[Chapter] 6 Rescue Saving Animals from a Life on the Streets - These stories are so interesting. I had to make myself stop. I'm only stopping to run errands and finish my audiobook. I have been working on this book for so long; nearly a month, that it pains me to have to leave it when I have this much reading interest and momentum.

2:38:01 Chapter 12 - So both of these narrators are featured in the other book, and of course, Gemma is in it. I'm so glad I stopped this book to read the previous book, however, because I read that book this book has gone from awesome to not as good. So I'm taking a break tonight to get fresh eyes in the morning. Mason is not Chris and I need time to get over that.

3:11:40 Chapter 8 Daphne Gemma - I'm so glad I stopped to pick up this book. This is hilarious, the narrators from the second book are listed so I'm interested to see what that means.

1:12:55 Chapter 6 Gemma - I saw Finding Mr. Write on the catalog and I wondered if they were connected, but it didn't look like it. Then Daphne shows up as FMC's SIL so I'm stopping to read that book first. So far I love this one.

Page 28 of 425 [16 pages into [Chapter] One Are You a Pack Rat?] Extra Hands Make the Work Go Fast [header] - I couldn't even make it through the first chapter. This book looks fun, but I'm over all of the fat analogies and 70s pop culture references. I'll give it until tomorrow, but I don't think I'll make it to the index if this continues. The story is annoying and cluttered, but the graphics are nice.

PART THREE Align - This book is a bit frustrating. I don’t like secrets, and hearing her inner thoughts and watching her hold back is a huge part of it, but if the infidelity isn't outted, I'm going to be disappointed.

2:47:49 Chapter 10 - I love this book. Unfortunately, I have an appointment in the morning; otherwise, I would knock this out tonight.

CHAPTER 13 Tracy - Definitely 5-stars! This is great and I'm actually not mad when she ends sessions with a little foreshadowing and switches clients. It leaves me in suspense.

CHAPTER 9 Emily and Matt - This book is great, the stories are meaningful but its the nuggets of wisdom in between that stand out.

CHAPTER 27 MAGGIE Bangkok, now - It's not bad. I think the suspense would keep if I weren’t taking 6-day breaks, but the story is interesting enough to keep me going. I'm not crazy about the plot though, if that makes sense. The characters are cool, but the why is meh.

4:59:22 Part 2 Chapter 11 - This M guy is giving me General Zaroff vibes, and no one thought George Michael was straight in 1999, he was suspected of being gay in 1990 and officially made a statement in 1998, although I knew in 1996 and was surprised he made an official statement because I thought he was out with Faster Love. Anyway, this is a slow burn took 9 chapters to get sparks and there's still no fire. I will

[Chapter 3] Amazing Junk The Pleasures of Hoarding - Now I remember why it was taking so long to read this book. The stories are fascinating but the feeling is like watching the news.

So far, it has been a lot of mindless chatter, and I didn't get to experience the lounge or resort very much. 53:24 Part 1 Chapter 4 - I don't know if I can continue. The guy's voice is so annoying, nowhere near a Brooklyn accent, sounds slightly Irish, and the kids are the whiniest ever, even their talking sounds like whining. Meh, but not as slow as she normally is.

Page 152 of 299 CHAPTER NINETEEN - They are too patient for me, but it’s for a good cause. I'm over the drama with her ex, have your lawyer do their job already.

2:06:41 Part 2 Chapter 8 - Why do they always have to be crazy? I'm not 100% sure but I think we've narrowed down which sister did it, but anytime I'm given a vague narrator I hold back just in case.

Chapter 21 - This is pretty good, I'm interested to see what the big scandal was but at this point it's an afterthought as I'm just enjoying the story and they occasionally allude to it.

Page 56 of 439 Chapter 11 - This is surprisingly really good.

Chapter 8 ANDY Ten years ago - It's less than okay. I don't like any of the characters and I'm wondering how this going to be a second chance romance if the ex is married.

Page 27 of 358 Chapter 5 ALICE Now - It's okay. I need to figure out how to get away from these okay stories and back to feel-good romances and mind-blowing thrillers.

4:15:09 Nicola - I found another beach book on my TBR, but it’s longer than this one, so I'm going to stick with this one. It's dull but I think it can improve.

I have very limited reading time and this makes me want to play music instead. These chapters get longer and longer, and half of it is mindless chatter, this time about race cars and an emotional affair, it could have been 4 minutes, it took half an hour and this chapter is still only 5

1:48:57 Juliana - This had a promising start but the last chapter turned into a modern-day Gatsby and I'm not a fan of that story so a Retelling isn't my jam. The 3-star streak may continue.
