This one really makes you think. Just how important are Prayer Meetings when two or more come together in His Name there He will be. We need to start praying like God wants us to if we ask for something God will move Heaven and He will make things happen. Heaven waits for earth to move in prayer. We are supposed to pray in unity. It's why Intercessory prayer is so important. Things happen when the church prays.

A chapter that is straight to the point of Intercessory Prayer and how it works. Praying for others to God standing in the gap for them. Intercessors are like angel messengers that intervene for people. Others can see when you have been with Jesus because God finds favor with you. Intercessors restore the people who have fallen away from their walk with God. This intercession has the power to transform people...

Another great chapter I didn't like his so-called girlfriend. I know what that feels like. Even after all those years I would be upset if the relationship had been a little longer. Sandi didn't know Dave would be one of the biggest Rockstars in music in the years to come. She lost out. What was that last part about. I would have flipped her off right back like, "Look what you lost..."

I needed a change of pace in my reading this book has been sitting on my shelf for a few years. It pulled me right in. Dave has clearly started from the beginning, you can see as he got lessons from someone who would inspire him to play the drums several years later. It later would follow down to his children as they started playing drums as well. I really like this book so far.

In intercessory prayer, we are able to open the gates of heaven. He gives us the keys. Prayer is a holy reminder telling Him about our appointments with Him. "We have the authority Two function in the domain of the Almighty" (Matthew 16:19)
This was a very informative but very God driven chapter. It opened my eyes to how, He truly wants His people to pray.

Everytime I read this book every chapter goes deeper and deeper in how we are supposed to pray to God. Intercessory Prayer goes deep. God is always praying for us. Every believer is a priest. We bring the burdens of others to God. He partners with us so we can enter the fulfillment of His purposes for heaven on earth...

Wow that chapter just pulled me into the world of the story. You start feeling what the main character is feeling a little bit of fear for the situation. First she spoke up for her mom, not seeing her dad, and now she just saw her brother, and she was threatened by an officer if she were to wave again at anybody she would be shot, ...scary.

They were ramping things up now. People were trying to escape anyway they could. Some people found other ways out, but some it cost them their life it was becoming harder to escape now.

A young girl telling of how her family would be split apart one night after a fence of barbed wire went up overnight, and now her father was stuck on the other side. They didn't know if he would ever be able to come back.

I need a change of genre right now to pick up my reading again it's been a while. I always get pulled into a story like this...

Really hearing from God, hearing His Voice. The Holy Spirit can open our hearts up to God. He will reveal to us answers we were not necessarily asking for or knew He was working on behind the scenes. We need to keep an open and clear mind. We can ask God questions. He will answer. We just need to open our ears to hear Him, then we will then hear His Voice.

I need a change right now...

Overall, let nothing stop you from giving
yourself to prayer. It's our lifeline to heaven.
God is listening.

God will speak through others God can use anybody to get something to you. There are benefits for listening to God: Manifested sense of His nearness, supernatural strength, direction and guidance, courage, blessing, satisfaction, wisdom, prosperity, and revelation to bless others. Keep your heart right with God, Enter with a thankful heart, admit your weakness, focus on God's Power to meet your need...

Listening prayer...it's possible to hear God's Voice I've heard it myself and things happen out of nowhere but for God it was already supposed to happen as He intended it to happen. God will speak to us in pictures, visions and dreams. I have had this happen to me personally as He gives me someone or a few people to pray for. Faith opens our spiritual ears to The Holy Spirit...

This is a great introduction into who God is and how He made the universe with a spec of energy to all that is. If we have seen Jesus, we have seen The Father. I love where this is going.

I started reading this book before and put it down. I'm not sure why be a I was enjoying it.

These chapters are short but real and intimate. This one is on Hearing The Voice of God. We sometimes question what is the Voice of God and what is the voice of the enemy there are many differences. We need to focus only on what God is guiding us to. When we come to an intimate place with Him He is open to hear us, He speaks the way He chooses many different ways through The Holy Spirit, visions, a still small voice.

Devotional Prayer, when we come to Him privately. Corporate Prayer when we come together to pray in public. Prayer is spending time with God, asking Him with the right motives. He will answer you in prayer. Release forgiveness to all.

I really needed this today. This chapter opened my eyes to what prayer should really be. It was one of Jesus' main priorities, and it's mentioned a few times in scripture. Prayer again opens up our Spiritual Eyes. Prayer is a love response to others. It brings God's Will down to the earth. It brings peace comfort and joy. We need to always address our prayers to our Heavenly Father in an opened Heaven Mentality...

This chapter talks about Christ and Satan how Satan wanted to be exalted above Christ but God didn't allow it he wanted power and glory above God. He was eventually thrown into the world with all his fallen angels. Jesus came into this world in the flesh as a man and God to save His people of all mankind, Satan wanted this, but he would ultimately fail. Jesus would have this task from The Father...

This is a big book, but I recently picked this up, and I wanted to read it. Good start so far, it's establishing who Jesus was and is, and He that is to come...

Very powerful Introduction. When we have the Power of God we can do anything. The enemy cannot win when the anointing comes. We will speak, praise, worship, fight, pray and rebuke the enemy as if we have Him meaning our Lord Jesus Christ. The enemy cannot defeat us. We have all power and authority in Jesus. We are not a victim no longer, nor cursed, nor defeated. We have the Mantle of God on our shoulders God wins...

I'm excited to finally read this one. This is a new book I purchased at my church recently...

I need something that will keep my attention. It's time I read this series...

I don't really care for what's going on right now the characters are boring but wow the action just took off while on the train our main characters are with the bad guys and they get blown away. It all happens so fast. I'm hoping we can get back to the adventure part soon...

I hope this book gets better soon this chapter did nothing for the story I felt like the author just threw this chapter in for filler come on a train chase scene. Nothing happened except the characters were there doing nothing...

That was a very intimate chapter on being in the Lord's Presence really giving Him your all when we come to Him in prayer. Why is it that we pray there are some that think only condemnation when they do. God understands what we are going through. He understands our weaknesses. God wants to hear us cry out to Him. He Loves us. He longs to hear us call out to Him.
