This chapter seemed very out of place the grandmother's talking about a parade she was in with little Lottie later to be called Charlotte. Not much else happens she talks about her earrings she stored away and the key she made a copy of.

Now that was cool. The kids went over the footage trying to see if they caught anything unusual on camera at their ghost hunting at the house in the forest. They go over it after making a snack in Eve's uncle's kitchen. They start watching it, and a few minutes in, they catch something not sure what it is, then rewatch it and see what looks like a black figure go into Eve. They are so freaked out about it.

It all went by so fast the three kids went into Epping forest on Halloween not expecting what they experienced so fast. They brought equipment with them to capture their experiences and the Ouija board. They got some words that came through the board like HELP ME and COME TO ME, BELOW and PLEASE DON'T GO. This was a night they would never forget it scared them so bad they left the house immediately for the train.

More history of Jessica Charlotte and all she had been through. She used to be a fraud astrologer doing anything she could to deceieve her customers that she was talking to the spirits and she was reading for them. Her own son not caring about her as she was dying, and she was trying to get the house ready to leave to him. Omri couldn't get enough of her story it was hard to put it down when his mother called him.

Omri hadn't opened the box, yet the notebook was on top of it. It was sealed with the stuff they put on letters so long ago, he wondered why. I think I know what's in there. The history of his grandmother the things she went through just to live a life to support her and her child doing any job she had to do just to get by. Fredrick her son would grow up going with her to work as his father was not in the picture.

It was what I suspected. His relative went through the same thing he did. She had little people of her own she was telling the beginning of her story and how she had to move out here to hide the shame that she was going to have a baby at the time the child was born there in the house he now lives in. This is what he read for now. Her character writing is serious when she talks. It's not the way Omri is written.

I think I know where this is going. Omri was worried about Kitsa the cat and he went out one night and when he did he stepped on something outside not the straw like stuff and not the ground it felt harder it was hidden in the thatch. A metal money box and inside was a notebook. There may be more, but Omri had his focus on the notebook for now. He was so interested in what was in it. It was from one of his relatives.

One of the boys, Clovis, spent time with his family before going out he made sure his father had his newspaper, and then he was ready for dinner his mom had just made food.He told her he was going Trick or Treating but he didn't want to look up in case they thought he was lying that was in front of his mom and his brother.

One of the main characters Eve had a hard life her mom and dad were killed several years before in a train accident and her aunt who was in a coma passed years after that. She only had her uncle now. She told him she was going trick or treating with friends. He was ok with it. This is not what she was about. She was going ghost hunting with them. This was a night she wouldn't forget she thought.

Been itching to read this one. It's catching my interest the writing is good and easy to follow the 3 friends see what they think is a ghost in a cemetery one night and after a little thinking they suddenly think it was just a person trying to scare them. They all go to school together, and now they want to try the ouija board for Halloween. One of them was scared, but after a while, he becomes convinced to try it.

Omri loses Kitsa because his mom was upset she ruined one of her lamps, and she ran away they didn't know if she would ever be back. Omri was upset for awhile at the situation of her running away but now he had a bigger personal problem. His brother was teasing him about the cupboard and how it was in the bank because he didn't want to touch it because there was something special about it he wouldn't tell him.

Since the last events of the 3rd book this book is starting a whole new move for Omri and his family. They were moving out into the country to a longhouse, not the one Omri was used to seeing. This was made of stone and it was really old. They had more property than at their previous house. This was a whole new change for them.

This is where Boone and Ruby Lou get married. Emma and Omri set it all up, and all their friends and other figures are there with them. Little Bear comes back with his family for this joyous event. Matron was also brought back for this moment. After the wedding and everything, Omri was sure they all go back to their worlds. This is where it ends for now...

Since the whole explosion, Boone and Ruby Lou wanted to get married but now they are concerned living in a little doll house for now since they can't go black to their time without the magic. They wanted to do this right. There was only one problem the key was gone....until one day Omri finds the red satin ribbon sticking out between the twigs in the yard was this it?

Wow, I wasn't expecting that as soon as Omri brought Patrick back. There was also a tornado that came with him from Texas. It immediately blew off the roof of Omri's room and tore up the room itself, bolting the door to his room shut with the big explosion. Patrick was ok his mom had been asking for him through the door. Now, this gave them time. The cupboard was now in the tree outside that had also been damaged.

