1) I can read @ 150 pages- hour. If I'm still reading after 2 days, it is either a huge book or I'm bored so I read other books in between. 2)I usually don't like books w/ multiple POV. Thus, this book is so against my norm. It's not my normal genre, it is taking me forever to get through, & has many POV. I love it one minute/ hate it the next! But I really want it over!

so far, pretty good. Stressed out about other stuff going on (the real world) so it is hard to read.

Why do the publishers, authors or whoever decides these things, cut off the girls head on the cover? It is a stupid trend!

I was really surprised by how much I liked book 1 and book 2. In general, I'm not a fan of music so I thought the rock n roll theme would bug me. It didn't. Ciara is a great character and I can't wait to get into this book.

Need to buy a new keyboard today. Some of the keys are getting stuck so my posts look like I write like a 5 year old (10 year old maybe but not a 5 year old).

Very few women, lots of men, not a good outlook. I'm ready for this book to be done. While I really like it, so much of it feel unnecessary.

I liked this book and it did feel like an extension of the previous book. It just didn't have the WOW factor of the first book. I'd say 3.5 stars.

Yup, I'm almost done. For some reason, like Three Days to Dead, I can not stop reading this book. I did manage to wash the dishes, and make dinner today. But that was only out of pure need. These last three days- three books, I feel like I've been in a different world- 3 different worlds. Not complaining though. nice choppy sentences w/ no caps- darn keyboard...lol (always blame the keyboard)

Three Days to Dead was one of my favorite books in 2009. I was eagerly awaiting this book. I'm a bit off my reading game because my mind is still occupied on the previous book I just read. Regardless, the book has a great start. I really need to clean up my house though. I've spent two days doing nothing but reading and ignoring all responsibilities.

This book is going to drive me crazy, one second I think I've figured it out, there is another damn twist!

This book has simply torn my heart into a million pieces. I really don't know what to say. I need to time to just process everything.

I am speechless. I don't even know how to explain how I feel.

Very suspicious of the Haven! Why doesn't Amy work her mojo w/ the Smokes? WTF? The more I read, the more I'm confused. Nevertheless, I am loving this book. There are so many twists, you sometimes think you've missed something!

This book made me very late for work. My intentions were to just glance at the book. That didn't work out. My heart aches while reading this book and I want to read more.

Finished the book. Loved every minute of it.

Make dinner- nope, wash clothes-nope, sweep floor-nope, take the garbage can off the darn street- not even. Posting an update is about the only thing I've done since reading this book. I love, love this book for so many reasons. I'll finish it tonight. Sleep- underrated.

I already know I'm going to like this book. It's dark, and gritty, we have an imperfect main character who obviously has more inner demons to battle then anything she could battle on the outside. Hope I'm right and I enjoy the rest of the book as much as I did the beginning.

I am reading those based on all the good reviews from my "friends". I actually had this book before and swapped it before I ever read it. The initial reviews were not as good as they are now. I've very review driven on mass marketed paperbacks.

I'm on part 8. All I can say is if you can manage to get through part 1 through 5, you'll love this book. It is intense. I think about it way too much. I want to know what happens!

Hmmm, some parts I loved, some parts bored me, Ryu annoyed the living daylights out of me. So much so, I was hoping for his untimely demise!

Earlier when I thought I was at 75%, I was only at 45% (reading the screen on my MP3 in the dark is hard), now I'm really at 79%. The book is stressful. I really feel like I'm watching a movie. The imagery is impressive. I'm terrified for Amy and what will happen. I'm at part six and alot is happening.

Jane is sure tougher in this book. I love Julien. Ryu is annoying to me.

I love this series, and so far, good start HOWEVER if Ryu continues to call Jane "honey", "darling", "babe" or anything close to those terms, I will throw this book in my "never to be finished" pile. Come on now, I think he called her babe and/or darling like eight times within 3 paragraphs!

Loved the ending, the last two chapters leading up to ending were a bit rushed but very good ending.

Wow, it is all coming together. didn't think Cronin could pull it together but he is. I have all these theories in my head about what will happen next. I guess that tells you I'm hooked since I can't wait to find out what is going to happen. I'll say this, if you do read this book, you'll either love it or hate. I think once you start, you need to finish it. It gets so much better!

I like Trent. There was a twist I wasn't expecting!

Caleb, what a great guy, ok werewolf but don't hold that against him. One small problem Emma, you've been through quite a bit and had some really big secrets placed upon you, and you are handling it way too well. I'd be freaking out just a bit more. Though, I'd soon forget my worries with Caleb. Derek and Sarah are great. Trent, don't know yet. Just "met" him.

Weird, weird, weird. Did I mention weird. At least Amy is... (ok, can't say since it will ruin for anyone who is going to read it)

Hey I'm missing something here, can someone who read this book please tell me why they can't use fire for light? I'm not giving away spoilers or anything here.
