She is suspended for a week and at Rook's insistance they go to Paris to meet her mum's best friend's parents.

Claire and Elliot have been forced to separate. Claire returns to the Med and Monique. On the yacht she shares some experiences with some mind altering wines.
Before Elliot is due to return she takes the plunge and arranges for a special tattoo on her right breast.

We have skipped forward to 1942 and news has just been received regarding the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour. Germany is not yet at war with either britain or the USA but seem to have gained control of Spain.
