34% 3:52:26: "I must have fallen asleep..." - No chapters are annoying! I used to think it didn't matter, but with audiobooks, it matters. I am not feeling this story at all it's kind of boring I think I'll go ahead and finish it because everyone says it's so good so maybe it just takes a while to warm up and it's more suspense and doesn't feel like a thriller at all. I am not feeling this story, it's kind of boring

Page 49 of 95 Ch. 7 - I was hoping to stay up past midnight to get new releases but I'm sleepy and this story is just okay.

0:43:06 somewhere in Ch. 2 Kidneys Impacted by Disease - This guy sounds like a robot and some of his words are off. I seriously thought it was a robot with a glitch until I looked at the book information. So far the book is dull but informative.

Page 16 of 116 Ch. 2 - Based on chapter 2 this might be good.

Page 94 of 124 Ch. 11- I know why some of these novellas are good and others not, but I'm loving this one. Only stopping for lunch, and maybe family time.

Ch. 18 Sara - This story is so predictable, I saw it coming a mile away, although I was a little surprised. I'm glad I skipped that spoiler opening or I would be bored out of my mine. This story is similar to Nantucket by Pamela Kelley, she likes spoiler outlines too, but while Kelley uses a lot of sugar, this is just bland drama. I'm going to finish but I don't think I'll continue.

Page 3 Ch. 1 Mae - I haven't even started yet. Thank goodness Kindle opens on the first page of the story. I doubled back for information and when I started to read the story I realized there was no Part 1 or Spring, which I passed on my way to the cover page. Meet Cute and Die - I didn't like the last 2 stories. I'm going to take a Survivor break before I read the last 3.

Mostly background stories like what Marie did as a young scythe (trying to avoid spoilers for all books) and minor character stories with appearances or mentioned characters and events from the books. Ch. 29 - I'm going to bed. I fell asleep twice and I'm confused.

Ch. 26 - I don't get this mystery at all. I almost no longer care, but I don't want to quit yet.

Part 4 The Only Tool We Can Wield - Okay, okay 👏🏾 👏🏾. This is going somewhere.

Ch. 28 - This is coming together but feels slow and rushed simultaneously.

Ch. 21 - Honestly? Meh! But I'm going to see it through.

Page 152 of 625 Ch. 14 The Fortress of the Three Wise Men - This is a little dull compared to the other books. Greyson is the most exciting storyline so far.

Ch. 33 High School with Murder - More of the same does anything go the way it's supposed to?

Page 49 of 372 Ch. 6 - This is actually a little boring. The plot is good but they took 5 chapters to get to it.

Ch. 19 The Sharp Blades of Our Own Conscience - I am annoyed at all of the bouncing around. It's bad enough they added new characters but just tell me what's happening, stop switching scenes!

Page 7 of 415 Ch. 2 - I'm not going to be able to do it.

Ch. 14 Tyger and the Emerald Scythe - It's good but I would like the pace to improve. There are several storylines and I'm trying to connect them.

Ch. 29-3 - This is okay. It's like that part of Grendel when you wish the story was over but they have another voyage. I'm going to bed.

Ch. 23-6 - I think this is the climax. I'm on a roll but I think I won't finish if I don't take a break now.

Ch. 17-6 - This story is taking forever. I'm glad there are pictures because that's not my idea of a tricycle, I would have been picturing a big wheel.

Eden - Jessie is slow and it's getting on my nerves. This is suspense, you know but the characters are oblivious and the suspense builds while you wait for them to figure it out. I hate this part, but in my case, it's been like this since the second chapter

Page 38 Ch. 5 A Necessary Darkness - This story has a great opening and is exciting. I'm looking forward to completing it.

Ch. 15 Leaving Dora. Refugees. Peterkin. Woody. - These pictures are getting creepy. It took around 150 pages to really get moving but I'm not loving the other world. Hopefully, it gets more exciting, I feel like I've already passed the climax instead of heading toward it.

3:39:57 Ch. 21 - This is light and fun, however at the pace it's going I'm surprised it's not a series.

Jessie - I've known since the end of the second chapter where this was going and if takes any longer to get there I'm going to move on. I can already feel this is a 3-star book.
