This is so far the one I've enjoyed the most, probably because (what I can gather and what little I know of next Shadowhunter series) this one seems like it's hinting at an overall or major plotline to The Last hours, especially since we meet James Herondale and see Will and Tessa again.

Vampires, Scones, and Edmund Herondale: 3.5/5 stars
Pretty much the same as "What Happened In Peru". It was good but not much to say. I will admit, though, that I really liked here's familiar shadowhunter last names (aside from the titular Herondale) in this, and that we saw the origins of the red necklace that glows when demons are near.

The Runaway Queen - 4/5 stars
Enjoyed it more than the first novella. Didn't really have much of a problem with it, but I liked it a lot nonetheless.

What Really Happened In Peru - 3.5/5 stars
I don't think there's really much to say about this one. It was fun and enjoyable, but I didn't particularly care for this story.
(Btw, I'm listening to this on audiobook, and I will be reviewing each novella as I go through them)

Even though this is definitely for a middle-grade audience, I am loving this book so far. With Taherah's beautiful writing, this is making me realize how great of a middle-grade author she would be and I kinda want to see her write more middle-grade books
