I didn’t like this initially because it felt too whimsical, but now I’m settling in nicely.

Well this was a quick read to balance the relative slowness and heaviness of Michelle Obama’s book.

finally picking this up again a year later. I put it down when my dad died suddenly last year, while I was in the part of the memoir where Michelle reflects on losing her father. I needed some space before diving back into Michelle's world.

Actually managed to get up to Ch. 21 in my final eve of reading — hopeful the library hold gets to me more quickly than predicted (11 weeks ugh).

Didn’t manage to finish this before due back to the library. Note to self: stopped at ch. 17.
