Kieran goes to work letting them know he needs a couple days off because of a family emergency and it turns out the company is now sold to a man he doesn't like...and that man is in the room.

It happened what Shona already knew what was going to happen happened. Her parents asked her how she knew, and she just said she guessed. She didn't want to say how she really knew it would have been too much. Her care taker found her laying on the floor she indeed have a stroke. The doctor was with her now.

This is the shortest chapter so far. There was a ringing all through the church the bells were ringing but off sink the creatures where now trying to find a way out. Suddenly all the spirits were leaving and disappearing till Shona was the only one left.

What I'm now understanding is that these creatures and people want Shona almost like a clan leader to them a druid witch because her dad was supposed to lead them. She wanted no part of it. She just wanted to go back to her boring world. This wasn't for her she thought not something she was interested in.

So this is all happening because Shona's dad dropped the ball, and now she is seeing all these demon like creatures along with the man who used to run the church she currently stands in. It was now passed down to her about the secret memory. She was now in place of her dad because he didn't listen to her grandmother.

Now Shona's grandmother is talking to her from beyond the grave in her dream, but she's actually alive somehow because she is about to die. This is very confusing.

Shona was tired she was on her bed she had thought she was dreaming at first. Then came the weird part she woke up and blinked she was now in a grave yard she had been communicating with her dead grandmother to the point of it being real. Her mom didn't want to believe her. She eventually sees her grandmother rise up out of the grave.

I still don't really understand the story yet, but apparently, the secret memory lies in the head of the grandmother it sounded like she had been talking to ghosts, demons, and other things. This was like another introduction to the story from a character that has no name right now.

I'm not understanding anything about this chapter why is the grandmother's name being repeated a couple times instead of saying she or her. Something about a secret memory.

The girls had brought this whole thing to a close they told the teacher the play would need to be destroyed and never done again. She agreed without question. The girls end up going to Geraldine's grave again to give their last respects to her with new flowers and a few pages from the play on top the title Oh Spirits Obey Us Written by Geraldine Somers. What a story. A few things at the end there I didn't see coming.

Suddenly a 4th witch is seen on stage and and 2 more join her the witches had returned and told them what to say they were upset they had changed the lines of the play and were now growing weak. The audience was given a program in the beginning that would help this evil come to am end they were given lines to read that immediately started helping them get weaker. Their time has ended on the earth, they were told.

Wow I was not expecting that as the play goes on the teacher notices the girls have changed the original lines to new lines it didn't change much she thought until the auditorium got cold the radiator was ice cold for a bit. But the heater was running. There was a sudden atmosphere change, and all of a sudden, the door start opening and shutting, and birds start flying into the auditorium...

It was almost time for the play to start every one was taking their places. The audience was seated it was all about to go down for Geraldine. The girls were happy.

Jo received a package at her house she told her dad that Melissa was sending over some magazines, nothing important when, in fact, it was the rewritten script. It was all planned out. The girls knew what they were doing. Their teacher didn't know what they were planning but she was going over the script with the rest of the students at school.

Wow they get Jenny to the hospital she is ok she could have a slight concussion they don't know yet. But over all she is ok she sees her friends again and her mother comes screeching in it would seem. Asking where her daughter is all in a panic and she finds her and gives her a huge hug not letting her breathe so to speak. Jenny told her she was ok. Her mom still went looking for a doctor to see about her condition.

The 2 girls finally find Jenny passed out on the floor still. The witches vanished the rats, and the maggots suddenly vanished as well. What had happened. There came 2 officers who came in from the back of the mauselium saying what's going on in there. They found Jenny on the floor and helped take her out. This was an experience they never will forget.

The girls find the grave of Geraldine Sommers it gets a little weird when a voice is heard from beyond the grave asking for their help she tells them to listen to her voice because she cannot materialize because her spirit is weak. What they need to do is change the play somehow, or the audience will become spellbound. Also, the change will not give the witches anymore power, and her spirit will be free.

Wow Jenny's friends turned into the 3 witches. Jenny was the one who laid out the words about the student she didn't like and the witches honored her words and now they wanted to turn her into one of them that way she would never again be afraid of anything. The witches were creating rats with their saliva showing their magic. Now, in fear trying to escape, she saw a skeleton body coming out of a grave and fainted.

Now this part got a little creepy and gross
but first, the girls split up to look for Geraldine's grave in the cemetery it was Jenny that had quite the experience as it was getting darker
and it began to rain she headed for the mauselium because she thought the rest of the girls would be there that's when she got quite the fright as she put her hand down on the grave and felt something slimy and moving..maggots.

The girls wanted to get to the bottom of what is happening so some of them were meeting at the local cemetery to find the grave of the woman who wrote the play to see if there was anything suspicious about her grave.

The girls are seeing things happen they wished for one that would send one student with 2 broken legs and in a coma, he was quite the bully they didn't like him because of that. Plus, everything else they had wished for before this event happened had it had something to do with the play and the person who wrote it who was now an elderly woman.

The play had suddenly almost come alive in front of their faces. The sky was darkening with thunder and lightning outside, and CRASH came a black bird through the window of the drama room. This play seemed to take on a weird atmosphere it was almost as if the teacher saw the so-called dead body rise made from books and an old pair of shoes she thought she actually saw it rising as the play went on.

This turned out to be a play that 3 girls were a part of at their school. Apparently, this was a play written by a student, and when played out, weird things would happen to the witches' enemies in real life. They thought it all to be superstitious, but they went on with the day as they had to go to class now.

If that wasn't Spooky I don't know what is. 3 witches stiring up a brew and needing a young man's finger for the pot...even after this that was the end of the scene in Act 1

This is the end the song had meant something that came from beyond the grave Jessica was trying to warn the family of a tragedy that would happen at Tree Tops the tree that had been there for years fell on the house killing Mr. Lawrence, the man who was trying to sell them the house he was still inside at the time. It could have been them Victoria thought. Jessica had written her a song in mail called Guardian Angel

The whole trick of the piano playing on its own Victoria noticed there was something else to it. It wasn't just a song it was a message in the notes. DO NOT BUY TREETOPS the new house they were looking at. There was something to it. As they sat in the dark, they were thinking this is what it was trying to warn them of the whole time?

There was a huge storm as they were getting hungry they had pizza rolls in the oven and chicken tenders in the microwave now they couldn't have them as the power had gone out and so they pulled a piece of chocolate from the pantry. They just wanted their parents to come home. There was a loud bang from the front door this didn't sound like their parents. There was no car pulling up in the driveway. They were scared.

Nothing much happens in this chapter, but it went by really fast, just Victoria's mom going to the store and her dad staying late at work for a meeting. Also it seemed to get dark fast.
