Lynne Kelly wastes no time getting to the practical information. The introduction left me excited to try the techniques myself, and after framing the power of association by way of the visual alphabet, we jump headfirst into the memory palaces. I had read into memory palaces a few times, but had always struggled to make it work. Lynne does a masterful job of demonstrating the technique and it finally clicked.
