Definitely forgot I requested this from NetGalley when I bought it from book of the month 🤣 audio review to come!

Taking a break from this one. I’ll be back to is soon since it’s a library loan. But I have others in as well so moving on for now!

This one feels longer than it needs to honestly. I’m halfway through (or close enough) and I feel like it should be wrapping up soon. It isn’t - which makes me feel like either this book isn’t for me, or it’s just longer than it needs to be.

I get it! It’s the same characters but with different stories! This almost feels like a “choose your own adventure” series! This’ll be exciting!

This book is not helping my anger from my last read. Lord help me.

So far I’ve established that this book would be most useful if I had a few hours so spend with a punching bag at the gym…..

That would have been good to know before I started.

This one is SLOW. It’s interesting but it’s not the fast pace I generally go for. Hopefully I finish it on time!

This audio is amazing! The cast is perfect!

I love this series! Can’t wait to see what happens in this one!

I hope this gets better. Because so far I’m bored and my eyes hurt from all the rolling.

Honestly I’ve been waiting so long for this one I feel like I’ll be disappointed no matter what. I’m glad it actually got published this time and that it’s my turn at the library, but knowing this is at least take 2 with this book has me scared for the quality.

This wasn’t on my radar for right now - but yay for skip the line library loans!!!!

Eeeeep!!! This version of the story of King Arthur is EVERYTHING. King Arthur has always been a favorite story of mine and I’m living for where this book is taking it!!!!!

I cannot even express my excitement for this book! Hopefully I haven’t overhyped it for myself 🙈🤣

As I expected - this is not my thing. Will I finish it? We all know I will. Will I pick up any more Kristin Hannah? No, no I will not. This just isn’t my style. It’s dragging for me. I’m bored. It’s giving me a headache. Is it a bad book? No, I’m just not enjoying it. And that happens.

Well you messed up and this duo is what happens AFTER the His Fair Assassin Trilogy - so I’ve pretty well ruined the rest of that trilogy for myself. Had I not already read Grave Mercy I wouldn’t be as confused as I am. This book is easy to follow, but since I’ve already met some of the characters I find myself saying things like “wait - what?” quite often. Oops 😅🤷‍♀️

At age 30 I’m finally jumping into Jane Austen. We’ll see if I’ll continue with her!

How about a reread??? It’s been 50 books so I think it’s time 🤣🤣🤣
