When did reading this start feeling like a job?

This is certainly one of the oddest of fantasy novels. Quite how it managed to suck in the entirety of today's fantasy reading demographic I'm really not sure. Do I like it thus far? I think that probably depends on how much it sticks the landing - which I'm led to understand, it does.

When you're 300 pages into a book, but your kindle completion is all like "bruh, are you even reading?"

File this under "kooky fantasy" this has potential I think it's going to live up to. Though it's been out-kooked by Piranesi recently I wonder where it's heading - we have 4 books of this.

My third read of this. This is where my terrible memory comes in handy. It's interesting how more and more of an "important" series this is becoming over time.

I found an audiobook of this and, whilst it's confirmed how terrible a book it is ... I also quite like it in that strange way I enjoy D&D books and don't want to abandon. Still getting pulled in other directions though!

This is a delightful cross between a fairytale fable and longer novella. probably one of the first of its kind.

I'm loving how gay this is (boys described as pretty, even) when I came across this biphobic part. Ahhhh!

This may end up getting backburnered. it's by no means actively bad, but Niles writing always seems to lack personality and I have a lot I want to read!
