This is going from hard to buy start to character torture and chances for a tidy HEA are growing slimer... it is almost going into sordid territory; I don't like that... will this mess fix itself or will I be expected to find closure in scraps??

After a handful of pages I end up in tears... gosh ! Such good writing, only, I cannot gorge on this.

Looking for truly great reads recommendations, specially Romance Classics and Historical Romances. Let me know your 5 star favorites !!

It seems as if the intro is dragging on forever... Stop with the funny, quirky, lighhearted slapstick scenes please...

Look at this, the girl has no problem to go to a weekend party with her fake fiancé totally unsupervised and on a private coach ride out of town days after announcing the fake wedding and with no input whatsoever from her parents. So weird...

Historical aspects counting setting, language, address and logic are dismal ! Still cute and fun.

Such a smart book !!

Not feeling this one so far. There is one OW in the picture after a weird first kiss and not much going on between the main couple at almost half the book length !!

I picked this up 'cause of great reviews and in order to diversify my reading list. At about half of the book I feel no spark whatsoever, no plot (except for a minor mystery) and no buildup. Maybe it's my heteronormative brain? Maybe I have no sensitivity? Who knows !! Just not feeling this.

The story is far fetched and with a bit of a fairy tale quality; delicious so far !

The star was a bit slow and there's one aspect that's far fetched; the core of it, nuance and tone are all utterly delightful !!

The last handfull of pages has been agony... too many feels, too intense, my heart breaks and mends at the turn of each page... Can't bring myself to finnish this part of the series...

Omg omg omg...!

My heart breaks on every page; many of Nora's actions make me cringe, the impeccable writing makes me understand each decision, but still I am aware by any other character and by any other author I would be utterly disgusted, judgemental as h*ll, and would label it trash -- but it's not the case here, this is high quality writing, only it's making me want to cry and I know there's no hope ahead...

I'm experiencing deep emotional distress over here !
