This has been an alright book so far. Started out fairly well, and there has been some action with a slight bit of character and world building. Nice break from the SciFi space opera slogfest that I have been doing.

This book started slowly, but has gotten much better. I wish the author would write more in the Good Intentions series. I would also love to see stand alone books or a series featuring Onyx and her redhead gf Molly.

I had forgotten that I purchased this short story until someone mentioned this author started a Patreon page.

I have enjoyed this book much more than I did the first Java Firewalker book. Stavin is not your typical over-muscle bound fantasy hero.

Little different from the total SciFI slogfest I have been on. I've read a couple other books by this indie author. So far this has been the best book by this author.

Last book in this series that I was surprised to enjoy. Definately root for the MC and his surrogate therapist.

At the suggestion of a friend, I decided to give this series another look. The beginning of this book is very good - one of the better starts of a fantasy that I have read in a while.

I wonder how this book will wrap this series up? The author said he would return to Black Jack later, but is now writing books set during the time of the founding of the Alliance.

I'm not really getting into this book.

So far haven't gotten into this book. Maybe give a little more and see if it picks up. Great dialogue, but so far I don't really care about the characters.

The SO recommended this one a while ago. I had to wait for the hold list at the local library to get a copy to read. So far so good with basic set up. Intriguing mix of characters in an interesting time of the world. Waterloo has always fascinated me and as a retired soldier, was required study in senior NCO schools.

Damn forgot the later Honor books are thick!

I had forgotten how much religious mumbo jumbo is in these later Honor books. For some reason I had forgotten about the christening of Honor's son.

Slowly poking at this November-April erotic romance. I find it ironic that authors such as Misty Vixen and MSE get a book(s) banned for some inexplicable reason, but raunchy romances such as this one sail on just fine. From the text you would think the morality police would be all over this book as well.

When I am in the mood the Honorverse books are really good.

Forgot how much I liked this first book. Its been years since I read this book.

I admit that I started reading this book holding my nose. I never cared for daddy play during sex. Otherwise not a bad erotic romance so far - certainly have read worse.
