes vegan kimchi without BHT and other bad ingredients). Only sea salt is beneficial, the rest isn't good for your body and is harmful as sugar.

Eat clean living food and watch your body bounce back to life! Mine has with this diet and enzyme / probiotic supplements.

If you are having trouble sleeping, take 3mg of melatonin before bed http://tinyurl.com/6wxln64 and get plenty of sunlight daily and exercise to invigorate your cells. Saunas also are beneficial to sweat out toxins.

Try to get off as many medications as you can (preferring doctors who encourage the same and aren't trying to make a client of you for life).

God didn't give Adam & Eve a physician or pharmacy in the garden of Eden, but pointed them to the tree of life and said eat.

The first doctor Hippocrates said, "Your food should be your medicine and your medicine your food."

Live and eat right and you can kiss leaky gut and incontinence good-bye!

The Lies We Tell Ourselves, Confronting Illusions

The lies we tell ourselves, our internal scripts (even those erroneous) can be many. Confronting illusions requires creativity, ingenuity and a dose of humility.

We all have blind spots, which we often rarely see. Some go through life perpetually, recycling and repeating their pain with different people and scenarios never awakening to the underlying problem.

Therefore a life coach is an invaluable asset to impart self-awareness and help you see correctly and more fully.

Confronting illusions is something I do playfully and happily, employing sometimes a dose of sarcasm and exaggeration to jar you free from longstanding predispositions and mental paradigms that rigidly hold you in captivity.

The lies we tell ourselves are often internally adhered to and upheld rigidly and dogmatically. Therefore it takes a strong soul to be able to bump up against the lies, endure the hostile emotional reactions and stand strong to tell the truth.

If truth is what you seek and change is what you need (it's worth noting what we want is often not what we need), then transformation is available when you contract for the services of this exceptional life coach.

Success Speaker: Success Secrets for Victorious Living

As a success speaker, I'm always pursing success secrets and reading nonstop to gain more wisdom and knowledge. My wife recently posted this quote below, which I in turn shared at http://www.Facebook.com/speakers4insp...

"If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere." ~ unknown

"It is a narrow path that enters into life and few shall find it," a success speaker by the name of Jesus Christ said.

A success speaker by the name of Tony Robbins has said, "Energy flows where focus goes."

Ideally, going straight forward, straight ahead is most desirable but distractions often come. Among the many success secrets I have learned is that there are many attractive parking spots on the road to success. Furthermore good is often the enemy of best and success is defined differently for everybody.

Of all the success secrets for me, the key is to pinpoint your passion, live purposefully and daily enjoy the journey en route to the destination.

My buddy and success speaker Deepak Chopra on Twitter posted today: 'Your brain gives in to persistence. Decide what you want to be, keep on being it, and your brain will adapt over time.'

I agree, because there is always an ongoing battle between reason and passion; the mind and body; the logic within and the lustful tendencies that we must tame lest they cripple us and make us lame.

Of course we should find a place in life to enjoy body, mind and spirit - but an imbalance of any can cause us to be shipwreck and useless.

Thus a battle for balance inwardly and congruently is ongoing in life.

One useful Scripture in regard to success secrets and a daily methodology to get there from the Bible is Joshua 1:8, which reads: 'This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.'

A success speaker by the name of Dennis Waitley once said, "Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal."

Whatever success means to you, I pray you enjoy it daily and journey toward deeper fulfillment continually.

For John Lennon success was simply to "be happy!"

Happiness truly is an inside job.

Let us all begin there.

Diversity Speaker Overcoming Racist Tendencies

As a diversity speaker who has lived in Queens, the most diverse county in the United States, I know a thing or two about racist tendencies and diversity. As a life coach, fitness trainer and minister with a masters degree in international relations (a social science); I also know a bit about humanity.

Racist tendencies, prejudices, predispositions and presumptions are things every human being must struggle with (and the people who do struggle against them and challenge those inner beliefs become better human beings in the process).

