For reference, before I get into this, I get anxious/overwhelmed incredibly easily, as in, someone yells at me, I'm through the roof and just wanna go home. Loud noises make it worse, when this happens... Oh, and for future reference, it carries over into the digital realm sometimes, so if I say or do something stupid during an argument, don't hold it against me bc I'm prolly panicking.
