Oh, I hate this!! I was planning on reading this book in one day anyway, but there are no chapters! Just a single track labeled Opening is 765 minutes. 😤

7:31:35 Ch. 43 - "She let out a breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding," happened twice, it was even the same character. I'll finish this at bedtime.

Page 25 of 464 Ch. 4 Hannah - I think I have a winner. This sounds like the funnest book. Unfortunately, I have to make dinner so I'm taking a small break and going back to my audiobook.

1:15:37 Ch. 10 Wyatt - According to literary definitions this book cannot be women's fiction because it contains a male PVO. So I'm removing Chit Lit from the genre description. Anyway it's okay, kind of light but I was not prepared for the childhood flashback, no warning and it hasn't stopped.

3:13:47 Ch. 20 - I always hate her couplings. This story isn't anything new. I'm enjoying the food but not the action of the characters. I was expecting to have this done in one sitting but I can only take so many heads in the sand and bad decisions.

22:56 Ch. 3 -This story is so hackneyed. Everything falls apart for mother/daughter/ friend, so they move elsewhere for a new start. At least that's what happened in the other books, we'll see. Hopefully, it will be as good as the others.

7:55:25 Ch. 29 - So I only needed to go back to Ch. 19 but I wasn't mad about rereading all those chapters before it. Unfortunately, it seems like this story is lacking in rising action.

5:32:47 One minute into Ch. 21 - I dozed off somewhere and now I'm lost. I know the events but I'm going back to Chapter 16 for surety. This story is okay, nothing special but I'm not bored either.

Ch. 15 - It has improved but I feel like this is going to be 3 stars.

1:15:14 Ch. 5 - This book is barely getting started after a prologue and 4 chapters. I think chapter 5 would be where it starts to heat up but, I got out of the car and have better stories on my nightstand.

Ch. 12 - This is going to take a while to absorb. Also, this is why audiobooks are great you can take them with you on the drive. I have to leave this story at home to run errands and try to get back into the zone when I return. 😞

Ch. 9 - This book may be getting the pin 📌 too! Lily is so passive it's annoying. I'll settle for the backburner for now. It needs more time with Annie and Felty and less time with the soon-to-be pairing. They are dull.

4:12:08 Ch. 12 - I almost paused this book because the voice of Harlow is so irritating, but Cynthia saved the day. What I suspected is true. Now that it's back to Harlow I will be putting in the pin. 📌

Ch. 7 - Okay I kinda like it, maybe a lot, not sure yet.

3:00:56 Ch. 16 I love it! I thought August was in book 1, but I can't place him. Mary doesn't seem like the same Mary, but I'm glad the characters are present, and the story is continuing where it left off. I'm enjoying all of the storylines, which is rare.

Page 41 of 348 Ch. 6 - The grandparents are great, but the couple is a little bland compared to book 1.

Page 48 of 355 Ch. 4 - I knew it I saw it coming immediately, yet I kept reading and now it's worse than predicted. I'm off to read something happy.

Page 11 of 307 PART 1 Vulnerable Patients and Doctors - I've only read the introduction but I already know I'm going to have to force myself through this. It's written in a blah blah manner, but the information is important.

3:28:22 Ch. 10 - This has gotten a lot better. First I wasn't in the mood for something so serious and now I can confirm I'm not a fan of the narrator for Harlow.

9:12:41 Ch. 17 - This book was going so well but they are dropping the ball and I need a break from the drama.

6:13:35 Ch. 12 - It would just like me to pause a story in the midfield of a scene. I wasn't looking forward to them hooking up because it came sooner than I expected and I was trying to place these New Orleans spots.

2:02:22 Ch. 5 - This is just what I needed. I'm enjoying the animal POVs. I was worried about Wolf but he showed up. This is just as good as the previous book, all of the same old characters and some new ones.

52:17 Ch. 3 - A little bland, the narrator speaks quickly so I can't really speed it up much. I'm putting a pin in this for now.

Ch. 16 - I love this story. I have already ordered the next two books. I'm rooting for Lia, but I'm not sure if this is a twist on Cinderella or Rachel and Leah, maybe a bit of both. It's emotional, enjoyable, and humorous.

Ch. 8 - Oh this is going to be good! I like this granny.

Page 26 of 343 Ch. 5 - I love it so far. I'm only stopping to sleep. It's a good mix of humor and meaningful conversation.

3:46:17 Ch. 24 - I'm too old for this book. I don't remember Armpit being this stupid or naive in Holes, but it's been years. I'm actually glad I decided not to read this with my kid, it lacks common sense and substance. The lyrics are terrible but at least the portrayal of the city is accurate.