Wow, I wasn't expecting that as soon as Omri brought Patrick back. There was also a tornado that came with him from Texas. It immediately blew off the roof of Omri's room and tore up the room itself, bolting the door to his room shut with the big explosion. Patrick was ok his mom had been asking for him through the door. Now, this gave them time. The cupboard was now in the tree outside that had also been damaged.

This is the moment when Omri didn't think he would get a chance to cover up the little people once again, turning them to plastic once more. Matron and the other indians were first to be turned back, her patients. He was glad he had already turned Little Bear and his family. Now the adults were coming up the stairs had the head master said something. Omri was a little scared of what would happen now.

Wow this isn't over. Omri is now in the hot seat. The head master is taking this story seriously he knows what He saw that day. He's trying to get Omri to say that yes, they were real. His mother mysteriously calls while they are in the office looking for Patrick he deny's as of the location of where he is. He says he doesn't know. The head master ends up bringing Omri to his house, where they all stand at the door.

This was a hard chapter to follow nothing really happened just Ruby Lou wondering when Boone was going to return. Also all the time Patrick is spending with Ruby Lou he is just with her they were eating and talking.

Wow things were now happening. Patrick was supposed to be out of the trunk already and Omri had forgotten to bring him out. Little Bear mow wants to go back to his land for awhile with his family. Now his story was on tv for winning and now his story was being heard in front of the school but the principal sees something very suspicious with his story he believes most of it is true, little does he know it is.

There is a lot going on in this chapter Boone already getting better from Patrick squeezing him in his hand on accident. Omri trying to cover for Patrick, and where he is that he fell asleep after his bikeride Omri said he would bring him back the following day he was already gone too long. His mom was asking for him so she said she would give him the night to stay over. Emma was now in on this.

Now I see where this is going it might transition to the 4th book in the series it's Patrick and his little adventure where Boone and a cast of other characters are in a saloon. Patrick, being a little, scared them out. A lady called Ruby Lou noticed him after she was getting him off her boot she wasn't scared of him as she was more curious. They were now off to find Boone in this western town.

This has to be the slowest chapter in the series so far and this book. It's just Patrick trying to figure out where he is climbing on the horse with the horse's hair dangling and the horse running, and Patrick also running into people and climbing onto their boots. Not sure why this is part of the story it doesn't add anything to the story.

Now Emma was in on this as much as Patrick had once been in the beginning. She saw all the toys alive at first, and she wanted to test it out herself. She grabbed Boone's horse and sent him back through Omri said he was probably happy to be home again. Now the nurse needed help and Omri and Emma brought the figures they finally needed. It was time to give the nurse a break she was doing so much already.

Boone wasn't doing too. He was nearly suffocated in Patrick's hand and nearly died. The nurse lady was doing all she could, but she still managed to keep him alive just barely for now. Little Bear was quite worried about Boone. He also wished he was in 2 places at once in his village and with Omri.Then Omri had to go with Emma, and he comes in contact with the men who were in his house.

Patrick's realization comes to him as he finally as though wakes up in Boone's time and he is trying to figure out where he is and his surroundings when he sees what looks like wires is actually Boone's hair and he then realizes he is the small one now and and his big realization that he made a big mistake he had Boone in his hand which Omri pulled him out in the previous chapter along with his horse.

Now Omri and Patrick were not the only ones who knew about the little people now Emma knew Tamsin's twin sister. There could have been trouble if it was Tamsin but Emma was more calm than her. Omri talked to her about getting some of Tamsin's figures to see if she would sell them to her they needed doctors. Emma would keep this secret to herself. Now Boone was in trouble he was in Patrick's hand in the box.

Patrick was really set on going back with Boone to his time for about a week. Just before he did, he and Omri almost got into it because what was Omri going to say to anyone who asked where he was. He got in the trunk and got sent to the cowboys times. Now Little Bear informed Omri there were a couple of Indians who passed away of these battle wounds, and now they had to be sent back to their people. This was hard.

Things were not what they needed them to be Tamsin's twin sister was trying to bring Patrick back home and this was not a good time Omri and him had plans to help his little friends more indians were dying and they needed more doctor figures. This just wasn't a good time. Patrick wanted to go back with Boone to his time so he could get out of it.

This was a chapter recap of everything that has happened so far from the beginning of Omris birthday to magic that happened one day when Omri put his toys in the cupboard and they came alive. To The next thing that would happen Boone coming into the picture and then Bright Stars and her baby. Plus, the battles they went through and how that all happened. The robbery and up until now...
