The boys were now being praised for their bravery by Omri's parents and the fact they nearly chased the burglars out of the house (with one small little army) as one of Omri's older brothers kind of hinted at. He didn't know that part to be quite true. They just took it in and left it at that.

Now Omri's parents come home to find the mess that their home has turned into, like a sort of battle happened right inside the house. Well, sort of Omri thought. He said it was burglars. They were about to steal the TV and went through their parents' room and looked through their belongings, making a mess as well they broke the banister. But everything was left as they were scared of the boys.

A short and sweet ending Omri and Patrick were sitting with Little Bear and his wife in the dark after he offered them food but he didn't want it. He asked him why he brought him back and since the beginning he told him he wrote a story about him and it was good. He said he was happy about it. He said it would be good even after he was gone. His son would know about him and who he was...

A crazy little battle from the men Omri brought to life going against the indians who were trying to invade and steal from Omri and his family this was fun for him he didn't miss the other battle that was going on in Little Bear's time this one was more exciting for him. They tried to steal, but he stopped it with the men he brought to life. They even left all the stuff in front of the house he was glad.

A battle is about to happen. Omri did something he told Patrick not to do he was getting the head of this army of men to get ready for a battle by the handfuls. Omri was now seeing these other invader indians in his house life size. Something had to be done. What was about to happen was something he never I'm the beginning would ever do.

It seems like now everyone has had an experience in the hidden land of Little Bear's. Patrick had gone and now Omri, but he was there the longest of the 2 boys. He was supposed to come back earlier, but Omri's mom distracted him. It was so crazy as Omri was part of the teepee in some way.Omri actually had so wombs from the battle. It was Patrick who asked if he should bring them all back. Omri didn't care he was done

Now, there were indians Omri didn't recognize they were not the ones from Little Bear's tribe of men. These were Algonquins they were Iroquois enemies. They were invading on the land. Omri was seeing it all as he was part of the teepee Boone was also trying to hide as they probably would have killed him already.

The boys finally tried the trunk and touched something from Little Bear's time. Both boys were able to go see the village he had come from it was in ruins the battle was worse than they knew. The key was what made the magic happen. They both took turns and saw the world Little Bear came from. They seem to have both been part of the teepee in some way, and they saw Boone life size as they brought him with the teepee.

Now it was time to go. The door was now closed, and all the soldiers and the Indians were back where they needed to be in the battle. Boone was left behind to try and care for Bright Stars if she needed help giving birth. Boone gave the boys an idea. He thought, does it have to be the cupboard that brings things to life, or is it the key. Could you use something bigger to see the world they went to.

It was now time to go to battle a battle Omri and Patrick couldn't see. The soldiers Omri brought to life were showing all the other indians how to fight with their new updated guns. Little Bear was excited to finally be going back to fight this battle. Bright Stars would be staying back so Omri could watch over her.

Sticking all these different figures into the cupboard is really causing a lot of craziness to happen. They are trying to decide who would help the Indians fight, except it's not going the way they thought they are all wanting to fight with them. This was not looking like a good idea at the moment.

The accident that nearly killed Boone but instead hurt his horse so bad that he had to take him out. Omri's cat Kitsa was responsible for this but so was Omri. Boone was saddened for a bit, but went on to ask Omri for a new horse. Little Bear wanted to go fight but he needed the nurse's approval which he didn't like, but she said he was ok and gave him a shot that she was ok with any future need or theirs.

Omri was getting everything ready. Little Bear had to see all the figures Omri was going to bring to life, but not before Little Bear inspected them to see which ones he wanted to make sure they were not enemies. Omri and Patrick brought everything outside, including the cupboard, and to be safer for a battle. Boone was out in the grass, and Kitsa Omri's cat was after him.

A mistake that led to a battle that could have got Little Bear killed and Boone. Patrick now saw what his mistake could have cost Omri didn't say anything. I think Patrick learned his lesson. Little Bear was saying he was ready for battle with helping his tribe Omri didn't think he was as he was still healing. They wanted to get more Indians to help and use the weapons from the soldiers who almost killed them.

Bringing Boone back got Omri all confused because he wanted to help Little Bear from the men who were destroying their land. Little Bear was hurt, but Boone wasn't backing down he gave Omri and Patrick the idea to bring more men to life to go and fight the men off. Patrick got all excited as well because this is something he had been wanting to do for a while now. Omri wasn't so sure. Patrick was at first...

