Veered way off from the movie now. Lots of unnecessary slurs, what on earth. It's startling every time one of those words comes out of the narrator's mouth, which makes it even more obvious how unnecessary those words were to begin with. It's mostly coming from the antagonist, which the joke is that's it's an edgelord eldritch demon, but still. A few rare instances would have given them more power and meaning...

So far I'm honestly impressed by just how direct of an adaptation the movie is of the book - at least up to now. Love the movie so not complaining, but it is weird hearing the lines read so differently (and preferring the delivery from the film).

Not what I expected... Sosie Bacon is a good narrator though.

I'm just not as into this as I was Episode Thirteen. I was hoping this would be a cross between that and Silver Nitrate but it's mostly just... kind of boring? My favorite parts are all the film nerd facts so far lol

Picked this for my next audiobook. Not bad so far.

Glad I bought this on sale for $2... meh. Also, there are way to many audio hiccups - was there any editing at all?? Direction, production?? For an audiobook it feels very amateur.

This is making me want to replay Mass Effect.

Switching to this audiobook from the boring Magpie Murders. 2 hours in and so much more engaging!

This is shockingly boring. I don't when I'm going to finish it as I don't care to - and the audiobook is 16 hours, which is insane! 16 hours of small 50s English town boring drama.

This is like Sherlock Holmes in Dishonored/The Witcher. Bizarre and I love it.
