Day 18: It’s Good to be Human Again #domagick

Ahhh, rest. I don’t know what it is, but every so often my body requires a solid day of down time where I can just kick back and not do a damn thing.  It’s good to remind myself I’m human and can’t go for hours and hours without sleep or play-time. I used to be able to go day in and day out without the need for this downtime, but as I get older it seems even more necessary.

Day 17: Picture Imperfect #domagick

When you can’t write – read. So that’s what I did last night, and I listened to an audio book today at the office. I may end up reading tonight, too (instead of writing).  We shall see. ::yawn::

Day 16: Zzzzzzz #domagick

Today was a rather uneventful day. I woke up, did my invocation, made sure my sigil was in my purse, had some coffee, and then got my teeth cleaned. Came home, worked on some audiobook stuff, went to pick up my niece. Came home, answered some email, left to grab dinner and run an errand. Got home, ate, took a walk with my husband, and that was that.

Day 15: Don’t Get Stabby #domagick #idesofmarch

Today was a really good day. People were pleasant and agreeable. Things got done. Traffic wasn’t overly terrible. And yet I woke up on the wrong side of the bed feeling extremely irritable.  Stabby if you will. So I’m hiding myself from the rest of the world until my attitude adjusts. Day 14: Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire #domagick

Day 12: Pleasure #domagick

Some days you just have to take it easy.

Today’s Tarot Card: Six of Cups. It’s time to take it easy and go with the current. Relax.  And that’s exactly what I did. No pressure, no expectations. Believe it or not, I got a lot done. The tax prep is ready to go for the accountant and if I figured everything right – I should owe very little, if any. What a relief there.

I did two fifteen minute chakra balancing’s today. I did 5 sun salutations and some deep stretches.
