Disc 5 Track 6 Ch. 22 - Cat and mouse tropes frustrate me. It's picking up, there is praise on moves I don't think are impressive.

Ch. 88 - I'm this close to the end; it's mostly coming together, but I'm too sleepy to continue.

Part 3 - This has hit a climax so I'm expecting a lull. I'll finish this tomorrow. This is no thriller, it's a crime drama, but it's good.

This book has 5½ storylines, 2½ of them are connected are the other 3 are taking the long game and I'm still waiting. The story has picked up but I don't know why it's classified as a thriller there is mystery but even the suspense is lacking. It's taken 40 chapters to get smoke and I don't know if I should wait for the fire to ignite or go to bed.

Disc 4 Track 1 Ch. 16 - It is finally rolling but the narrator's speech is unnaturally slow and dramatic. It's hurting the story.

Disc 3 Track 6 of 19 Ch. 12 - We are finally getting somewhere but the narrator is on my nerves and the story is still very slow in the telling, with lots of unnecessary information and few relevant details.

Page 56 of 408/417 Ch. 12 - I don't know if I'm going to make it through this. It's slow and old school, like The Godfather, it's going to take forever to get to the point.

Disc 2 Track 9 of 18 Ch. 7 - This this really slow, the story is just now coming together and the narrator talks slowly as well.

1:13:37 Pt 1 Ch. 2 - What’s Gone Wrong With Our For - This is very good. I need the hard copy. Too many good quotes for audio.

Disc 1 Track 15 of 17 Ch. 4 - I don't like it. It's slow, it's a lot of back and forth with no connections, yet, and if I didn't read the summary I would have been lost on the MC's background, I wouldn't have even known she was the MC. Also, terrible names all around; he's handing them out left and right.

bottom of page 241 Monday * Michel - These chapters are so long that they have subchapters. I finally had to stop on 1. This book is not a thriller at all, I wouldn't even call it suspense at this point, it is pretty much a domestic drama. I am not mad at it as of now but it's pretty hard to rate something when they use false advertising.

Thursday - This is a Suspense, has gotten better. I'm not happy about it, but I'm going to finish.

Page 141 of 256 Ch. 23- At first I consider quitting, as it's written in a literary fiction tone, but now I'm halfway through and only stopping for a nap. The book didn't make me sleepy although I was disappointed with pupusas, I don't know if that's a hint of a location or just coincidence.

4:29:22 Ch. 15 - I don't why I keep coming back, but I do. It's not better but I can't seem to give up on it.

4:25:20 Ch. 33 - I'm more than halfway through this book and I'm still waiting for something to happen.

5:24:23 Ch. 4 Change - This has vastly improved. I don't know if it was my mood or if I just adjusted to the long-winded chapters that are broken up into several topics, but I like it. I could finish this tonight, but I won't as I'm hoping my husband will give it a try. Once I finish it, I will feel bad for each day I keep it, and it goes unread.

3:06:28 Ch. 21 - I'm officially bored with this cheesy story. I'm moving on. I'll resume tomorrow or maybe later.

1:08:26 Ch. 8 - 😒 This book is stuck in neutral. It's so blatantly obvious what's happening It's like watching a D-movie, the least she could do is move it along but she is drawing it out and triple downing on the foreshadowing. 🙄

11:52 Ch. 2 - So far it's okay, a little faster pace than previous efforts and I'm glad she stuck with Leslie as a narrator.

3:18:11 Ch. 11 - I understand what they are saying, I visualize what is happening but I still have no idea what is going on. This story is very choppy and dark, it might be that the entire book so far has been set at night I don't know.

1:56:56 Hannah - I got the plot, and it's a twofer. I think it's going to be predictable, but I'm going to give it a shot. I'm only stopping to link my MagicBands. If these chapters were numbered, this would be Ch. 13.

32:51 Nadine - I think this would be the start of chapter 4. So far I'm not loving the story, it has a slow start but it's not exactly slow because it's all very informative just on an uninteresting but important topic, background information.

Page 49 of 305 Wednesday Afternoon - So this is the start of the second chapter, the prologue was 6 pages long and the first chapter was 40 pages long, I assume pages 7 and 48 are blank in the book because they don’t exist in the ebook. Anyway, this doesn't seem like a thriller at all, more of a dramatic suspense and I'm already over every character, nothing to see here.

2:18:32 Ch. 8 - I've been putting this off for a while so I left my books at home, and down I'm regretting that decision. I'm even considering getting another audiobook. These kids are so annoyingly dull. If I wasn't driving I would have fallen asleep.

Page 227 of 276 Ch. 10 - I've read all of these recipes and they all sound yucky. I'm hoping I can find some middle ground. I don't know what I could do about the portobello, that's not happening.

2:24:28 Ch. 5: Action 2 - Anti-inflammatory Nutrition- I'm stopping right here. I need the book to go with this.

7:31:03 between chapters 29 & 30 TMB: Love Among the Actual Ruins - I would just like to say if you are struggling with this book this is the point you need to get to for the tides of the prologue to return.