I recall when I was attending a church youth and young adult group, the Pastor asked me to give a young lady in my area a ride to church. The young lady was of good character, sweet and kind hearted. My grandmother once made a comment about the girl being "black" (African-American).

Sensing the prejudicial tone and condescending air in my grandmother's remarks, I replied accordingly. "What? You don't like black people? What if I married a black woman?"

My grandmother got really angry when she heard this, further exposing her prejudice and personal preference (the latter of which should never become a law or personal bias of itself by which to demonize or alienate people unlike you).

Today I'm not married to a black woman, but I do love black people (having been to Africa 5 times, as well as Haiti, Trinidad and Guyana where I have also ministered).

As a diversity speaker and minister I believe we who are created in the image of God, should respect, accept and love all people regardless of ethnicity, race, creed, color, kind, religion, political ideology, socio-economic class, or any other classification by which people label and categorize others.

Unfortunately challenging biases, stereotypes and racist tendencies within people rarely comes easy. Therefore as a diversity speaker I like to employ humor, sarcasm and some prophetic preaching at times to playfully agitate and irritate people's demons (the root of the problem often) and mindsets that contain and enslave them.

Haters are mentally enslaved, held back, bound within the confines of false and limiting beliefs. Yet as long as they associate with people just like them, they can find a false sense of security and justify remaining as they are.

If however a diversity speaker identifies, challenges and addresses their racist tendencies; they are more likely to at least see the error of their ways and be brought to a place of repentance.

Now whether or not they embrace humility and choose to repent is dependent upon the content of their character and love of truth (or the lack thereof). Some people esteem their ego and "being right" (even if self-righteously dead wrong) more so than truth and the liberation it brings.

Thus I like to revisit the memory bank of my life and remind myself of all the wonderful black people I know, esteem, have interacted with and even the strangers who showed them kind and courteous.

Among my heroes are Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. (I also had the privilege of meeting his daughter, who I heard deliver a sermon entitled "Great Expectations"), Oprah (a truly transparent, nurturing soul and inspiring person), Nelson Mandela (a courageous man able to endure great pain for so many years due to whites' racism and yet honorable enough to embody the principles he preached and lead by example and forgive those who wronged him giving them another chance to be reconciled and live a life of love) and Denzyl Washington (a fantastic actor).

I've had kind "black people" (LOL - such a funny way to identify people) let me enter traffic as they politely allowed me to enter (while they had the right of way and didn't need to do so).

I recently witnessed one African-American gentleman at the gym take his t-shirt off and change shirts when he realized he smelled like tobacco and was making one person with allergies have difficulty breathing. Yet the man who "smelled like smoke" in actuality was a non-smoker, but had friends who he associated with who smoked.

Nevertheless as an act of kindness and politeness this gentleman changed his shirts so as to not offend anyone in a health club, nor hinder their breathing. That's a good man!

He could have easily said, "Get lost! Leave me alone!" But he didn't. The gentleman was never asked to change shirts, but he took the initiative caring about others in the health club.

How often I from my childhood through adulthood have rendered snap judgments about people based on their skin color (labels, stereotypes, trying to size people up who I really knew nothing about, nor did I take the time to inquire to really get to know them before making snap judgments), the way they were dressed, or some other external feature.

Yet in actuality none of these are ample measures of a person's character. Nevertheless our minds are quick to judge and succumb to racial tendencies.

Thus as a minister and diversity speaker, I tell people "The one of the most spiritual things you can do is refrain from rendering judgments about people you know nothing about, until you first have genuinely taken the time to get to know them."

Withhold judgment and instead be quick to judge yourself and take a personal inventory within. Question and challenge your beliefs, mental paradigms and models from which you operate and conduct yourself before succumbing to racial tendencies and demonizing others.

I get my hair cut by a wonderful Dominican man, take salsa lessons from a precious Puerto Rican lady, learned about natural remedies for cancer from a German woman, was taught how to fish by an Albanian, am married to a woman Dutch/Polish woman, and my best friend is Peruvian.

