Soft Skills Training - Conflict Resolution Trainer for Effective Communication

Need soft skills training for your company? Soft skills training entails conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, listening skills and effective communication.

Soft skills training seminars expert: http://www.PaulFDavis.com - [info@PaulFDavis.com]

I also like to incorporate emotional and stress management in my soft skills training. As an added bonus depending on the allotted time, I think it is worth the extra investment to have me conduct a full or half-day seminar in soft skills training wherein I can also teach cross-cultural communication.

As someone who has traveled to 68 countries and lived abroad for several years, I know soft skills training for call centers and global companies is never complete without cultural awareness and sensitivity training. I learn the most about company employees by watching their body language, facial expressions and the way they carry themselves.

Yet these are often not seen by callers connecting over the telephone, but always felt. Therefore I also like to add phone etiquette, listening skills and emotional temperament into the soft skills training seminars I teach.

Global business and revenues always increase exponentially and a friendly cooperative culture begins to permeate the corporate culture following my soft skills training boot camps.

As a soft skills trainer my expertise is unique in that I have a multi-disciplinary approach combining effective communication with emotional intelligence training, while sharing from my many cross-cultural experiences and interactions (which are heartwarming and funny too).

Beyond being a soft soft skills trainer, I am an author and worldwide motivational speaker who has touched 68 countries (and lived and traveled throughout India, the Philippines, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe) conducting soft skills trainings internationally along with teaching emotional intelligence, cross-cultural communication, negotiations, conflict resolution, career development, leadership, success secrets, overcoming adversity, customer service and much more!

If you are in need of soft skills training for your company, call center, government agency, nonprofit organization or university faculty we'd be delighted to serve you.

I travel all over the world and spend a lot of time in Asia helping and empowering growing companies to master cross-cultural nuances, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, increase sales and revenue and have more fun connecting with their customers.

I offer different packages of soft skills training based on every company budget and the corporate goals at hand.

Whether you need soft skills training on an ongoing long-term basis or a high impact intervention to bring transformation, I can serve your unique needs.

If your company requires a soft skills trainer to continue long-term training in-house kindly contact us so we can design a training program ideal for you and your prized clients.

I and my associates are willing to serve as soft skills trainers short and long-term, including relocate to other countries if the opportunity is mutually beneficial, financially advantageous and compelling.

Respectfully at your service.

Liver Transplant Needed, or A Liver Cleanse to Pass Liver Stones Now?

Is a liver transplant needed or a liver cleanse to pass liver stones obstructing blood and oxygen flow throughout your body?

Check out the pictures from my 5th liver cleanse in which I passed 70 liver and gallbladder stones.

Images / pictures of liver stones, liver cleanse here: http://international-living-your-drea...

5th cleanse was the biggest success thus far - passed 70 liver stones (and much smaller liver stones I didn't count). These were larger than the rest....so I'm glad I keep doing these liver cleanses.

I find this time when I did a coffee enema before I drink the lemon/olive oil before bed ...and then another coffee enema after the last glass of epsom salts in the morning....greater release all day long.....plus I combined drinking / taking chlorophyll and greens powder along with some aloe juice throughout the day and my stomach was rumbling all day and releasing like never before!

As you can see after my 5th liver cleanse, the liver stones are often green, the color of bile (I'm told) ...caused by stress, environmental toxins and probably poor diet (or processed foods we eat). Other colored stones (tan, white, red, orange) are said to be more toxic ...possibly chemicals from water and the environment we come in contact with (also via skin absorption, cosmetics, chemical food additives, God only knows...).

Thankfully passing liver stones isn't painful, just a process of steps and preparation over a week to get your body ready. I also added a few more powerful steps during my 5th cleanse which enabled me to pass much larger liver stones than before during previous liver cleanse regimens done. I myself wasn't expecting these larger stones to come out during the 5th liver cleanse, but was excited and encouraged when they did.

Not just liver stones, but kidney stones (kind of sand like jagged pieces) also comes out in the stool during the process, liberating your kidneys too which is a beautiful thing. Toward the end of the liver cleanse, a slight bit of burning in the anus may occur as the most toxic bodily liquids and leftovers are excreted. One guy jokingly called it agent orange when describing how it felt. LOL But these are the most toxic fluids (undigested fecal matter, etc) in the burning sensation, signalling to your body what is toxic and needs to go. The more liver cleanses you do, the less burning at the very end (which is very minimal).

So before you pursue a liver transplant, try a liver cleanse to remove liver stones - as some have been said to have hundreds and thousands. I've already passed hundreds (and that is a modest estimation, as I'm probably beyond a thousand when I count all the smaller stones). Plus beyond 5 liver cleanses, I pass stones every week (often every day) when I do coffee detoxes via enemas (organic coffee, which opens your ducts and stimulates the liver to release stones and toxins).

Need Liver Transplant or Liver Cleanse? Read this!

Many need a liver transplant, which they consider a life or death situation. As a former fitness trainer, nutritional consultant and life coach for peak performance and optimum health one of the things I specialize in is helping people detox and cleanse their liver.

Before you pursue and get a liver transplant, why not try a liver cleanse first!

Liver transplant seekers listen to me! Calm your emotions for a minute and hear me out. I have done 5 liver cleanses so far and today my fifth proved the most liberating, as 30 grape size green stones passed through my body painlessly out my bowels.

I truly believe a liver transplant possibly can be prevented and averted by doing a liver cleanse every couple of weeks using a combination of epsom salts, olive oil, lemon juice and organic coffee enemas.

I will tell more later about the exact protocol and chronology, but do consider a liver cleanse prior to a liver transplant.

Reconciliation Speaker - Better to Be Relationally Reconciled than Arrogantly Right

As a reconciliation speaker bringing conflict resolution and teaching interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence, I know the importance of being reconciled over being right.

As I told the teachers in Tampa while leading an in service training session: "You can be both right and wrong."

Many of us are so "right" and self-righteous in the way we communicate our convictions, we belittle other human beings, demonize and alienate them in the way we say things...which is dead WRONG.

As a reconciliation speaker I'm continually saying, "It's not just WHAT you say, but also HOW you say it that equally matters."

Christ in You the Hope of Glory - God in My City Speaker

Christ in you the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27) is a powerful message I as a God in my city speaker like to teach and declare over young ministers endeavoring to raise up a new generation to walk in the light and glory of God.

I recently corrected one mother who was waiting for next year's God in my city event, so a particular minister could come speak in her city (and "bring God" as she said).

Yet the same mother also noted how in the previous God in my city event the youth were so "on fire" and zealous spiritually.

I then told her, "If the teenagers are on fire for Jesus, then God is already in your city. You just need to further awaken to the reality God is there and as you do (and your inner reality changes) the atmosphere of God in and around you (and your city) will further intensify (the more awakened you and others become)."

If you're looking for a God in your city speaker to revolutionize the believers, spiritual atmosphere, reform erroneous mindsets, awaken the spiritually dead, birth and resurrect Christ in you the hope of glory, and revive your city to radiate with God anew then I'd be pleased to serve and ignite a fresh passion and fire for God in your community and city.

As someone who has traveled to 68 countries thus far ministering across denominational lines, spiritually awaking people of innumerable nationalities, ethnicities, races, creeds, colors, backgrounds and beliefs... I find no greater joy, nor honor than being used by the blessed Holy Spirit of God to save souls, empower disciples and release ministers to be the light and lead people in their country and city out of darkness into the glory of God.

I also conduct minister training seminars to teach the ways of God, whereby Christ in you the hope of glory can be revealed, cultivated and flow through you daily.
