The first part about who Jesus is and what He did with the ordinary and made things extraordinary. The wine he had was better than the wine man made. It symbolized how a life with Jesus is overflowing with His abundance and love he makes our cup overflow. He can transform our lives if we keep our focus on Him He is a God who gave us free will to see our ways don't work, but with Him, we have everything.

I was not expecting to like this last story. Reading out loud really helped me to see it come to life it was like Tombstone meets Dracula and the Old West. I thought there would be one more page I don't know if Lucy came back from the dead at the end or not because it said he chest did not rise and her breath could not be felt but her fangs made themselves present...

The first part of The Book of John, which I have read before. Jesus came to this earth as a baby He was the one they called Rabbi or teacher. They saw the white Dove of the Holy Spirit come over Jesus that's how they knew He was the Son of God. Yes He was born of man, but He came into this world because God commanded it to happen.

What a beautiful eye opening chapter on what The Word made flesh is really about. Jesus is The Word made flesh who came from The Father.John is really the reference from Genesis how The Bible starts in the beginning. God is The Light in the darkness, it can never distinguish the light. It always reminds us Jesus is our Light in the darkness in life. In God there is Life. God has a lot in store for us...

I'm liking this book so far I like how it's explaining it will go deeper into the scripture of John a very important book. I need that after finishing a book on John a few books ago.

I'm not sure I understood what was really going on in this story but now I know it's based on a real life woman in the Book of Luke in The Bible. It made it seem like she was of the darkness. The Judas character's plot finally ends in this story and Judas goes to a tree to hang himself. That's different...

We should always seek God to be filled up daily so we have fresh infillings for the day as He promised us from God. We wait on God for Him to help us to be fruitful in ministry. We are to give God our complete attention in our faith to be transformed in our prayer and worship that way He will bless our churches to help us do all things beyond what we could.

We need to be Christ like and make sure we are living the Christian Life God intended us to live. We can't do it on our own. We need God every day of our lives to help and guide us in the ways we are supposed to be going. We don't need to come to God cleaned up we can come to Him broken and in need of a Savior. We must always thirst for God as our Living Water...

This book was quite an eye-opening experience on the church on how it should be God is our Living water the well that never runs dry we need to keep coming back to Him to receive fresh water.We need to rely every day on The Holy Spirit and what He's trying to tell us. God has no other Spirit on this planet this is how He communicates with us...

This Johanna character seems to be a vampire but not sure because she can't be on the light. It's like she is friends with some of the apostles as Peter and John are mentioned and Judas the betrayer. A very interesting twist...

There was a lot talked about in this chapter on hardships in life and why we go through them it gives us a chance to grow in the Lord. Why do we go through trials, you might ask. We don't see what God is doing. What the enemy is doing God always works for our good and will turn the situation around. God turns us around and tries to make us more like Jesus. We need to return to prayer in the church, God will help us.

Wow what a sad story of a young woman who came from her mother's abuse and it nearly scarred her for life. She went to her friends house to get help and she was eventually led to Jesus singing in a church. It's amazing she came through because of what God did for her and now she has a testimony.

There is a lot in this chapter. This is the first part Paul and Barnabas were kicked out of town for teaching the gospel. The Holy Spirit guides us, and not very many people understand this. He guides our every step. He turns us so we turn away from the world and focus on Christian living. Is this what the church is teaching lately or are we falling away as a society because The Word is not changing people for Christ

Simple message here we cannot do anything without the guidance of The Holy Spirit. There is no man that can do it on his own. 2 Corinthians 3:5 "Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God." We need to tune the enemy out because he'll tend to pervert what God is trying to tell us. We need to discern if its the Voice of God. Good chapter.

He is in jail for life, but now he has come to Christ and accepts Jesus as His Lord and personal Savior. He does ministry work in the
jail and the pastor from the church that found out about him knows him very well now. He will never be able to attend church, but he does consider himself a Christian. God can change anybody, but he feels bad about his past now. He makes the best of it now...