Little Bear was getting better being healed. Bright Stars was helping Little Bear and setting up for herself in her delicate condition. Now It was time for Boone to come back but not before Omri and Patrick almost got into it again. Patrick was trying to deny this ever happened because he was being made fun of from everyone he told, but he carried Boone everywhere he went for good luck. He still believed in him.

The little Matron helped Little Bear with a few supplies she needed from Omri. This was not in fact what she did in real life but she was quite proud of herself that she did it. The pieces of metal that went into Little Bear were now out and he was going to make it. She had help from Bright Stars Little Bear's wife, who was now expecting a baby. Omri couldn't believe all this that just happened...

Now there was nothing for Omri to do now he had one option it was now to convince the one little figure he had to do a job of a surgeon. There was no other option now. He had a nurse that he had grabbed in the situation that had just happened in the previous chapter. She said she didn't have tools. Omri was going to try to make this work. He has Tommy's equipment it was his only option at this point...

This chapter is very fast-paced. Omri goes over to see Patrick again he tells him about Little Bear being hurt and he tells Omri of toys his cousin just got for her birthday just when they were going to borrow them for the night she comes back in and catches them stealing her toys so she attacks Patrick on the floor. Then Patrick's mom asks where he is going, he said he was going to spend the night at Omri's house.

Just when you think it was a good idea Omri brings Little Bear, the horse and Little Bear' new wife back to life which he thought would be a good thing for a minute but as he opened up the cupboard again Little Bear was fave down on the horse hanging off the side he was hurt. The only thing he thought of in that moment was Tommy the doctor toy. He brought him back but nothing happened he was dead. This wasn't good...

Now Omri told his brothers about the story he had written and had won the big prize. He noticed something was missing from his mom's neck she wasn't wearing the key. She had taken it off in her bathroom by the sink. Omri decided to go see it, and that's when he grabbed it. He wanted to share the good news with his friends, he thought to himself. This, after all, was about them. He would only bring them back shortly..

Omri is reminiscing of a time when he brought his toys to life a time when Little Bear and Boone were part of his life since then he has kept them safely closed off away in a trunk of sorts in a couple of boxes so they would be hard to get to and put stuff on top of it as a seat where he could sit. He didn't want to bring them back to life it was a sad time for him, so he gave the key to his mom for safe keeping...

Omri had entered his story, the one told in The Indian in the Cupboard into a contest of sorts and received a letter in the mail telling him he had won. This was a great surprise for him his mother was so happy for him. He won 300.00 pounds in money for his original story. He was so excited. He wrote the story when his mom and dad were out of the house.

Coming back into the world of the first book. I never read this one. Omri seems to meet Patrick again they are a little older now, but something weird happened. Patrick doesn't seem or doesn't want to remember the time when this story started with Little Bear and Boone. He's acting like he doesn't know what Omri is talking about. Or does he, did he forget...

So sad of an ending Omri knew it was time to send Little Bear back to his time with his new wife and the cowboy and the horse as well. Little Bear wanted to have a wedding feast with his own people but now it was time to go back into the cupboard this was the end of this story for now as Omri gave the special key to his mom for safe keeping.

Now Omri had to bring another toy to life a doctor to help Boone the cowboy and he did. Little Bear now realized he was the only one who could help him. The doctor gave him pills Omri couldn't see, so Little Bear had to make sure the cowboys health was getting better.

Since losing the key to the cupboard the only thing Omri could think to do was try to figure out where it was and he didn't go far so it had to be near. He told Patrick it was under his floor boards. They had a rat under there it had taken it. Omri had an idea to send Little Bear to find it in the small passage way that's exactly where it was he came back with the key in his hands...

The cupboard was now gone because of a brotherly argument. The key was now missing and his brother couldn't find his shorts but he realized after they went through his room they were there the whole time. The cupboard was then returned, and now the key was missing. Little Bear got mad at the cowboy because of the stuff they were watching on TV and now he was hurt. Omri just wanted him to rest that's all they did.

An amazing scene in art class the cowboy Omri realized was a great artist and he made a tiny picture with a tint pencil you couldn't see in his hand his teacher didn't know what to make of it. The next thing that happened they were finally at the toy store to get a wife for Little Bear the man at the store thought Omri had stolen the two little men but the man looked at them and realized these were not toys he sold.

The worse thing that could happen happened, but not before Patrick Omri's friend was getting pushed and shoved at lunch. Omri was so worried the little men got hurt, but they were ok. After lunch, Patrick went to the music room to feed them. It wasn't until he got back to class Omri was wondering where he was and they got in trouble for talking in class and were sent to the office. Patrick took the little men out.
