1:37:26 Nineteen Minutes into Ch. 5 - It's not amazing, it's all over the place and some of the humor is overdone, but I love it!

3:27:48 Ch. 13 - I'm seriously thinking about quitting all 3 of my books. I don't like Jo or Amy, this plot is wack I think I'm going to start my puppy book and decide the fate of these books tomorrow.

Page 47 of 327 Ch. 3 - It's kind of dull but the plot has me curious. The monster is the only interesting character so far, Alana is so-so. I consider quitting after Chapter 1. I'm going to give it till chapter 5 and if it's not amazing by then I'm moving on.

1:54:57 Ch. 8 - I am not a fan of Jo or this plot. I think it's bad enough to have your wedding on a holiday but when you and your twin sister are born on the 4th of July you don't schedule your wedding day on your 30th birthday. The family drama is a little bland and I'm still mad about the wedding itself.

7:06:20 Day 9 Ch. 47 - This has been on cruise control for a long time and I think I'm just about over it. It's most definitely a suspense/mystery thriller (usually used for sleuths and cozies) so I can't complain. At this point I almost don't care what The Secret is so I'm gonna put a pin in this and finish my other book so my collage will be cuter. I feel an anticlimactic ending is up ahead.

2:38:00 Day 4 Ch. 17 - It's not breakneck or anything, but it's giving me the first-chapter locked-in vibe. The opening felt very Contemporary, it's almost like a parody of a Contemporary Romance and I'm excited about it.

Ch. 3 How high blood pressure is diagnosed - This is pretty easy to understand even with the scientific vocabulary. I like out they break down the key points at the end of the chapter in case anything went over your head.

5:10:46 Ch. 17 - This story is pretty much meh! They killed the most exciting character and the investigation is wack. To give you an idea of how bad it has gotten, I'm switching to a non-fiction book about blood pressure.

Page 27 of 185 Ch. 2 Who's At Risk? - So far this book is a cross between a high school textbook and a horror story in Greek. I've had to reread passages several times. My brain isn't a fan, but it's important information.

14:03:04 Lecture 29: The Objectives of Monetary Policy - The mortgage crisis explanation was very good. It was followed by the interest rate policy at the Fed and ECB and it was about to get very good, but my husband woke up and now it's time for breakfast and Survivor. Reading the PDF while listening made a huge difference. This book isn't made for the car.

Page 93 of 230 Ch. 7 Troubleshooting - This book is easy to read, but I kind of want to DNF because I'm at the part where he directs you to get rid of stuff. He wants me to start with a drawer. I was beginning to think this book was about thinking not doing, but he tosses that idea out in the last chapter.

1:21:12 Ch. 4 - It's not fast or slow, just chugging along and the story was a bit confusing for the first few chapters after the prologue, the most exciting part so far but still not earth-shattering. I had to read the synopsis, which probably spoiled half the book so it's going to seem even slower.

Anyway, I'm excited to know that once I make these necessary calls I'll be free to finish this book. I know it's good when I'm easily irritated when I have to leave my book bri

Page 37 of 359 Ch. 3 - So many warnings, even after opening to the first page, yet it's in my possession so I read it anyway. The letter was too long and a bit dull. The timeline is slow, and it basically reminds me of a reverse telling of Every Vow You Break without the thrills and suspense. I'm looking for spoilers immediately.