These are just a few examples of what embracing diversity is all about. Yet ironically here in the United States, many people have not come from behind the walls they have erected to fully enjoy people of other skin colors, cultures and backgrounds.

I've taken a Greyhound bus from Florida to Utah and back and years later road on the same bus line from New York to Florida. So I know as a diversity speaker racist tendencies and how they surface.

Interacting with people of other socio-economic levels, various backgrounds and colors, and ideological beliefs is healthy and will impart much wisdom and knowledge to us all.

I therefore challenge you to leave your comfort zone and interact with those for whom you have felt racist tendencies arise. Stretch yourself. As you do, I promise you ...you will be surprised and learn a lot about yourself and others.

I look forward to hearing from you after you do so.

Your friend and diversity speaker to give birth to unconditional love, acceptance and cross-cultural understanding to overcome racial tendencies.

Transition Speaker Navigating the Ups and Downs of Life

As a transition speaker and ordinary human being riding the emotional roller coaster full of the ups and downs of life like everybody else, I am always amazed at our exuberant and resilient we as people are.

Our emotions are hardwired to respond to excitement, rejection, offenses, misunderstanding, miscommunication and a host of other stimuli that can bombard us at any given point in time.

The emotional flurries of life however should not cause us to lose our inward compass, equilibrium (or balance).

When you live purposefully, having pinpointed your passion and set your compass accordingly to daily realize your goals progressively en route to dream fulfillment, the little emotional snags and ups and downs of life are only a temporary distraction rather than a lifelong fatal attraction.

When you know you are created in the image of God, have connected with your Creator in through a meaningful, nurturing and life-giving relationship, you always have Someone to whom you can turn, a shoulder to cry on, a sympathetic ear in heaven who hears your struggles, feels your pain and can comfort you through your various difficulties and trying situations.

Moreover when you make God your friend, He imparts the unconditional love of a heavenly Father to your heart and mind, which serve to stabilize your emotions, uphold you within and empower you to overcome and always win!

Big Daddy above, the God of boundless and endless love, He who Fathered Christ Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit raised Him victorious over death, hell and the grave... can likewise for you raise you up over all you're currently going through and life you up to where you belong (and within your heart replace sorrow with a joyful song).

So when the ups and downs of life come your way, listen to this transition speaker and be reminded of your Creator above, who can create for you a new beginning and set your heart to singing.

Draw near to God today, inviting Christ Jesus to forgive your sins (things said, done and left undone) and come into your heart in a new and living way by the power of the blessed Holy Spirit - the life force that shall forever settle your soul, make you whole and empower you for daily victory.

Invite the Holy Spirit that raised Christ from the dead (see Romans 8:11) to live big in you, reveal the risen Christ to you, and give you wisdom and new perspective pertaining to all you are currently going through.

Career Coach for Students: Career Coach for College Students Needing a Breakthrough

If you are in a funk personally, relationally or are having difficulty pinpointing your passion academically and occupationally then let this UCF honor grad, life coach, prolific author, worldwide motivational speaker and business consultant empower you.

Alcoholics Anonymous Speaker - Substance Abuse Prevention Speaker

Alcoholics anonymous speaker and substance abuse prevention speaker Paul F Davis (victimized by three generations of alcoholism) personally understands the pain caused by substance abuse and alcoholics to themselves and the families who love them.

Paul's mother was an alcoholic and substance abuser - she having predeceased Paul's grandparents who raised him in the absence of his alcoholic and drug addict mother. Paul's mother Marsha also died at the hands of an 18 year-old drunk driver when she was 49 years of age crossing the street somewhat drunk herself at 2am in Orlando, FL.

The 18 year-old driver screamed, "I can't live with this on my mind!" on the police video Paul watched from the scene of the accident after his mother's death.

