Page 20 of 339 [Chapter] 2 Margaret - Meh. I barely understood what was going on in the opening story I had to re-read to find out what exactly happened to these children. This is Stephanie going to be a week-long read.

Leah - I was expecting these storylines to be further along by this time point.

Eudora - Of course as soon as I get into it I have to stop for dual book club meetings.

Page 25 of 374 Leah - It's off to a slow start, I'm going to have to switch it up.

Chapter Thirty - I feel like we should have hit some rising action by now but it seems to be dropping. The cake scene was good though.

Page 228 of 359 Chapter Twenty-Five - I was on such a roll but a good phone conversation knocked me out of the zone. Hopefully, I can get back on track tonight, this was refreshing.

Chapter 21 - My nerves are shot, I just fear she's going to kill someone, and I don't even like these people.

Chapter 18 - Aja is on my nerves, and she is too old to be making poor choices on top of bad ones at her job.

Chapter Twenty-Seven - It is still frustratingly wack, the last few chapters gave me Halloweentown vibes, and were the highlight of the story. It's a slow burn and I'm over it but I'm going to finish. I'm in a great mood because I'm about to watch the mew seasons of The Amazing Race and Survivor, hopefully that mood comes back to finish this book tonight.

Chapter Eighteen - It's a bit better but I'm not connecting with these characters.

Chapter Eleven - It's official, I'm not feeling this story, and I shouldn't be reading it, book club is discussing this story in November. 😭

Chapter 13 - This book is like Getting to Happy meets How Stella Got Her Groove Back with the foundation of My Brother's Keeper. I'm not a fan. I don't like the plot at all.

Nell - This has come together in a way I didn't imagine. I'm looking for to discussing it tomorrow. Hoping I can finish on time.

Audrey - I did find a photo of the Real kitchen front and I'm hoping it did not spoil anything for me. Anyway, Sir Reginald and James are on my nerves and with the stressful morning I had I'm going to have to take a break from this story. Hopefully I can finish tonight or tomorrow morning. It's good but full of hardships.

Page 67 of 417 Lady Gwendoline - This is an interesting story but it's hard to root for one. I know who I don't want to win and then there's the one I'm on the fence about, as for the other 2, it's hard to choose.

Chapter Six - I just refused to give up. Every time ot picks up it falls back but I'm going to pass the 100 mark on my next session.

CHAPTER FIVE WE ARE NOTHING WITHOUT EACH OTHER - Looks like I can forget about a food chapter. This book is all about adults obsessed with Disney vacations. The closest I got to food so far is Gabby's segment.

Page 29 of 260 CHAPTER TWO HOW WE GOT THIS WAY - I didn't know this book was written by the same AJ that runs my favorite Disney YouTube channel. It's definitely interesting but not enough for me to read it through, I'm going to try to knock it out in a few days. I hope there's a chapter on just food.

Chapter 8 - I did not need a replay of the prologue from book one. Since they are rewriting history anyway I am going to take a break from this story for a minute.

So she's 31 at the end of the story, but this story has her with a 20-year-old, married 20 years (no pregnancy time), and she's about to turn 45. 31+20 is 51, 52 if she isn't a Sim and takes 9 months to cook her baby. Unfortunately, my feelings about this story chink shortly after doing so. I don't really care for any of the characters which isn't always a problem but the main character really is getting on my nerves and I kind of regret getting booked too since

Chapter 41 Saturday, May 20, 1922 - This story is finally getting somewhere, but I fear it may be more about her affair than her career, and wiil end when she shifts her focus.

3:07:15 Part I Chapter 15 - I picked this book up because I saw a review for the Stolen Daughter that hinted it was a follow-up to this book. I'm not sure if that's the case, but now I have to also read the actual follow-up More to Life as well. So far, it's a good story, but the language is a little messy, and I don't see how it's Inspirational at all.

Chapter 30 Friday, September 30, 1921 - I'm so sick of this affair and her being shocked people know about it.

Chapter 17 Saturday, August 21, 1920 - I'm struggling with this one. It's like being in school. The story is very interesting and I'm learning new things but I have to stop and look things up and the pace itself only keeps me in engaged for a few chapters at a time.

6:54:26 Chapter 12 - I don't know if it's Erin Bennett or all of the "we's" but this story reads just like an Elin Hilderbrand novel, it feels like Shelby picked out the music and added slang. Hopefully, she'll show up soon. Also, I was told this was going to be a trilogy but now it seems to have been a single book with sequel potential.

Page 62 of 385 Chapter 10 Sunday, November 9, 1919 - I don't like infidelity plots so this relationship is overshadowing the historical aspects of the magazine for me.
