I don't know if this is for me... finding the audiobook kind of boring right now.

Is the writing style starting to grate? The cheese is kind of excessive.

Cheesy so far, reminding me a bit of Clue or House on Haunted Hill (1999, of course lol).

I would love this as a graphic novel. Think of it in the style of Bree Paulsen, how cute it would be!!

Some decent sci-fi so far. First story made me tear up, cause of animals ;,(

The villains are pure cartoons and I've just gotten to the part that makes The Shape of Water references make sense lol

Classic Tales From the Gas Station, classic Jack, classic Jerry. This stuff is comfort food at the point.

Art is reminding me of Ben Templesmith, which I'm into cause I love 30 Days of Night. Struggling with the arc watermark in the middle of the page. They made it too opaque and it disrupts the text and warps the art in places, ugh. Taking a break already cause I cannot deal with that with my migraine right now.

The MC makes some occasionally dumb decisions but I'm overall loving the vibes! But then I'm a big fan of space horror and so long as SA Barnes keeps pumping these out yearly I will be consuming them!! I will forever have a Dead Space shaped hole in my heart <3 lol

Been waiting for this one!!

Reminds me of an episode of RL Stine's The Haunting Hour. A slightly more grown-up Goosebumps story, basically. Content and language is definitely for older kids but again... they characters feel so, so young, like middle grade. I'd have read this in middle school but my mom wouldn't have liked it lol

Yassss more witchy-ness and this time from one of my favorite authors! Already loving it, main character is a horror fan <3