Wow, what a powerful chapter about a powerful move of God. The first part is about prayer and how we should be really taking it seriously in our churches if we want to see God move, not the charismatic moves of man. The second part wowed me about a killer who, from back in the 70's was known as the Son of Sam he finally went to jail for his crimes, but something good came of him...

I'm not understanding this story. The first 2 parts are of an outdoor revival of some sort and violence happening from young guys attacking the people there and the second is of The main character meeting Judas Iscariot long before he denied Jesus weird tie in but ok...it's not over yet...

Also she would meet her dad again several years later he had remarried and had more kids. His daughter would eventually meet her half siblings, and she told her dad what had happened since they were separated and how his faith in one young man he changed to believe in God changed a whole village. His daughter would eventually see where her mom was buried in Africa. Before he passed, her dad accepted God again.

The next story in this chapter was how one man and his wife led 600 people to Christ a whole village and one young man before his wife passed she would never see this. He eventually blamed God for everything He took away from him, and before his young wife died, she gave him a daughter that was given to new parents who she would grow up later and discover where she came from. She would have a family of her own...

The second part of this chapter had to do with a man named Stephen, who was a man of God lesser known he was not an apostle. He was full of Faith that he led with the Spirit of God. He never denied his faith, and it was the one thing that eventually ended his life by stoning...

What another great chapter. So much in this chapter talking about people who came to Christ and lead others who lead many hundreds to Jesus. First it talked about how The Holy Spirit can bless you anywhere it doesn't have to be at a specific church if a pastor or anyone proclaims this you need to discern what they have said, nowhere in The Bible does it say The Holy Spirit only blesses in a specific location...

Wow I loved that chapter it kept me hooked as I was analyzing everything in my church as he talked about the church in general. We need to see it as God sees it. There should be no division between anyone in the church, including pastors and staff. There should be no division in the church. I loved this God didn't create division. We have put ourselves in groups with people like us. We should be altogether all races.

That was a very confusing chapter to get through it kind of bounced around different topics. I believe over all what it was trying to
say is to trust in the Holy Spirit and know that God is guiding you. He guided a young woman after she tried to take her life a few times but always failed at it her story was crazy to read in everything she went through and eventually came to Jesus & no longer wanted to end her life.

She waited for him as he went to jail again he almost died once, but he called out to God and finally gave up and now is part of the church they attend and the Pastor knows him well now because of his testimony.

The next part of this chapter explains a young man's testimony from living of the streets getting into trouble doing drugs going in and out of jail and finally finding Jesus because his girlfriend at the time was apart of the church found Jesus as well but she wasn't doing what he was doing. He gave her children and got her pregnant at a young age...

The first half of this chapter talks about how we need to get real in our churches and not just take an enthusiastic message it should be Spirit felt and more importantly Spirit lead. We should be apart of Prayer services as well as it is in the Bible...some churches are deceived by a message that is of man that are getting people in the doors and not having the Holy Spirit lead them instead...

I really needed to read that today. We need to rely on The Holy Spirit more than human resources in our lives. We get so caught up in our everyday religious life it would seem, and we need to start spending time with God and rely more on God's Timing and fresh wind in our lives. It's very clear it happened to the people in The Bible as well. Are we really letting The Holy Spirit help us, or are we going at it alone.

That's one of the weirdest Cowboy Vampire singer stories I have ever read. There were some other characters added in, but I couldn't quite follow who they were. The vampire had a girlfriend before but used to be a friend as well, and you see him on stage as he dedicated a song to this person. The rest was set in the town around the show. It was giving very small town vibes.

Vicki the Vampire as of a couple of months trying to solve crime and now with this vampire she was told not to go after she does it anyway even after her partner told her not to. Good story reminds me a lot of Underworld but instead of lycans it's solving crimes...

I'm liking this story it's a couple pages in about an investigator that was turned into a vampire and now she and her coworkers are trying to figure out what happened to a woman who was killed on the streets...very interesting world here. It reminds me a lot of Underworld.