While caring for his beloved grandparents in their old age, Paul discovered his precious grandfather (who he affectionately called "Pop-Pop"), a retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel, also had a drinking problem. He was just more discreet about it, hiding small bottles of vodka in his car and trunk, which he'd drink secretly when away from home.

As Pop-Pop's eyesight declined and Paul shared his grandfather's car for a time, Paul discovered his grandfather's drinking problem and confronted him about it, asking him at the very least to drink at home and not drink and drive. Unfortunately, Pop-Pop didn't listen and at the age of 83 years, Pop-Pop while drinking vodka slipped at a convenient store at 11:30am one morning, fell backward, hitting his head and suffering a bad head injury, which was followed by a stroke within 24 hours, causing Pop-Pop to lose the ability to speak. Bedridden for two months and unable to talk, Paul's vibrant and happy-go-lucky grandfather who never missed a baseball game of Paul's (who was like a father and childhood hero to Paul) laid there in a cold, dark hospital room unable to function until he got pneumonia and died.

Sadly, Paul's half-brother from his stepmother and father has been in and out of jail for various misdemeanors related to alcoholism and substance abuse for 15 years causing Paul and his parents great pain.

Thus the last two times Paul's brother was imprisoned, Paul wrote him a post card stating the following (in hopes of getting through to him that alcohol is a curse, not a blessing) since his brother thus far hasn't made the decision to stop drinking despite the immense pain and suffering it has caused him and his family.

Hopefully this will help someone.

A - always losing
L - living for nothing
C - can't think straight
O - out of control
H - hopelessly addicted
O - octopus like entanglements
L - legally bound behind bars

Paul speaks worldwide (64 countries and 6 continents thus far) as a substance abuse prevention speaker and alcoholics anonymous speaker to save lives, change hearts and minds, and help alcoholics (even the most stubborn ones) sober up lest their lives be brought to an abrupt halt and premature death.

Toxic Substances - Meet Xylene: Toxic Household Cleaners, Cosmetics and Unhealthy Solvents

Toxic substances, toxic household cleaners and unhealthy solvents are usually the last things to come to mind when thinking about health. Yet your environment (water, air, cosmetics and cleaning supplies) plays a huge role and factor in your health or lack thereof.

When I realized my own chemical sensitivity to various toxic cleaners, unhealthy solvents, cosmetics, detergents (for dishes and clothes), perfumes and aerosol sprays I was compelled to do some further study and investigation.

Solvent neurotoxicity is a subject little studied and known about, but often traces its origins back to the petrochemical industry. Petrochemicals found their way into gasoline decades ago and some like benzene were outlawed (or reduced to up to 5 parts per billion) in the 1970s.

The irony however is benzene's derivatives - benzoic acid was found in Coca Cola and other soft-drinks up until 2008 when it was discovered mixing benzoic acid and ascorbic acid reverts chemically to the toxic benzene ...and the adverse health affects and lawsuits amplified this.

Xylene is commonly used in paint and other toxic household cleaners. Neurologist Peter Arlien Soborg, M.D. and PhD devoted much time to study unhealthy solvents - one of which is xylene. To read the lengthy book in full visit http://tinyurl.com/7yh2kfm

As for xylene, the following behavioral changes manifested in animals studied who came in contact with the unhealthy solvent xylene:

- hearing loss, muscular weakness, disturbed equilibrium, rotary nystagmus, higher mortality rate, dyscoordination, reduced amplitude in flash-evoked response, flavor aversion, chronic morphological changes, biochemical changes in the brain, changes in receptors, regional dopaminergic depletion, shock avoidance, changes in lever-pressing performance (115-116 Soborg).

