Ok, I know I've read 100 pages but I feel like I'm just not into the book. The whole boy and girl hate each other, boy must protect girl, girl doesn't want protection, bad guy chases girl, boy protects girl from bad guy, "you are my hero", they live happily ever after routine is getting to me!

One thing I absolutely love about this book and it made me smile from the 1st few pages- Eric's name! It's Eric, not some Alpha Male name like Damien, Hunter, Duke, Dante, etc., it is just "Eric". Love that choice!

I've read some outstanding Urban Fantasy books lately, don't know if I'm up for a paranormal romance but I'm going for it anyways. So far, Emma is annoying me. I do like the fact that Emma is not your scrawny thin female, she has curves in all the right places according to Ares!

Recent book covers fascinate me. Some books have just heads on them, some no heads, I think if we line them up, we could make a complete body.

Raudan-- what a great father figure! I love Eric stalking Runa from afar, it's not like people wouldn't see the 7 footer!

Work is really interfering with my ability to read some great books!

I'm so into this book. My only problem is stopping to do anything else. I love all the characters, the storyline, the setting.

"Maxmillian the Dwarf Tosser.” Haven't read enough to know if this is "Dwarf tosser" as in Urban dictionary definition or as in Otherworld character. But I'm curious.

"The girl got more action than a community shower at summer camp." That is Runa talking about her sister. So far, the book is great. With erotica, you always worry there won't be a story but there is a story here and so far, so good.

I'm not sure how she does it, but Adrian Phoenix can suck the reader into her world within 5 pages of the book. I become spellbound (appropriate wording for this book). I did not want to stop reading.

Wow, what a start. I had to laugh though, the 1st thing I did was look in the back for a glossary. I remembered in The Maker's Song series how I read the 1st book and didn't understand many of the words and it wasn't until I reached the end I figured out there was a darn glossary! Anyways, the book has a very good start...bloody..dark, mysterious, magical..start!

Well the end of the book was just boring. So much so, I didn't realize it had ended. It was just boring. Oh well, about 80% of this book is good.

I pre-ordered this book just because Adrian Phoenix wrote it. I had not clue what it was going to be about when I did order it. The Maker Song series hypnotizes me when I read those books so I thought I couldn't go wrong with this one! I hope I made the right choice.

I really liked this one. I'm surprised since book 2 left such a sour taste in my mouth. Now, we wait.....and wait and wait..for book 4.

I'm listening to this on audiobook. I like this one much better than the 1st one. In fact, I was so engrossed in it, I was walking down the sidewalk, turned my head and slapped myself silly w/ a tree limb! A big tree limb! I hit my head so hard I now have a big knot on the middle of my forehead. What's worse is explaining how I got the knot! Sadly, that isn't my 1st book induced accident!

Very easy read, enjoyable! Much better than book 2!

She says "I am broken", that makes me sad. I think we all are broken, right? I love this book, and I never though I'd like one of the psy characters as much as I do. She reminds me of abuse victims who put up a shell around themselves for their own protection. It was easy to see through her cracks right from the beginning. That is what makes Sophie such a wonderful, oddly real character. Oh yeah, Max is so patient!

I felt like it was Christmas today, 6 new books in the mail plus 2 ARCS. Books are the best pain medicine for a bad day!

I was going to rant about my day but changed my mind. I hope you all are having a great, stress free, and peaceful day!

This is easily turning into my favorite Psy-Changeling book. I love the interactions between all the characters, and the mystery. Max is such a tease w/ Sophia.

I finished the book. I couldn't sleep. I liked it but really thought the beginning was way too confusing.

I wish the world would just let me read instead of writing legal documents, cleaning house, making dinner blah, blah, blah, I'm whiny and I want to read!

You know what I love about Sophia, she is likeable from the beginning. Usually, the Psy come across very cold, cruel and uncaring. She, on the other hand, is clearly more compassionate, caring than most psy. I loved the scene w/ the cat.

It took me long enough (almost half the book) but I'm catching on to the world and the characters!

Why do I care about Surreal? I can't keep these people straight. I feel so stupid! Don't read this book if distracted or stressed.

Having a bad start to my day. I need to get away and read. Reading is such a stress relaxer.

I LOVE this book. I love the story. It's so nice to read a Singh book again!

The more I read, the more confused I am!
