I have a newer edition of this book for my United States Judicial System class. So far it has been very educational. A good deal of the information I already knew but there are definitely some things that I wouldn’t have even thought about in it.

As far as textbooks go, it’s typically dry. That’s to be expected though.

This is one of my textbooks for class. It’s been on my TBR for quite awhile and I was very excited to be “forced” to purchase it!

It’s picking up! Very long chapters but at least they’re action packed now!

This book is so slow! It’s interesting but incredibly wordy. I hope it picks up because I am curious where it’s heading!

Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorite stories! I’ve been waiting for a twisted tales adaptation!!!!!! I’m so excited!

Considering this is literally a retelling of Fifty Shades, this book is longer than it needs to be. Idk what I was expecting but this is boring - feels like I already read this

Ima save this for later. This is not a book in the Eddie Flynn series and I find myself thinking more about his story than this one. I’ll finish that series (I have them all on my shelf) and then come back.

This reminds me a lot of books I enjoyed in high school! I still enjoy a reread of books like this, but something different with the same vibe is nice too!

Well I missed the memo that this was yet another prequel. I’m honestly just confused because some rather big things from past books haven’t even happened yet so where are we in the timeline????

So far this book is interesting. Books like this tend to get to me a bit because my past always mirrors that of the bad guy. It makes me think about what could have been it just a few decisions were made instead of the ones I made. I chose to put my head down and just get out. Other kids make different choices.