Human responses to various forms of contact with the unhealthy solvent xylene were:

- feeling sleepy, dizziness, irritation of the eyes, impairment of reaction time, auditory reaction, time impaired, visual reaction time impaired, antagonized body balance, dysfunction in reaction times, impaired balance, cerebral activation, acute and chronic intoxication, tremors, anxiety, dyscoordination, acroparesthesias, confusion, depression, nervousness, fatigue, sleep disturbances, headaches, paresthesias, loss of mental interest, impaired sleep, drunkenness, nausea, irritation of mucous membranes, vomiting, brain hemorrhages, anoxic neuronal changes, swelling, loss of Nissl substance, ataxia and slurred speech, transient hepatic impairment, renal impairment, CNS dysfunctions, gastrointestinal symptoms, fatigue, irritability, loss of appetite, dry throat, increased thirst, alcohol intolerance, sleep impairment, apathy, affected gastroinestinal tract, skin reactions, epileptic seizures and four deaths.

Obviously every animal and human being respond differently to xylene, unhealthy solvents, toxic substances and toxic household cleaners. Nevertheless this study was significant and very revealing about the harmful effects of contact with xylene.

Therefore I urge you to protect yourself and family from xylene and any cosmetic, food or cleaner that uses the unhealthy solvent xylene in full or part.

When xylene was mixed with toluene (used in paint thinner, also known as trichloroethylene which can cause death) the mixture has resulted in:

- headaches, nausea, vomiting, acroparesthesia, insomnia, visual and auditory hallucinations, anxiousness, restlessness, poor time orientation, impaired concentration, bilateral manual tremors, exogenous psychosis, neuropsychiatric symptoms, sleep disturbances and mood swings.

I pray and your family can avoid the harmful affects of unhealthy solvents such as xylene.

Whatever happened to the days of our great-grandmothers when olive oil or aloe was used as a moisturizer; white vinegar and lemon as a cleaner; and insects were removed with a broom rather than a toxic substance? Let's consciously strive to restore our bodies and home to good health and bring those days back again and send a message to petrochemical companies, food processing companies, cosmetic companies and cleaning companies that anything unhealthy will not be tolerated, nor welcomed in our bodies and homes.

Drinking Problem, In Jail Again - Parents of an Alcholic

Being the parents of an alcoholic is no easy task. My mother was an alcoholic and my grandparents who raised me in her absence suffered endlessly until they got a bit wiser and put a restraining order on her (that is after she broke my grandm'a leg and arm ...on two separate occasions).

I later learned after my mother was killed by an 18 year old drunk driver and predeceased my grandparents (whom I cared for in their old age) that my grandpa also had a drinking problem.

Today all three of those wonderful people are gone - at least two of which (my beloved grandparents) are definitely up in heaven.

Ironically, my half-brother (from my dad and stepmother) also has a drinking problem and finds himself often in jail again.

Here is a letter I wrote to his girlfriend recently sharing my heart and mind toward this repeat offender of over 15 years repeatedly in jail again, and again, and again due to his drinking problem which continually gives rise to his anger problem, confrontations with the law over stupid stuff and hostility toward anyone in close proximity.

http://www.PaulFDavis.com/conflict-re...
http://www.PaulFDavis.com/overcoming-...
http://www.PaulFDavis.com/substance-a...

We all hate to see him in pain, but much of his pain is self-afflicted by reason of his mental paradigm (as smart as he is and thinks he is...) toward life, interpersonal relations, etc..

Of course I don't know how the bar scene went down. Often male egos are easily bruised by mere intellect (which he may have bruised someone's but fights can be negotiated out of). Nevertheless show me your friends and places you dwell and I will show you your future.

Not only does he need to grow up and put down the bottle, but he needs to change his surroundings and how he defines pleasure.

As long as we reward and rescue bad behavior, we encourage it to be repeated perpetually to the pain of us all.

What we tolerate will dominate.

Thankfully however at least I've learned from my parents and grandparents how to speak to parents of an alcoholic and impart wisdom from my own years of experience.

Even Jesus said, "A prophet is not honored among his own family, nor by his own country."

Thankfully via my books and worldwide ministry I have an outlet to help the masses with my mess-age!

Blessings and breakthroughs!
