Sexy Island of Dr Moreau/Mexican Gothic but not nearly as well written as either lol

This is making me angry.

Not getting as into this as I did the first just yet.

Love the concept but hating the execution so far... this writing style is not for me but I'll try for a bit more. Is this normal Wendig?!

This is like The Hunt meets Predators lol I kind of love it, just wish the authors had more fun with the concept (it's a bit too serious right now!).

Still no bangers, though I really enjoyed Inheritance by Camara Aaron.

So the male lead's a-hole entitled behavior has been wiped away with cute backstory? Nah, no thanks, doesn't negate him taking way to many liberties for me to not find him disgusting, especially when the female lead tells him more than once that she doesn't like whatever he's saying/doing and to please stop. He doesn't listen. He puts his hands on her constantly. How is this romantic? He doesn't listen!

Cozy, witchy, this is a treat yo'self novel about treating yourself (once you know yourself). It somehow both stresses me out and make me happy lol I'm really enjoying this book so far.

I don't like either of the leads but particularly the male romantic lead. He's not charming, he's obnoxious. I also don't understand their history, which I hope the author clarifies because it all feels weird right now.
